本发明公开了一种废水预处理装置，包括同心的外筒体、内筒体，内筒体固定在主动轴外周，主动轴通过外筒体外侧的电机制动，主动轴架设在支架上；所述外筒体上设有入水口、侧壁设有排渣口，连接着内筒体的出水管延伸至外筒体外，内筒体的侧壁上均匀开设有一组微孔。本发明与传统技术相比，结构简单，设计科学，通过内筒体的过滤功能来滤过杂质，维护方便，可以从出水管进水进行反冲洗。

本发明属于环保领域，具体涉及一种废水预处理装置。
背景技术
工业废水是指工业生产过程中产生的废水、污水和废液，其中含有随水流失的工业生产用料、中间产物和产品以及生产过程中产生的污染物。随着工业的迅速发展，废水的种类和数量迅猛增加，对水体的污染也日趋广泛和严重，威胁人类的健康和安全。在处理工业废水时，可以进行预处理，以过滤其中含有的大颗粒杂质，方便后续精处理的进行。
发明内容
发明目的：本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足，提供一种废水预处理装置。
技术方案：为了达到上述发明目的，本发明具体是这样来完成的：一种废水预处理装置，包括同心的外筒体、内筒体，内筒体固定在主动轴外周，主动轴通过外筒体外侧的电机制动，主动轴架设在支架上；所述外筒体上设有入水口、侧壁设有排渣口，连接着内筒体的出水管延伸至外筒体外，内筒体的侧壁上均匀开设有一组微孔。
其中，所述外筒体端面上设有沉孔，支架上设有可上下平移的插块，当外筒体停止转动时，插块可插入沉孔内，使外筒体与支架相对固定。
其中，所述沉孔与出水管在同一条直线上。
有益效果：本发明与传统技术相比，结构简单，设计科学，通过内筒体的过滤功能来滤过杂质，维护方便，可以从出水管进水进行反冲洗。

实施例1：
如图1所示的一种废水预处理装置，包括同心的外筒体1、内筒体2，内筒体2固定在主动轴3外周，主动轴3通过外筒体1外侧的电机4制动，主动轴3架设在支架5上；所述外筒体1上设有入水口6、侧壁设有排渣口7，连接着内筒体2的出水管8延伸至外筒体1外，内筒体2的侧壁上均匀开设有一组微孔，所述外筒体1端面上设有沉孔9，支架5上设有可上下平移的插块10，当外筒体1停止转动时，插块10可插入沉孔9内，使外筒体1与支架5相对固定，所述沉孔9与出水管8在同一条直线上。

1.一种废水预处理装置，其特征在于，包括同心的外筒体（1）、内筒体（2），内筒体（2）固定在主动轴（3）外周，主动轴（3）通过外筒体（1）外侧的电机（4）制动，主动轴（3）架设在支架（5）上；所述外筒体（1）上设有入水口（6）、侧壁设有排渣口（7），连接着内筒体（2）的出水管（8）延伸至外筒体（1）外，内筒体（2）的侧壁上均匀开设有一组微孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的废水预处理装置，其特征在于，所述外筒体（1）端面上设有沉孔（9），支架（5）上设有可上下平移的插块（10），当外筒体（1）停止转动时，插块（10）可插入沉孔（9）内，使外筒体（1）与支架（5）相对固定。
3.根据权利要求2所述的废水预处理装置，其特征在于，所述沉孔（9）与出水管（8）在同一条直线上。
