As shown in the figure 1-Drawing (A) 1As shown in fig. 0, a cleaner according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: the cleaning cloth cleaning machine comprises a machine body 1, a cleaning cloth support 2, a tension spring 41 and a controller 9.
Specifically, the mop holder 2 is suitable for mounting the mop 8, and the mop holder 2 is movably arranged on the machine body 1 between a first position and a second position. That is, the cloth 8 is mounted on the cloth holder 2, the cloth holder 2 is mounted on the machine body 1, and the cloth holder 2 can be switched between the first position and the second position.As shown in the figure 1-Drawing (A) 3As shown, the bottom of the machine body 1 is provided with a containing part 10, when the rag bracket 2 is located at the first position, the rag bracket 2 is contained in the containing part 10, and the rag 8 is located at the bottom of the machine body 1 and is used for cleaning a working surface, such as the ground; when the rag support 2 is located the second position, the rag support 2 is located the outside of the accommodating part 10, the rag 8 on the rag support 2 is also exposed outside the machine body 1, and the rag support 2 can rotate upwards by a preset angle, so that the rag support 2 can drive the rag 8 to be lifted by the preset angle, and a user can pick or replace the rag 8 conveniently.
For example,as shown in the figure 1The cleaning cloth support 2 is located at a first position, and the cleaning cloth 8 on the cleaning cloth support 2 is located at the bottom of the machine body 1 to clean a working surface;as shown in the figure 2Anddrawing (A) 3It shows that after dust catcher work a period, need change rag 8, usable external force makes rag support this moment2 alongDrawing (A) 2The cleaning cloth support 2 moves in the direction indicated by the arrow a, so that the cleaning cloth support 2 is positioned outside the accommodating part 10, namely the cleaning cloth support 2 is switched from the first position to the second position;as shown in the figure 3As shown, when the cloth holder 2 is in the second position, the cloth holder 2 may be moved alongDrawing (A) 3The direction shown by the arrow b is rotated upwards, so that the cleaning cloth 8 on the cleaning cloth bracket 2 can be lifted by a preset angle, and a user can pick up or replace the cleaning cloth 8 conveniently.
As shown in the figure 1-Drawing (A) 3As shown, in order to switch the cleaning cloth holder 2 from the first position to the second position, one end of the tension spring 41 is connected to the adjacent rear end of the cleaning cloth holder 1, the other end of the tension spring 41 is connected to the cleaning cloth holder 2, and the tension spring 41 is in a stretched state when the cleaning cloth holder 2 is located at the first position. When the rag bracket 2 is located at the first position, the tension spring 41 is in a stretched state, that is, the tension spring 41 has a tendency to make the rag bracket 2 separate from the first position;as shown in the figure 2As shown, the tension spring 41 gradually contracts when the cloth holder 2 is switched from the first position to the second position, so that the cloth holder 2 can be switched from the first position to the second position by the elastic force generated when the tension spring 41 contracts.
The controller 9 is connected with the cloth holder 2 to control the cloth holder 2 to switch between the first position and the second position. Therefore, the operation of the user is convenient. In addition, the controller 9 may also limit the movement distance of the cloth holder 2 to avoid the cloth holder 2 exceeding the maximum movement range. For example, when the cloth holder 2 is located at the first position, the controller 9 may control the cloth holder 2 to be located at the first position, and when the controller 9 emits a signal to switch the cloth holder 2 from the first position to the second position, the cloth holder 2 is switched from the first position to the second position by the tension spring 41; when the user finishes the operation of replacing the rag 8, the controller 9 can control the rag bracket 2 to switch from the second position to the first position.
Reference is made below toDrawing (A) 1-Drawing (A) 10 describes in detail the process of changing the cloth 8 of the cleaner according to the embodiment of the present invention. Wherein,as shown in the figure 1The cleaner is shown in an initial state, i.e. a wipe8 install on rag support 2 and be located the bottom of organism 1, and rag support 2 is located the first position.
As shown in the figure 1-Drawing (A) 2As shown, the controller 9 emits a signal to switch the cloth holder 2 from the first position to the second position, and the cloth holder 2 is moved along by the tension spring 41Drawing (A) 2The rag bracket 2 is switched from the first position to the second position by moving in the direction shown by the arrow a;
as shown in the figure 3After the rag bracket 2 is switched to the second position, the rag bracket 2 is driven to move alongDrawing (A) 3The direction indicated by the middle arrow b is rotated upward by a predetermined angle to raise the cloth holder 2. At this moment, the cleaning cloth 8 is also lifted along with the cleaning cloth support 2, and the user can replace the cleaning cloth 8 on the cleaning cloth support 2. It should be noted that the rag holder 2 is lifted to facilitate the user to replace the rag 8.
When the cleaning cloth 8 is replaced, the controller 9 controls the cleaning cloth support 2 to move alongDrawing (A) 2The movement in the opposite direction indicated by arrow a causes the cloth holder 2 to be switched from the second position to the first position.
In the related art, when a user needs to take or replace the cleaning cloth in the using process of the dust collector, the cleaning cloth is arranged at the bottom of the machine body, and the user can take the cleaning cloth out only by enabling the bottom of the dust collector to face upwards, so that inconvenience is brought to the user, and the satisfaction degree of the user is reduced.
According to the vacuum cleaner of the embodiment of the invention, the cleaning cloth 8 on the cleaning cloth support 2 can move between the inside of the accommodating part 10 and the outside of the accommodating part 10 by switching the cleaning cloth support 2 between the first position and the second position. When the rag support 2 is located the second position, the rag support 2 can rotate upwards by a predetermined angle, and then the rag 8 can be lifted by the predetermined angle, so that a user can pick or replace the rag 8 conveniently, the use performance of the dust collector is improved, the use requirement of the user is met, and the market competitiveness of the product is also improved.
As shown in the figure 2-Drawing (A) 3Shown in root ofAccording to an embodiment of the present invention, the side wall of the accommodating part 10 is provided with (in the front-rear direction)As shown in the figure 2-Drawing (A) 3Shown in the front-rear direction) and a guide rail 11 extending in the housing 10 in such a manner that the wiper blade holder 2 can move forward and backward. From this, guide rail 11 can inject the movement track of rag support 2, and rag support 2 can switch between primary importance and second place along fixed movement track, and then has improved the stability of product, has promoted the performance of product.
Optionally, inAs shown in the figure 2-Drawing (A) 3In the example shown, the guide rail 11 can be a toothed rack, to which the cloth holder 2 is connected via a gear 32. From this, utilize the meshing of gear 32 and rack, can inject the movement track of rag support 2, and then improved the motion stability of rag support 2, and then promoted the stability that rag support 2 switched between primary importance and second place to the stability of dust catcher has been promoted.
Further, the air conditioner is provided with a fan,as shown in the figure 2As shown, the front end of the rag bracket 2 is provided with a connecting shaft 20, the connecting shaft 20 is connected with the other end of the tension spring 41, and the gear 32 is rotatably sleeved on the connecting shaft 20. The term "front end" as used herein means that the wiper holder 2 is located near the front (As shown in the figure 2Front as shown in the figure). When the gear 32 rolls on the rack, the gear 32 can rotate relative to the rack and can move in the front-back direction relative to the rack, the gear only rotates relative to the rag bracket 2, and the rag bracket 2 only moves relative to the rack. The gear 32 can thus transmit the movement to the cloth holder 2 via the connecting shaft 20, which in turn causes the cloth holder 2 to move in the front-rear direction (ii)As shown in the figure 2The front-to-back direction shown in (a) is moved.
It will be appreciated that the configuration of the rail 11 is not limited thereto, for example, in another example of the invention, the rail 11 may be a slide rail, and the wiper holder 2 may have a pulley(s) sliding thereinDrawing (A)Not shown). When the pulley slides on the slide rail, the pulley can drive the cleaning cloth support 2 to slide on the slide rail, so that the movement track of the cleaning cloth support 2 is limited, and therefore, the cleaning cloth support improvesThe stability of the switch between the first position and the second position of the bracket 2 is improved, thereby improving the stability of the dust collector.
In order to prevent the gear 32 from moving on the guide rail 11 too fast, a resistance device(s) (a resistance device) is further provided on the guide rail 11 for making the gear 32 move slowly along the rack 31 by resistanceDrawing (A)Not shown). Under the action of the resistor, the gear 32 can be moved slowly on the guide rail 11, i.e. the cloth holder 2 can be switched slowly between the first position and the second position. Therefore, the cleaning cloth support 2 can be effectively prevented from colliding with other components on the machine body 1 due to the fact that the cleaning cloth support 2 moves at an excessively high speed, and the use performance of the cleaning equipment is further improved.
In order to further improve the service performance of the dust collector,as shown in the figure 1-Drawing (A) 3Anddrawing (A) 4As shown, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the cleaner further comprises: door lock switch 6 and trigger part (Drawing (A)Not shown). Specifically, the door lock switch 6 locks the cleaning cloth support 2 at the first position, the door lock switch 6 is electrically connected with the controller 9, and when the door lock switch 6 is triggered, a signal can be transmitted to the controller 9 to stop the dust collector from working. For example, when the dust collector is used for cleaning a working table surface, the door lock switch 6 locks the cleaning cloth support 2 at the first position, so that the cleaning cloth support 2 can be effectively prevented from being accidentally separated from the first position, and meanwhile, when the door lock switch 6 is triggered, the controller 9 controls the dust collector to stop working, so that the working stability of the dust collector is improved. The touch piece is arranged on the machine body 1 and is suitable for touching the door lock switch 6 to release the rag bracket 2 from the first position. For example, the trigger may be a push-button trigger, and the user may press the trigger to trigger the door lock switch 6, so as to release the wiper holder 2 from the first position. Therefore, the operation of the user is convenient.
In addition, inAs shown in the figure 1-Drawing (A) 2Anddrawing (A) 4In the example shown, the upper end of the back side of the rag bracket 2 is provided with a hook 7, the machine body 1 is provided with a fixing groove 12 corresponding to the hook 7, and the hook 7 is matched with the fixing groove 12 to position the rag bracket 2 at the first position. Therefore, when the rag bracket 2 is switched from the second position to the first position, the rag is smearedCloth support 2 can be accurately positioned on organism 1 through the cooperation of couple 7 and fixed slot 12, and then has improved the positioning accuracy of rag support 2, has also avoided rag support 2 to take place to rock in the portion of holding 10 effectively simultaneously, and then has improved the stability of dust catcher.
Further, the air conditioner is provided with a fan,as shown in the figure 5As shown, the cloth holder 2 may include: a frame body 21 and a height adjusting member 22. Wherein, a frame body 21 is movably provided in the accommodating part 10, and a height adjusting member 22 is provided on the frame body 21 to adjust the height of the cloth 8 mounted thereon. That is to say, the height adjusting member 22 can be used for adjusting the distance between the cleaning cloth 8 and the working surface, the user can adjust the distance between the cleaning cloth 8 and the working surface according to the condition of the working surface, and the use requirements of the cleaning cloth 8 with different thicknesses can be met, for example, when the height adjusting member 22 is wrapped with a thin wet tissue, the wet tissue can be attached to the ground by adjusting the distance between the height adjusting member 22 and the ground, so that the dust collector can complete the cleaning work. Therefore, the application range of the dust collector is expanded, and meanwhile, the practicability of the dust collector is improved.
Further, in the present invention,as shown in the figure 5As shown, the frame body 21 is provided with an opening 210, the height adjusting piece 22 is arranged in the opening 210, and the cleaning cloth 8 is wrapped on the height adjusting piece 22. Thereby facilitating the user wrapping the cloth 8 around the height adjustment member 22. Alternatively, the height adjuster 22 may be an elastic member. For example, when the working surface is an uneven working surface (e.g., an uneven working surface), the height adjusting member 22 having elasticity can be elastically deformed according to the specific situation of the working surface to adapt to the uneven working surface. Therefore, the application range of the dust collector is expanded, and the use performance of the dust collector is improved.
In thatAs shown in the figure 5-Drawing (A) 7In the example shown, the height adjuster 22 comprises: at least one connecting rod 221 and a plurality of adjustment pads 222. Wherein the connecting rod 221 extends in the left-right directionAs shown in the figure 5In the left-right direction shown in the drawing), the adjustment pads 222 are pivotably connected to the bottom of the connection bars 221, wherein a plurality of pads spaced apart from each other are provided on each connection bar 221The adjustment pad 222. Thereby, the distance between the cloth 8 wrapped on the height-adjusting member 22 and the work surface is easily adjusted. For example, inAs shown in the figure 6In the illustrated example, the distance between the lowermost end of the adjustment pad 222 and the work surface can be adjusted by rotating the adjustment pad 222 in the direction indicated by the arrow d, and the distance between the cloth 8 and the work surface can be adjusted by wrapping the cloth 8 on the height adjustment member 22.
As shown in the figure 6Anddrawing (A) 7As shown, each of the pads 222 has a plurality of grooves 2221 recessed in the width direction thereof to facilitate hanging of the cloth 8, according to one embodiment of the present invention. The term "width" as used herein means the value ofAs shown in the figure 7In the example shown, the length of the pad 222 in the front-rear direction is adjusted. The groove 2221 is formed on the adjustment pad 222, so that the adjustment pad 222 has a certain elasticity, and the vacuum cleaner is suitable for different working surfaces. In addition, the groove 2221 can also reduce the mass of the rag support 2, save production materials, further reduce the mass of the cleaning device and reduce the production cost. For example, inAs shown in the figure 1In the example shown in fig. 0, each of the adjustment pads 222 has two grooves 2221, and the two grooves 2221 are arranged from back to front (b), (c)As shown in the figure 1Front-rear direction shown by 0), and the two grooves 2221 are in the up-down direction (b)As shown in the figure 1The up-down direction shown by 0).
It should be noted that the way of adjusting the height between the cloth 8 and the work surface is not limited thereto, for example, inAs shown in the figure 8-Drawing (A) 1In the example shown in fig. 0, the frame body 21 has a plurality of through grooves 211 extending vertically therethrough, and each through groove 211 has at least one adjusting block 23 rotatably disposed therein. It will be appreciated that as the conditioning block 23 rotates within the channel 211, the relative distance between the conditioning block 23 and the work surface changes, which in turn adjusts the distance between the conditioning cloth 8 and the work surface. For example, the first and second electrodes may be, for example,as shown in the figure 9As shown, set block 23 may be positioned alongDrawing (A) 9The distance between the two ends of the adjusting block 23 and the working surface is changed continuously by rotating in the direction indicated by the arrow e. Thereby, the rag 8 wrapped on the rag bracket 2The distance from the working surface also constantly changes. Thus, the distance between the cleaning cloth 8 wrapped on the cleaning cloth support 2 and the working surface is also continuously changed.
As shown in the figure 8-Drawing (A) 1As shown in 0, in one example of the present invention, the set block 23 may be formed in a rectangular shape. Therefore, the structure of the rag bracket 2 can be more compact and reasonable. Further, the set block 23 is rotatable about its center.
Reference is made below toDrawing (A) 1-Drawing (A) 10 describes in detail the process of replacing the cloth 8 of the cleaner according to one embodiment of the present invention. Wherein,as shown in the figure 1The cleaner is shown in an initial state, i.e. the cloth holder 2 is in a first position. At this moment, the cleaning cloth 8 is arranged on the cleaning cloth support 2 and is positioned at the bottom of the machine body 1, and the hook 7 of the cleaning cloth support 2 is matched with the fixing groove 12 on the machine body 1. Meanwhile, the door lock switch 6 locks the cleaning cloth holder at the first position, and the tension spring 41 is in a stretched state and has a tendency to move the cleaning cloth holder 2 from front to back, that is, the tension spring 41 has a tendency to switch the cleaning cloth holder 2 from the first position to the second position.
As shown in the figure 1-Drawing (A) 2When the trigger part triggers the door lock switch 6 to release the rag bracket 2 from the first position, the door lock switch 6 sends a signal to the controller 9 to stop the dust collector;
the tension spring 41 drives the gear 32 to roll on the rack, and simultaneously the gear 32 drives the cleaning cloth support 2 to move alongDrawing (A) 2Moving backwards in the direction indicated by the arrow a. When the tension spring 41 is contracted to the original length, the cloth holder 2 is located outside the accommodating part 10, that is, the cloth holder 2 is in the second position;
as shown in the figure 3After the cleaning cloth support 2 is switched to the second position, the edge is shownDrawing (A) 3The direction indicated by the medium arrow b rotates the cloth holder upward by a predetermined angle to raise the cloth holder 2. At this moment, the cleaning cloth 8 is also lifted along with the cleaning cloth support 2, and the user can replace the cleaning cloth on the cleaning cloth support 2. It should be noted that the mop holder 2 can be lifted upThe user can conveniently replace the rag 8;
when the cleaning cloth 8 is replaced, the controller 9 controls the cleaning cloth support 2 to move alongDrawing (A) 2The opposite direction indicated by the arrow a is moved to switch the cloth holder 2 from the second position to the first position;
the hook 7 of the rag support 2 is matched in the fixing groove 12 on the machine body 1, and the rag support 2 is locked at the first position by the door lock switch 6.
