本发明公开了一种医疗器械,尤其是一种颈椎用非融合固定装置。该固定装置包括一体结构的主体上部、主体下部和中间部,其中主体上部和主体下部对称布置,中间部位于主体上部和主体下部之间并连接主体上部和主体下部,且中间部的横截面呈U形;主体上部和主体下部的外侧表面设有若干列倒钩齿形;主体上部和主体下部的尾端呈弧形;倒钩齿形的方向向主体上部和主体下部的尾端倾斜。本发明具有手术创伤小、术后椎体活动性较强、稳定性好、不容易移位和脱出的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗器械,尤其是一种颈椎用非融合固定装置。
背景技术
目前,虽然颈前路减压融合术(ACDF)仍是治疗颈椎退变性疾病的主要选择,但许多研究报告指出,生物力学改变相邻节段的应力增加和椎间盘退变的自然病程均可能导致邻近节段退变(ASD),多数学者认为脊柱融合术加速了 ASD 的发生。非融合手术对于预防ASD 存在着—定优势,颈椎人工间盘置换手术(CADR)的设计理念是代替原来的椎间盘并行使其功能,实现保留运动节段、减少相邻节段继发性退变的目的,该手术已在国内外广泛应用,大量临床观察发现其治疗颈椎病能取得满意效果。
颈椎人工间盘置换手术(CADR)需要植入人工椎体,以有效恢复椎间隙高度和相应节段运动功能,延缓临近节段退变的发生,同时还要避免植入物塌陷、松动等问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种手术创伤小、术后椎体活动性较强、稳定性好、不容易移位和脱出的颈椎用非融合固定装置。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是:该固定装置包括一体结构的主体上部、主体下部和中间部,其中主体上部和主体下部对称布置,中间部位于主体上部和主体下部之间并连接主体上部和主体下部,且中间部的横截面呈U形;主体上部和主体下部的外侧表面设有若干列倒钩齿形。
本发明所述主体上部和主体下部的尾端呈弧形。
本发明所述倒钩齿形的方向向主体上部和主体下部的尾端倾斜。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:该装置的中间部采用U形结构,纵向上有弹性,可以压缩,有利于该装置植入椎体内;主体上部和主体下部的外侧表面设有外凸的倒钩齿形,用于帮助该装置固定于椎体中,不易移位和脱落;使用装置可大大减少手术的创伤面,简化操作流程,术后椎体活动性的稳定性非常好,不容易移位和脱出,同时可有效改善对邻近节段负荷增加、退变加速等并发症的影响,为椎体的康复治疗提供了一种有效手段。

具体实施方式
参见图1-图5,本实施例由钛合金材料制成,包括一体结构的主体上部1、主体下部2和中间部3。其中主体上部1和主体下部2对称布置,中间部3位于主体上部1和主体下部2之间,且中间部3连接主体上部1和主体下部2,中间部3的横截面呈U形;主体上部1和主体下部2的外侧表面设有若干列倒钩齿形4,倒钩齿形4的方向向主体上部1和主体下部2的尾端倾斜。主体上部1和主体下部2的尾端呈弧形。
参见图6-图9,使用时,将该固定装置植入病患的颈椎间隙,主体上部1和主体下部2上的倒钩齿形4与邻近椎体的上面和下面相接触,由于中间部3的横截面呈U形,主体上部1和主体下部2纵向上具有弹性,可以压缩,椎体和倒钩齿形4的之间产生作用力,主体上部1和主体下部2撑开并与椎体相接触,从而稳定紧密地嵌入颈椎间隙。倒钩齿形4用于有效阻止该固定装置在椎体中移动,不易脱落和移位。

1.一种颈椎用非融合固定装置,其特征是:包括一体结构的主体上部(1)、主体下部(2)和中间部(3),其中主体上部(1)和主体下部(2)对称布置,中间部(3)位于主体上部(1)和主体下部(2)之间并连接主体上部(1)和主体下部(2),且中间部(3)的横截面呈U形;主体上部(1)和主体下部(2)的外侧表面设有若干列倒钩齿形(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的颈椎用非融合固定装置,其特征是:所述主体上部(1)和主体下部(2)的尾端呈弧形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的颈椎用非融合固定装置,其特征是:所述倒钩齿形(4)的方向向主体上部(1)和主体下部(2)的尾端倾斜。
