Abstract
一种木托盘的加工工艺,目的是精简工艺流程。其方案是:托盘夹具竖直安置在流水线上,打钉机械手从两边打钉固定。这样,无需翻转木托盘,简化生产工艺和流程。机械手从夹具的两边,同时对对称的部位打钉。降低对夹具或对生产线的扰动。自动化流水线采用步进控制方式。托盘夹具采用开合式夹具。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种木托盘的加工工艺。
背景技术:
目前,木托盘的加工工艺,一般采用水平放置相关部件,然后打钉子,先固定一面后,再翻转固定另一面。其自动化流程为:准备工序装料一面打钉翻转另一面打钉脱模成品暂存(进入装料等循环工序)。生产线相对比较长,翻转工序比较复杂。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是:精简木托盘的加工工艺及其流程。
本发明的方案是:一种木托盘的加工工艺,由装料、打钉、脱模工序构成,其特征是:托盘夹具竖直安置在流水线上,打钉机械手从两边打钉固定。这样,无需翻转木托盘,简化生产工艺和流程。
如上所述的一种木托盘的加工工艺,其特征是:机械手从夹具的两边,同时对对称的部位打钉。降低对夹具或对生产线的扰动。
如上所述的流程为:准备工序装料两面同步打钉脱模成品暂存(进入装料等循环工序)。
具体实施方式:
流水线采用步进控制方式。夹具采用开合式结构。多条流水线平行设置时,机械手可以在两条流水线之间进行分时段共享,进一步合理利用资源,均衡生产产能。

1.一种木托盘的加工工艺,由装料、打钉、脱模工序构成,其特征是:托盘夹具竖直安置在流水线上,打钉机械手从两边打钉固定。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种木托盘的加工工艺,其特征是:机械手从夹具的两边,同时对对称的部位打钉。
