背景技术
血栓是血流在心血管系统血管内面剥落处或修补处的表面所形成的小块，在可变的流体依赖型中，血栓由不溶性纤维蛋白，沉积的血小板，积聚的白细胞和陷入的红细胞组成。血栓形成是由遗传和环境因素相互作用、相互影响的多因素变化过程。临床常见的血栓患者，最主要的特点有家族遗传性，反复发作性，症状严重性，血栓形成部位异常性，以及发病时间年轻化。怀疑动脉或静脉血栓形成或血栓栓塞需客观依据，血管造影是诊断的参照标准，但由娴熟技巧操作的超声检测，对浅表血管和心脏也可进行检查。在静脉造影证明为自发性深静脉血栓形成患者中，25%~50% 病例存在遗传素质是一种先天性抗凝机制缺陷，如因子Ⅴ抗激活的蛋白 C，高半胱氨酸血症，蛋白 C 缺乏，蛋白 S 缺乏，抗凝血酶缺乏，纤维蛋白溶解功能不全，当结合一种血栓形成的刺激，如外科手术，妊娠，服用避孕药，抗磷脂抗体，足以发生静脉血栓栓塞。早期曾有多部位血栓形成的患者，其发作的频率和严重性较单个血栓形成的要显著增加。
中医有“治未病”的思想。血栓病如果能早期预防，或发生后能预防复发，较形成严重疾病更有意义，中医学西汉帛书《五十二病方》讲，血栓多属于“血瘀”证范畴，因此临床上多使用活血化瘀的药物来防治血栓形成。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服传统减肥药物的缺陷，提供一种疗效显著，质量容易控制，稳定性好的治疗血栓的内服中药组合物制备方法。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现：一种治疗血栓的内服中药组合物制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
（1）以重量份表示，称取桃仁1~10份、党参1~10份、丹参1~10份、水蛭1~10份、全蝎1~10份，苦石莲1~10份、八角枫1~10份，龙蛇散1~10份、天山雪莲4~15份；
（2）将上述全部中药原料药，，先行用清水或纯净水浸泡30分钟，浸泡用水量为0.9~1.1L；
（3）将浸泡后的中药原料药物及其浸泡的药水加入到煎药容器中，加盖共同煎熬；
（4）先用武火使煎药容器中药液沸腾，再使用文火熬制15~20分钟，煎药时需搅拌2~3次；
（5）煎煮完成后，加适量清水或纯净水没过药物，进行第二次煎煮，煎煮火候方法同上，煎煮时间15~20分钟；
（6）滤出药液，所获药液即为内服药物。
为更好实现本发明的方法，进一步确定所述煎药容器为砂锅、搪瓷器皿或者不锈钢，忌用铁器。
为更好实现本发明的方法，进一步确定煎煮三次包括第一次加10倍量的水煎煮2小时，第二次加8倍量的水煎煮1小时，第三次加6倍量的水煎煮1小时。
本发明所述的一种用于治疗失眠的中药组合物的原料药药理：
桃仁：性平，味甘。归心经、肝经。养血安神、祛风通络。属安神药下属分类的养心安神药。
党参：性温，味酸、甘。归肺经、心经、肾经。收敛固涩、益气生津、补肾宁心。属收涩药分类下的敛肺涩肠药。
丹参：性温，味辛。归肺经、胃经。发表，通阳，解毒，杀虫。属解表药下分类的辛温解表药。
水蛭：性温，味苦、甘、涩。归肝经、肾经、心经。解毒、消痈、润肠通便。属泻下药下分类的润下药。
全蝎：性寒，味苦。归心经、肺经、三焦经。泻火除烦、清热利尿、凉血解毒；外用消肿止痛。属清热药分类下的清热解毒药。
苦石莲：性寒，味苦。归肾经、心经。清心安神，交通心肾，涩精止血。属收涩药下属分类的固精缩尿止带药。
八角枫：性凉，味辛。归肺经、肝经。宣散风热、清头目、透疹。属解表药下属分类的辛凉解表药。
龙蛇散：性微寒，味苦。归肺经、心经、小肠经。清热解毒、消肿散结。属清热药下属分类的清热解毒药。
天山雪莲：性平，味甘。归心经、胃经、脾经、肺经。补脾益气、止咳祛痰、缓急定痛、调和药性。属补虚药下分类的补气药。

（4）先用武火使煎药容器中药液沸腾，再使用文火熬制15~20分钟，煎药时需搅拌2~3次；
（5）煎煮完成后，加适量清水或纯净水没过药物，进行第二次煎煮，煎煮火候方法同上，煎煮时间15~20分钟；
（6）滤出药液，所获药液即为内服药物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗血栓的内服中药组合物制备方法，其特征在于，所述煎药容器为砂锅、搪瓷器皿或者不锈钢，忌用铁器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗血栓的内服中药组合物制备方法，其特征在于，煎煮三次包括第一次加10倍量的水煎煮2小时，第二次加8倍量的水煎煮1小时，第三次加6倍量的水煎煮1小时。
