Abstract
The present invention relates to an organic compound fertilizer which is made by using a deodorant comprising active carbon, ferrous sulphate and water for deodorization and then adding urea, calcium superphosphate, potassium sulphate, humic acid and bentonite for mixing granulation. The organic compound fertilizer does not contain harmful substances, does not have foul smell and can sufficiently improve land capability, and moreover, the organic compound fertilizer is very favorable to plant growth and is suitable for field mechanical sowing.
Description
The invention relates to an organic compound fertilizer.
The existing organic compound fertilizer is mainly prepared by adding nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium into organic matters, and plays a role in improving the soil, but the existing organic compound fertilizer has the following defects due to the limitation of a processing method and a formula:
1. harmful substances are not completely eliminated, and the pesticide not only has foul smell, but also is harmful to crops.
2. Improving the ground force has a limited effect.
3. The existing organic compound fertilizer is mainly in a powder state and is not suitable for mechanical sowing in the field.
The invention aims to provide an organic compound fertilizer which does not contain harmful substances, has no foul smell, can fully improve the soil fertility, is very beneficial to the growth of crops and is suitable for machine sowing in fields.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following design scheme: an organic compound fertilizer is characterized in that: it is prepared by the following method,
(1) preparation of deodorant
Adding the components according to the following formula (in percentage by weight), heating to 50-100 ℃, and stirring until the components are fully mixed;
30 to 50 percent of active carbon
30 to 50 percent of ferrous sulfate
20 to 30 percent of water
(2) Dilution of deodorants
Diluting the deodorant according to the proportion of adding 100-;
(3) crushing and treating excrement
Crushing the excrement, stirring to form paste, and adding a diluted deodorant, wherein the adding amount of the deodorant is as follows: 100 and 200 kg of diluted deodorant is added into every 1000 kg of excrement;
(4) drying the deodorized pasty excrement obtained in the step (3);
(5) adding beneficial substances into the dry excrement obtained in the step (4) according to the following formula (in percentage by weight), and uniformly mixing;
40 to 70 percent of excrement
10 to 20 percent of urea
5-30% of calcium superphosphate
3 to 10 percent of potassium sulfate
Humic acid 5-10%
1 to 5 percent of bentonite
(6) Adding water into the substance obtained in the step (5) by a flat disc ball mill for kneading, wherein the water adding proportion is as follows: adding 8-10 kg of water into each 100 kg of the substance obtained in the step (5),
(7) heating ball forming of barrel-shaped ball mill
Heating the substance obtained in the step (6) to form balls by using a barrel-shaped ball mill, and heating the balls outside the ball mill barrel at the temperature of 50-150 ℃;
(8) naturally cooling and balling barrel ball mill
Naturally cooling the substance obtained in the step (7) by using a barrel-shaped ball mill and finally balling.
The feces may be chicken manure or human manure, and when the feces is human manure, 0.5-2% of calcium oxide may be added in the step (5) for neutralizing sour taste in human manure.
In the above processing process, deodorant is added to remove harmful substances and odor generated in feces putrefaction process. The active carbon has adsorption function and can adsorb gas generated in the process of feces decay, and in addition, ammonia gas adsorbed by the active carbon can be released after the fertilizer is applied to the field, wherein nitrogen is a beneficial substance. Ferrous sulfate can eliminate H produced in feces decay process2S, the reaction formula is as follows: 。
the purpose of adding the beneficial substance to the dried manure during the above process is to improve the soil and meet the needs of the growth of the crops more effectively. Urea, calcium superphosphate and potassium sulfate are elements which are useful for improving the soil fertility and are used for increasing the contents of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in the organic fertilizer. Humic acid can increase the granular structure of soil, increase the microbial activity of soil, and can protect crops from metabolic poisoning, and bentonite contains multiple trace elements and has nitrogen-retaining effect. The dosage of the urea, the calcium superphosphate, the potassium sulfate, the humic acid and the bentonite can be determined according to the soil fertility conditions of different regions and the growth requirements of different crops.
Due to the adoption of the design scheme, the organic compound fertilizer has the following advantages:
1. no odor and harmful substances to crops.
2. Can improve soil fertility and is beneficial to crop growth. Besides nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium which are needed for improving the soil fertility, the fertilizer also contains various trace elements. In addition, the fertilizer can also increase the granular structure of soil, increase the microbial activity of the soil and prevent the crops from being poisoned by metabolism.
3. The fertilizer is granular and is suitable for mechanical sowing in the field.
