Abstract

本发明提供了一种可调角度的生物固定型髋臼假体,其包括:髋臼外杯和髋臼内衬,其中,髋臼外杯的底端内边缘设置有角度调节凹槽,髋臼外杯的顶端处设置有假体植入器凹槽和固定螺纹孔,髋臼外杯的底端外表面设置有倒棱锥型突起,髋臼外杯上还设置有3个配合螺钉的万向螺钉凹孔;髋臼内衬底端外表面设置有与髋臼外杯内边缘角度调节凹槽相适配的柱形突起;髋臼外杯和髋臼内衬在精准调节角度后,通过过盈压配式连接固定,有效降低了髋臼臼衬的磨损,保证了髋臼假体植入后的稳定性和安全性。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域一种髋关节假体,尤其涉及一种可调角度的生物固定型髋臼假体。
背景技术
在人工髋关节假体置换手术中,髋臼假体的设计及安装位置至关重要,髋臼假体的安装位置会直接影响髋关节的生物力学、假体的活动范围、臼衬的磨损、假体的脱位及后期稳定等,常规髋臼假体安装后,臼衬的防脱位角度难以精准调整,术后易出现关节不稳或功能受限。
在常规髋臼假体临床中,髋臼臼衬的磨损问题一直是个关键点,它直接能影响到假体的使用寿命,臼衬的不耐磨损或加速磨损,都会导致骨盆骨质的溶解和髋臼的松动。
结合上述常规髋臼假体在临床中存在的问题与缺陷,为此,本发明专利的可调角度的生物固定型髋臼假体很好的解决了以上临床缺陷,且结构简单,手术操作方便。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种可调角度的生物固定型髋臼假体,在髋臼外杯固定后,髋臼内衬能够根据临床需要精准调整防脱位角度。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种可调角度的生物固定型髋臼假体,其特征在于,包括:髋臼外杯和髋臼内衬,其中,所述髋臼外杯的底端内边缘设置有角度调节凹槽,所述髋臼外杯的顶端处设置有假体植入器凹槽和固定螺纹孔,所述髋臼外杯的底端外表面设置有倒棱锥型突起,所述髋臼外杯上还设置有3个配合螺钉的万向螺钉凹孔;所述髋臼内衬底端外表面设置有与髋臼外杯内边缘所述角度调节凹槽相适配的柱形突起;所述髋臼外杯和所述髋臼内衬在精准调节角度后,通过过盈压配式连接固定。
优选的,所述倒棱锥型突起设置在所述髋臼外杯外表面从底端起1/3高度内,所述3个万向螺钉凹孔设置在所述髋臼外杯从底端起2/3高度处。
优选的,髋臼内衬底端处设置有防脱位式突起,髋臼内衬底端处设置有防脱位式突起,其最高点髋臼内衬的底端表面中心的连线与所述与水平面成10°角度。
优选的,髋臼内衬的底端还相对设置有两个植入小孔。
优选的,所述髋臼内衬为高交联聚乙烯或含VE高交联聚乙烯材料。
优选的,所述髋臼外杯采用医用TC4或TA2制作,表面采用喷涂层处理,喷涂材料可以为粗糙金刚砂、Ti、HA。
优选的,所述柱形突起的个数为十二个,沿所述髋臼外杯的底端外表面轴向等间距分布。
优选的,所述螺钉为15-35mm长的螺钉,且螺钉螺纹截面为梯形设计。
本发明的上述技术方案的有益效果在于:
上述方案,髋臼外杯和髋臼内衬在精准调节角度后,通过过盈压配式连接固定,且髋臼内衬为高交联聚乙烯或高交联聚乙烯(含VE)材料,有效降低了髋臼臼衬的磨损,从而缓解了骨盆骨质的溶解和髋臼的松动的发生,最大限度的保证了髋臼假体植入后的稳定性和安全性。

为使本发明要解决的技术问题、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图及具体实施例进行详细描述。
本发明的提供一种可调角度的生物固定型髋臼假体,其结构如图1-6所示,包括:髋臼外杯1和髋臼内衬7,其中,所述髋臼外杯1的底端内边缘设置有角度调节凹槽3,所述髋臼外杯1的顶端处设置有假体植入器凹槽6和固定螺纹孔5,所述髋臼外杯1的底端外表面设置有倒棱锥型突起2,在假体植入后,有效增加了假体的稳定性和抗旋转性,进一步强了髋臼假体与人体髋臼窝的结合紧密度,更利于骨整合及长入,所述髋臼外杯1上还设置有3个配合螺钉的万向螺钉凹孔4,所述髋臼内衬7底端外表面设置有与髋臼外杯1内边缘所述角度调节凹槽3相适配的柱形突起8,可方便精准调整防脱位角度;所述髋臼外杯1和所述髋臼内衬7在精准调节角度后,通过过盈压配式连接固定;通过向调节螺钉凹孔4内设置螺钉在髋臼假体固定后,可将螺钉植入到人体骨质中,并可以万向调节植入角度,有效的提高了髋关节假体植入后的初期稳定性。
具体的,如图1-2所示,所述倒棱锥型突起2设置在所述髋臼外杯1外表面从底端起1/3高度内,所述3个万向螺钉凹孔4设置在所述髋臼外杯1从底端起2/3高度处,提供万向螺钉凹孔4及倒棱锥型突起2更具体的设置位置,使得植入稳定性得到进一步保证。
具体的,如图1、5所示,髋臼内衬7底端处设置有防脱位式突起10,其最高点髋臼内衬7的底端表面中心的连线与所述与水平面成10°角度,使患者在手术后在做下蹲或肢体动作幅度较大时,能有效避免髋臼的侧后脱位风险,最大限度保证了术后关节在运动过程中的稳定性。
具体的,如图5所示,髋臼内衬7的底端还相对设置有两个植入小孔,在髋臼能衬植入过程中更方便、安全,在精准调整好髋臼内衬防脱位内衬角度后,通过过盈压配连接将髋臼外杯1和髋臼内衬7固定。
具体的,所述髋臼内衬7为高交联聚乙烯或含VE高交联聚乙烯材料,其具有良好的生物相容性、化学稳定性、耐冲击强度高、高耐磨损和低摩擦性,有效的减少了聚乙烯碎屑的产生,从而缓解了骨盆骨质的溶解,降低了髋臼假体的松动率,提高了假体的使用寿命,造福了患者。
具体的,所述髋臼外杯1采用医用TC4或TA2制作,使得该假体即轻便又满足强度,而表面采用喷涂层处理,喷涂材料可以为粗糙金刚砂、Ti、HA,进一步增强了该假体的耐腐蚀性和抗磨损性。
具体的,如6所示,所述柱形突起8的个数为十二个,沿所述髋臼外杯1的底端外表面轴向等间距分布,给出了具体的柱形突起十二的分布和个数,优化植入效果。
具体的,如图4所示,所述螺钉为15-35mm长的螺钉,且螺钉螺纹截面为梯形设计,增强了该假体的植入稳定性能。
本技术方案的可调角度的生物固定型髋臼假体,可精确调节角度,具有良好的生物相容性、化学稳定性、耐冲击强度高、高耐磨损和低摩擦性,有效的减少了聚乙烯碎屑的产生,从而缓解了骨盆骨质的溶解,降低了髋臼假体的松动率,提高了假体的使用寿命,造福了患者。

1.一种可调角度的生物固定型髋臼假体,其特征在于,包括:髋臼外杯和髋臼内衬,其中,所述髋臼外杯的底端内边缘设置有角度调节凹槽,所述髋臼外杯的顶端处设置有假体植入器凹槽和固定螺纹孔,所述髋臼外杯的底端外表面设置有倒棱锥型突起,所述髋臼外杯上还设置有3个配合螺钉的万向螺钉凹孔;所述髋臼内衬底端外表面设置有与髋臼外杯内边缘所述角度调节凹槽相适配的柱形突起;所述髋臼外杯和所述髋臼内衬在精准调节角度后,通过过盈压配式连接固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可调角度的生物固定型髋臼假体,其特征在于,所述倒棱锥型突起设置在所述髋臼外杯外表面从底端起1/3高度内,所述3个万向螺钉凹孔设置在所述髋臼外杯从底端起2/3高度处。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可调角度的生物固定型髋臼假体,其特征在于,髋臼内衬底端处设置有防脱位式突起,其最高点髋臼内衬的底端表面中心的连线与水平面成10°角度。
