本发明涉及一种治疗胰腺癌的中药，属于医药技术领域。
背景技术
胰腺癌是一种恶性程度很高，诊断和治疗都很困难的消化道恶性肿瘤，约90%为起源于腺管上皮的导管腺癌。其发病率和死亡率近年来明显上升。5年生存率<1%，是预后最差的恶性肿瘤之一。关于胰腺癌的致病因素尚不明确，慢性胰腺炎、糖尿病的人群中发生胰腺癌的比例比正常人群高一些。烟民患胰腺癌的风险是不吸烟者的3倍以上。“三高”饮食，即高蛋白、高脂肪、高热量食品会对胰腺癌的发生起到一些不好的影响。胰腺癌可发生于胰腺的头、体、尾部或累及整个胰腺，但以胰头部最多，约占胰腺癌的60%～70%。发生于胰体者次之，尾部最少见。肉眼观肿瘤呈圆形或卵圆形。边界有的分明，有的弥漫浸润与邻近胰腺组织难以分辨。胰腺癌的早期症状有厌食，消化不良及体重下降；腹部不适或疼痛，约有半数患者以腹痛为首发症状，约有20％的病人腹痛能放射到背部、左肩部，疼痛在仰卧时加剧，坐立、弯腰、侧卧、屈膝时减轻；黄疸，表现为皮肤及巩膜发黄。
目前根本的治疗原则仍然是以外科手术治疗为主，结合放化疗等综合治疗。但手术和化疗治疗的方法均有缺陷性，因胰腺癌的早期诊断困难，手术切 除率低，术后五年生存率也低；化疗可以有效伤癌细胞，但是同时又会杀伤正常细胞而导致患者的免疫功能被抑制，出现更多的并发症，给患者身体带来极大损伤。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种治疗胰腺癌的纯中药配方，该中药组合物配制方便、成本低、疗效显著、作用可靠、无副作用。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：
本发明提供的治疗胰腺癌的中药由下述重量份数的药材制成：红大戟11-27份，龙脷叶9-15份，平贝母15-26份，灯盏细辛3-9份，宽筋藤11-19份，救必应10-15份，红芪9-25份，玄明粉10-20份，蒲黄3-8份，五灵脂9-21份，黄岑10-20份，红线麻5-12份，水黄杨木3-8份，杯苋10-20份。
优选的，所述中药由下述重量份数的药材制成：红大戟11份，龙脷叶份，平贝母15份，灯盏细辛3份，宽筋藤11份，救必应10份，红芪9份，玄明粉10份，蒲黄3-8份，五灵脂9份，黄岑10份，红线麻5份，水黄杨木3份，杯苋10份。
进一步的，所述中药由下述重量份数的药材制成：红大戟27份，龙脷叶15份，平贝母26份，灯盏细辛9份，宽筋藤19份，救必应15份，红芪25份，玄明粉20份，蒲黄8份，五灵脂21份，黄岑20份，红线麻12份，水黄杨木8份，杯苋20份。
进一步的，所述中药由下述重量份数的药材制成：红大戟20份，龙脷叶12份，平贝母20份，灯盏细辛6份，宽筋藤15份，救必应12份，红芪17份，玄明粉15份，蒲黄5份，五灵脂15份，黄岑15份，红线麻8份，水黄杨木5份，杯苋15份。
为了更好地表达本发明的中药组合物，本发明的中药组合物可以制备成临床上常用的剂型。比如，粉状制剂、散剂、丸剂、丹剂、膏剂、颗粒剂、口服液、糖浆、片剂、胶囊剂等制剂，所述药物制剂均可按照本领域技术人员所熟知的中药制剂制备方法制备得到。优选的，本发明中药组合物按照常规制备工艺制备成汤剂、片剂或胶囊剂。
本发明还提供了一种上述所述中药组合物的制备方法，其主要包含下述步骤：将所述配方中药红大戟、龙脷叶、平贝母、灯盏细辛、宽筋藤、救必应、红芪、玄明粉、蒲黄、五灵脂、黄岑、红线麻、水黄杨木、杯苋洗净，置于砂锅中，加8倍量水，浸泡2个小时，武火煎煮沸腾，文火煎煮50分钟，过滤，取第一次煎煮液；将过滤的药渣加水4倍量，武火煮沸，文火煎煮30分钟，过滤，取第二次煎煮液；将两次煎煮药液合并，武火煮沸，文火煎煮浓缩至药液剩余300-400mL，即得服用药液，将药液，分为两剂。
本发明的中药为口服，服用方法：每日两次，每次1剂，饭后1小时后温服。15天为1个疗程。
本发明中药具有清热解毒、疏肝理气、活血化瘀、祛邪扶正、温经散寒的作用，能在短期内缩小肿块，有效控制癌细胞转移扩散，在治癌抗癌的同时增强机体免疫力，减轻患者痛苦。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例的中药由下述重量份数的药材制成：红大戟11份，龙脷叶份，平贝母15份，灯盏细辛3份，宽筋藤11份，救必应10份，红芪9份，玄明粉10份，蒲黄3-8份，五灵脂9份，黄岑10份，红线麻5份，水黄杨木3份，杯苋10份。
制备方法及使用方法：将所述配方中药红大戟、龙脷叶、平贝母、灯盏细辛、宽筋藤、救必应、红芪、玄明粉、蒲黄、五灵脂、黄岑、红线麻、水黄杨木、杯苋洗净，置于砂锅中，加8倍量水，浸泡2个小时，武火煎煮沸腾，文火煎煮50分钟，过滤，取第一次煎煮液；将过滤的药渣加水4倍量，武火煮沸，文火煎煮30分钟，过滤，取第二次煎煮液；将两次煎煮药液合并，武火煮沸，文火煎煮浓缩至药液剩余300-400mL，即得服用药液，将药液，分为两剂。

制备方法及使用方法：将所述配方中药红大戟、龙脷叶、平贝母、灯盏细辛、宽筋藤、救必应、红芪、玄明粉、蒲黄、五灵脂、黄岑、红线麻、水黄杨木、杯苋洗净，置于砂锅中，加8倍量水，浸泡2个小时，武火煎煮沸腾，文火煎煮50分钟，过滤，取第一次煎煮液；将过滤的药渣加水4倍量，武火煮沸，文火煎煮30分钟，过滤，取第二次煎煮液；将两次煎煮药液合并，武火煮沸，文火煎煮浓缩至药液剩余300-400mL，即得服用药液，将药液，分为两剂。

疗效及毒性评价：
随机抽取就诊的胰腺癌患者100例，年龄45~77岁，男52人，女48人，进行疗效和毒性评价；
1、100例胰腺癌患者服用本发明的中药，疗效为：治愈8例，好转73例，无效19例，有效率81%。
2、毒性评价：用药前和服用药物持续一个月之后各作一次体检，体检项目：（1）一般体检项目：体温、脉搏、呼吸。（2）血、尿、大便常规检查，治疗前后各作一次。(3) 肝功能AST、ALT；肾功能 BUN、 CR 及血糖；心功能 CPK、LDH、EKG；凝血功能及血小板。
对毒性评价分级，标准如下：
0级 ：无毒性症状表现；
l 级：轻度毒性症状表现；
2级：中度毒性症状表现；
3级：严重毒性症状表现；
4级：危及生命毒性症状表现。
根据体检结果分析得出，100例胰腺癌患者中，0级90人，1级5人，2级4人，3级1人，4级0人。
从疗效及毒性评价上可以看出，本发明中药组合物可以有效地控制胰腺癌的病变进程，而且毒副作用较小。
动物实验
实验分组：将80只小鼠，4~6周龄，体重20~30g，雌雄不分，随机分为胰腺癌模型组60只和对照组20只，常规进食以及自由饮水饲养。
配置致癌剂：取100mg二甲基苯蒽加入1ml吐温80中，置于60℃水浴箱使之溶解；加入生理盐水经振荡器震荡12h，稀释成终浓度为10mg/ml的二甲基苯蒽混悬溶液。
实验：
（1）胰腺癌模型组60只小鼠术前禁食24h，不禁水。2%戊巴比妥钠（1.5ml/kg体重）腹腔内注入麻醉，每组小鼠均经上腹正中切口1.0cm进腹。胰腺癌模型组在暴露胰腺后，于胰体尾部以1ml注射器注射（深2mm）置入二甲基苯蒽混悬液（100mg/100g体重），在普通环境中饲养。在3-5月期间随时观察小鼠精神状况、体重及有无腹水等。对照组进行于胰体尾部以1ml注射器注射（深2mm）置于等量的生理盐水。
（2）术后48h后，模型组随机分为3组，每组20只，分别为模型组1、模型组2、模型组3；模型组1、模型组2和模型组3分别服用实施例1、2和3的药物，每日灌胃2ml/只，一天三次；对照组正常进食，每天同一时间灌胃等量灭菌生理盐水；术后5个月后，对所有小白鼠进行剖腹观察，结果如表1。

二甲基苯蒽是一种较强的致癌剂，对诱发动物肿瘤的形成有很强的作用，本发明原料药可以有效抑制癌细胞的表达，本发明对胰腺癌肿瘤的增长有很好的抑制作用，疗效显著。
典型病例
病例1：王某，男，腹胀疼痛，恶心，呕吐以及发热，发现胰腺癌，已经是晚期，服用本发明实施例1的药物后，2个疗程之后观察，腹胀症状明显减轻，体温回归正常，继续服用2个疗程之后，恶心、呕吐现象明显消失，3个月电话随访患 者病情稳定，仍在继续服用本发明的药物。
病例2：陈某，女，上腹不适、消化不良、腹泻、食欲不振、体重下降，服用本发明实施例1的药物后，3个疗程之后观察，腹胀症状明显减轻，食欲增加，体重增加1.5kg，继续服用2个疗程之后，上述症状基本消失，3个月电话随访患者病情稳定。
病例3：孙某，女，突发腹部胀痛，恶心呕吐，经B超、CT等检查诊为“胰腺癌”，服用用本发明实施例1的药物后，3个疗程之后，经检查发现黄疸由显性黄疸转变为隐性黄疸，继续服用本发明3个疗程，症状完全消失，定期查体，3个月电话随访患者病情稳定，至今病情稳定。
以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其核心思想。应当指出，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明原理的前提下，还可以对本发明进行若干改进和修饰，这些改进和修饰也落入本发明权利要求的保护范围内。

1.一种治疗胰腺癌的中药，其特征在于，所述中药由下述重量份数的药材制成：红大戟11-27份，龙脷叶9-15份，平贝母15-26份，灯盏细辛3-9份，宽筋藤11-19份，救必应10-15份，红芪9-25份，玄明粉10-20份，蒲黄3-8份，五灵脂9-21份，黄岑10-20份，红线麻5-12份，水黄杨木3-8份，杯苋10-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中药，其特征在于，所述中药由下述重量份数的药材制成：红大戟11份，龙脷叶份，平贝母15份，灯盏细辛3份，宽筋藤11份，救必应10份，红芪9份，玄明粉10份，蒲黄3-8份，五灵脂9份，黄岑10份，红线麻5份，水黄杨木3份，杯苋10份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的中药，其特征在于，所述中药由下述重量份数的药材制成：红大戟27份，龙脷叶15份，平贝母26份，灯盏细辛9份，宽筋藤19份，救必应15份，红芪25份，玄明粉20份，蒲黄8份，五灵脂21份，黄岑20份，红线麻12份，水黄杨木8份，杯苋20份。

5.制备上述任一项权利要求所述的中药的方法，其特征在于，将所述配方中药红大戟、龙脷叶、平贝母、灯盏细辛、宽筋藤、救必应、红芪、玄明粉、蒲黄、五灵脂、黄岑、红线麻、水黄杨木、杯苋洗净，置于砂锅中，加8倍量水，浸泡2个小时，武火煎煮沸腾，文火煎煮50分钟，过滤，取第一次煎煮液；将过滤的药渣加水4倍量，武火煮沸，文火煎煮30分钟，过滤，取第二次煎煮液；将两次煎煮药液合并，武火煮沸，文火煎煮浓缩至药液剩余300-400mL，即得服用药液。
