本发明涉及医疗设备技术领域,尤其是一种假体植入器。一种假体植入器,包括手柄,所述手柄内设有假体杆,所述手柄的末端通过螺纹安装有旋转手柄,所述旋转手柄上设有拉套,所述拉套内侧设有拉套弹簧,所述拉套右侧设有限位卡块,所述旋转手柄上设有弹簧、按钮和限位销,所述限位销与假体杆的末端接触,所述按钮和弹簧与限位销连接。这种假体植入器用一种限位结构使假体在植入人体后能够根据预期设置的通道自由的调整方向从而顺利的将假体推进运行到理想的位置,时间仅需两三分钟即可顺利的完成植入过程,并且无风险。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗设备技术领域,尤其是一种假体植入器。
背景技术
本产品原有技术在使用时,必须一把植入器另外再配合一把打入器共同使用从而将假体植入人体,在植入过程中由于需要两种产品配合使用,同时为了达到理想的植入位置,需要反复的C臂机照射,来调整,对于患者和医生伤害很大,且时间需要四五十分钟,并且由于需要敲击,还会存在其他的医疗风险。
发明内容
为了克服现有的假体植入难度高的不足,本发明提供了一种假体植入器。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种假体植入器,包括手柄,所述手柄内设有假体杆,所述手柄的末端通过螺纹安装有旋转手柄,所述旋转手柄上设有拉套,所述拉套内侧设有拉套弹簧,所述拉套右侧设有限位卡块,所述旋转手柄上设有弹簧、按钮和限位销,所述限位销与假体杆的末端接触,所述按钮和弹簧与限位销连接。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括,所述假体杆在拉套的位置设有假体杆凹槽,所述假体杆凹槽一侧为假体杆台阶。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括,所述假体杆的端部设有夹持头,所述手柄前端设有限位头。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括,所述限位头的截面和夹持头的截面都设置成带有角度的斜面。
本发明的有益效果是,这种假体植入器用一种限位结构使假体在植入人体后能够根据预期设置的通道自由的调整方向从而顺利的将假体推进运行到理想的位置,时间仅需两三分钟即可顺利的完成植入过程,并且无风险。

具体实施方式
如图1-5是本发明的结构示意图,一种假体植入器,包括手柄3,所述手柄3内设有假体杆2,所述手柄3的末端通过螺纹10安装有旋转手柄6,所述旋转手柄6上设有拉套4,所述拉套4内侧设有拉套弹簧11,所述拉套4右侧设有限位卡块5,所述旋转手柄6上设有弹簧8、按钮7和限位销9,所述限位销9与假体杆2的末端接触,所述按钮7和弹簧8与限位销9连接。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括,所述假体杆2在拉套4的位置设有假体杆凹槽12,所述假体杆凹槽12一侧为假体杆台阶13。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括,所述假体杆2的端部设有夹持头15,所述手柄3前端设有限位头14。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括,所述限位头14的截面和夹持头15的截面都设置成带有角度的斜面。
这种假体植入器在使用时拉动拉套4,将拉套靠近件3手柄,然后旋动旋转手柄6贴近拉套4端面后,按压按钮7,然后插入假体杆2,再将假体1装入假体2杆中,松开按钮7在弹簧8作用下按钮7复位,在限位销9作用下将假体杆2夹持住无松脱.然后反向旋转旋转手柄6从而带动件2向右移动,当移动到限位卡块5滑入假体杆凹槽12后,拉套4在拉套弹簧11作用下恢复原位,从而将假体1夹持住如图1所示水平状态,无松动,然后将假体1顺着已经预先处理好的通道垂直插入,遇到阻力后,旋转旋转手柄6,这时假体2杆会前移,当假体杆台阶13抵住限位卡块5后,限位卡块5端面上端面会抵住拉套4,同时旋转手柄6端面会靠住拉套4端面使旋转手柄6不能被继续旋转,此时假体1为自由可以顺利转动的状态,继续插入假体1,假体1状态会如图5所示为垂直状态,此时拉动拉套4,继续可以旋转旋转手柄6,直至不能旋转为止,此时扶持手柄3,将假体植入器从人体内取出,这时假体1会与假体杆2分离,从而将假体1植入人体,并位置理想,整个植入过程只用一把工具,仅仅需要两三分钟完成植入的工作,且全程不需要敲击,无其他医疗风险。
为了方便假体1在假体杆2上做回旋运动,在手柄3的末端安装了限位头14,在假体杆2的末端安装了夹持头15,由于限位头14的截面和夹持头15的截面都设置成带有角度的斜面,在假体杆2带动夹持头15向内移动的时候,带角度的斜面契合之后迫使假体1发生转动,以使其满足使用需求。
以上说明对本发明而言只是说明性的,而非限制性的,本领域普通技术人员理解,在不脱离所附权利要求所限定的精神和范围的情况下,可做出许多修改、变化或等效,但都将落入本发明的保护范围内。

1.一种假体植入器,包括手柄(3),所述手柄(3)内设有假体杆(2),其特征是,所述手柄(3)的末端通过螺纹(10)安装有旋转手柄(6),所述旋转手柄(6)上设有拉套(4),所述拉套(4)内侧设有拉套弹簧(11),所述拉套(4)右侧设有限位卡块(5),所述旋转手柄(6)上设有弹簧(8)、按钮(7)和限位销(9),所述限位销(9)与假体杆(2)的末端接触,所述按钮(7)和弹簧(8)与限位销(9)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的假体植入器,其特征是,所述假体杆(2)在拉套(4)的位置设有假体杆凹槽(12),所述假体杆凹槽(12)一侧为假体杆台阶(13)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的假体植入器,其特征是,所述假体杆(2)的端部设有夹持头(15),所述手柄(3)前端设有限位头(14)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的假体植入器,其特征是,所述限位头(14)的截面和夹持头(15)的截面都设置成带有角度的斜面。
