本发明属于医疗器械技术领域，具体涉及一种踝关节外固定支架，包括第一夹针器、第二夹针器，所述第一夹针器与一伸缩杆相连接，所述伸缩杆的另一端通过一连接件连接所述第二夹针器，所述伸缩杆上设有调节杆装置。本发明外固定支架结构简单、合理，通过有效操作简单合理地固定下肢棒结构骨折部位，确保骨折部位的愈合，使骨折部位迅速恢复原有的功能及外观，提高固定部位的运动能力，确保治疗效果的前提下保障操作的简便性和可靠性，大大地提高骨折的矫正及治疗效果。

技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械技术领域，具体涉及一种踝关节外固定支架。
背景技术
临床上治疗下肢棒结构矫形处骨折的方法分为非手术治疗和手术治疗，非手术治疗采用复位夹板或石膏进行外部固定，其缺点是骨折处易产生移位、恢复较慢；手术治疗是采用钢板进行内固定，需二次手术取出钢板，给病人造成痛苦，且易出现挠骨缩短症状。目前临床应用的踝关节复位外固定器，在调整功能上与踝关节的力学结构存在着差异，其灵活度有很大的局限性，不但穿针较多，操作不便，而且给功能锻炼带来诸多困难。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述的技术问题而提供一种结构简单且设计合理的用于踝关节处骨折时治疗的踝关节外固定支架。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：
一种踝关节外固定支架，包括第一夹针器、第二夹针器，所述第一夹针器与一伸缩杆相连接，所述伸缩杆的另一端通过一连接件连接所述第二夹针器，所述伸缩杆上设有调节杆装置。
所述第一夹针器包括前夹块、后夹块，所述前夹块、后夹块的夹合面具有圆形槽，夹合后于所述前夹块、后夹块的夹合面间形成的夹针孔，所述前夹块、后夹块通过螺杆相连接。
所述前夹块、后夹块上分别设有一个锁孔、一个与所述锁孔相配合的锁块，通过所述锁孔、以及与所述锁孔相配合的锁块以及锁定螺栓，所述前夹块、后夹块于一外侧端上锁紧。
所述连接件具有U形部，所述第二夹针器通过螺栓安装在所述U形部内，所述第二夹针器包括一左夹块，一个右夹块，所述左夹块、右夹块的夹合面具有圆形槽，夹合后于所述左夹块、右夹块的夹合面间形成的夹针孔，所述左夹块、右夹块通过螺杆相连接。
本发明踝关节外固定支架结构简单、合理，通过有效操作简单合理地固定下肢棒结构骨折部位，确保骨折部位的愈合，使骨折部位迅速恢复原有的功能及外观，提高固定部位的运动能力，确保治疗效果的前提下保障操作的简便性和可靠性，大大地提高骨折的矫正及治疗效果。

请参阅图1，一种踝关节外固定支架，包括第一夹针器1、第二夹针器2，所述第一夹针器与一伸缩杆3相连接，所述伸缩杆3的另一端通过一连接件4连接所述第二夹针器2，所述伸缩杆3上设有调节杆装置5。所述的伸缩杆3上通过槽体设有锁定器11。
所述第一夹针器1包括前夹块6、后夹块7，所述前夹块、后夹块的夹合面具有圆形槽，夹合后于所述前夹块、后夹块的夹合面间形成的夹针孔，所述前夹块、后夹块通过螺杆8相连接。
所述前夹块6、后夹块7上分别设有一个锁孔10、一个与所述锁孔10相配合的锁块9，通过所述锁孔、以及与所述锁孔相配合的锁块以及锁定螺栓，所述前夹块、后夹块于一外侧端上锁紧。
所述连接件4具有U形部，所述第二夹针器2通过螺栓12安装在所述U形部内，所述第二夹针器包括一左夹块13，一个右夹块14，所述左夹块、右夹块的夹合面具有圆形槽，夹合后于所述左夹块、右夹块的夹合面间形成的夹针孔，所述左夹块、右夹块通过螺杆相连接。
