技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,具体而言,涉及了一种三通胃管插管的制作方法。
背景技术
在现代医疗活动中,胃管得到广泛的应用,现有技术的胃管是一段硅胶软管或橡胶软管,插入胃的一端有几个筛孔,在使用时从病人的鼻腔或口腔插入,经由咽部、食管送达至胃部。临床上不能自主进食或需要胃肠减压的病人均需要进行留置胃管。通过留置胃管,不但可以为不能自主进食的患者胃内送人流质类食物或肠内营养液,为患者提供必须的能量和营养,而且还可以将积聚于胃肠道内的气体及液体吸出。然而,现有的胃管只有一个开口,当需要进行鼻饲流质类食物、鼻饲肠内营养液、鼻饲药物及胃肠减压等多种操作时,常需要多次反折胃管,以防止空气进入胃内导致腹胀,同时需要反复拆开、连接、再拆开、再连接端口部位,在使用中带来了诸多不便,不但操作繁琐,增加端口部位与细菌和病毒接触的机会导致感染,给患者带来安全隐患,而且胃管多次反折极易导致胃管破损。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种三通胃管插管的制作方法以达到三通胃管的便捷使用、减少患者的安全隐患的目的,解决现有的三通胃管的操作繁琐、易感染患者以及胃管易破损的问题。
为实现本发明目的,采用的技术方案为:一种三通胃管插管的制作方法,其特征在于,所述制作方法的步骤如下:
(1)取用一条F18硅胶胃管,其两端分别连接有导向球体和连接管;所述导向球体的表面设有若干通孔,通孔与胃管连通;
(2)连接管的端部密封粘接有三通管口,三通管口的端部分别密封粘接第一支管和第二支管;所述连接管上安装有三通开关阀;
(3)第一支管和第二支管上均安装有二通开关阀,第一支管和第二支管的端口上均安装有螺纹封盖,螺纹封盖内部安装消毒棉垫;
(4)第一支管和第二支管的两端端口分别安装有注射器转换口和营养液输注管路转换接口,营养液输注管路转换接口通过钻头加工成圆锥形。
进一步地,所述的营养液输注管路转换接口用于连接肠内营养液输注器和胃肠减压器的端部。
采用本发明具有如下优点:
根据鼻饲或胃肠减压等需要,选用不同的通路,只需要控制三通开关阀、二通开关阀(二通开关阀A和二通开关阀B)及带有消毒棉垫的螺纹封盖,即可选择通路;本发明操作方便,可有效减少操作中污染,并可防止以往胃肠减压或鼻饲常规操作中导管多次反折致使胃管破损,延长了胃管使用寿命。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体的实施例对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
一种三通胃管插管的制作方法,其特征在于,所述制作方法的步骤如下:
(1)取用一条F18硅胶胃管,其两端分别连接有导向球体和连接管;所述导向球体的表面设有若干通孔,通孔与胃管连通;
(2)连接管的端部密封粘接有三通管口,三通管口的端部分别密封粘接第一支管和第二支管;所述连接管上安装有三通开关阀;
(3)第一支管和第二支管上均安装有二通开关阀,第一支管和第二支管的端口上均安装有螺纹封盖,螺纹封盖内部安装消毒棉垫;
(4)第一支管和第二支管的两端端口分别安装有注射器转换口和营养液输注管路转换接口,营养液输注管路转换接口通过钻头加工成圆锥形。
所述的营养液输注管路转换接口用于连接肠内营养液输注器和胃肠减压器的端部。
本发明申请的三通胃管插管的使用方法为:调节三通开关阀和第一支管的二通开关阀,使第一支管两端的端口分别处于工作状态,卸下旋接在营养液输注管路转换接口和注射器转换口上的螺纹封盖,将肠内营养液的注射器插入营养液输注管路转换接口,肠内营养液推注结束后,拔下营养液输注管,将螺纹封盖旋接在营养液接管上;
调节三通开关阀和第二支管的二通开关阀,打通连接管、第二支管和注射器转换口的所在支路,卸下旋接在注射器转换口上的螺纹封盖,将注射器插入注射器转换接口,通过注射器抽吸对胃肠减压,减压结束后,将螺纹封盖旋接在手动减压接管上;若第二支管的另一端连通,则使用减压器与第二支管的营养液输注管路转换接口连接进行胃肠的自动减压。

(1)取用一条F18硅胶胃管,其两端分别连接有导向球体和连接管;所述导向球体的表面设有若干通孔,通孔与胃管连通;
(2)连接管的端部密封粘接有三通管口,三通管口的端部分别密封粘接第一支管和第二支管;所述连接管上安装有三通开关阀;
(3)第一支管和第二支管上均安装有二通开关阀,第一支管和第二支管的端口上均安装有螺纹封盖,螺纹封盖内部安装消毒棉垫;
(4)第一支管和第二支管的两端端口分别安装有注射器转换口和营养液输注管路转换接口,营养液输注管路转换接口通过钻头加工成圆锥形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的三通胃管插管的制作方法,其特征在于,所述的营养液输注管路转换接口用于连接肠内营养液输注器和胃肠减压器的端部。
