背景技术

目前市场上具有护发生发功能的产品和药物很多，但是对于西药来说，一是价格比较昂贵，持续使用几个疗程，给客户患者带来很大的经济负担，二是长时间使用容易给身体机能带来一定的副作用；对于市场上的纯中药，药效比较慢，配方配伍不好，又不稳定，患者需要有一种具有通过养发，长期使用，效果好，又没有副作用，价格低廉的中草药配方制剂来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是，提供一种治疗效果好、治愈率高、使用安全的用于治疗脂溢性脱发的中药组合物。

本中药组合物采用天然中药为原料科学配伍制成，以滋补肝肾、养血益精、补气活血为原则，进行辨证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的；该中药组合物疗效确切，无毒副作用，能有效治疗脂溢性脱发且不易复发。
本发明药物的动物毒性试验：
取家兔60只，雌雄兼用，体重2.0—3.0kg，分为两组，一组为超剂量实验组，另一组为正常量实验组。超剂量组为30ml∕kg,正常量组为10 ml∕kg，给药方式为灌胃法给药，每天早晚各一次，连续服用100天，每天观察给药反应，结果表明二组家兔活动、饮食正常，药物无不良毒副作用。
下面结合临床资料对本发明的有益效果进一步说明。
一、一般性资料：
采用本发明提供的一种治疗脂溢性脱发的中药组合物，从2014年7月--2016年7月治疗脂溢性脱发患者145人，其中男性96人，女性49人，年龄18—51岁，病程0.5--6年。
二、治疗方法：
采用本发明中药组合物所制备的汤剂，每天一剂，早晚各口服一次，15天为一个疗程。
三、疗效判断：
治愈： 脱发区全部长满头发，但较其它正常部位稀疏，患处鳞屑、结痂消退，瘙痒消失。
显效： 脱发区基本长满头发，但较其它正常部位稀疏，患处鳞屑、结痂消退，瘙痒减轻。
有效：脱发区有新发生长，患处鳞屑、结痂减少，瘙痒好转。
无效： 脱发区无新发生长，鳞屑、结痂、瘙痒无变化。
四、治疗结果：
临床观察病例中，服药1--4个疗程，治愈112人，显效16人，有效12人，无效5人，总有效率为96.5。
五、典型病例：
1．赵某，男，28岁，患有感冒发两年，头皮油腻，额至顶部头发稀疏，瘙痒，多处求医治疗效果不佳。服用本发明制备的汤剂一个疗程，头皮油腻症状明显好转，又继续服用三个疗程，开始长出细小的新发，治愈，随访一年未见复发。
2.于某，男，47岁，患有脂溢性脱发一年，头部周围头发稀疏，头顶脱发较为严重，头皮瘙痒，头屑较多。服用本发明制备的汤剂一个疗程，头皮瘙痒症状消失，又继续服用两个疗程，原来脱发部位逐渐长出了新发。
3.郑某，女，患有脂溢性脱发一年半，以前头发乌黑稠密，现在头发稀疏油腻，头皮瘙痒，多方医治，效果不佳。服用本发明制备的汤剂一个疗程，头发出油现象开始改善，头皮瘙痒症状减轻，又继续服用三个疗程，开始长出新的细小头发。
4.曹某，男，39岁，患有脂溢性脱发半年，额至头顶头发稀疏油腻，头顶脱发较为严重，头屑较多。连续服用本发明制备的汤剂三个疗程，脱发症状完全消失，并生长出新的细小新发。

1.一种治疗脂溢性脱发的中药组合物，其特征是，由下列重量份的中药原料制成：侧柏叶30-50份、制何首乌30-50份、黄柏20-30份、乳香20-30份、茯苓10-20份、山茱萸30-50份、香附10-20份、荆子10-20份、半边莲10-15份、没药10-15份、狗脊20-30份、熟地黄20-30份、人参20-30份、射干10-20份、红花10-20份、桑叶10-15份、虎杖10-15份、郁金5-10份、白头翁5-10份、桃仁5-10份、羌活5-10份、百部5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗脂溢性脱发的中药组合物，其特征是，由下列重量份的中药原料制成：侧柏叶40份、制何首乌40份、黄柏25份、乳香25份、茯苓15份、山茱萸20份、香附15份、蔓荆子15份、半边莲12份、没药12份、狗脊25份、熟地黄25份、人参25份、射干15份、红花15份、桑叶12份、虎杖12份、郁金8份、白头翁8份、桃仁8份、羌活8份、百部8份。
