Abstract

本发明涉及一种高温大电流引出线装置,属于电学中电热技术领域。该引出线装置包括导电铜棒,导电铜棒的两端分别固定有负载连接铜排和电缆连接铜排,导电铜棒的中部套设有接线仓钢管和两个绝缘陶瓷体,两个绝缘陶瓷体均设于接线仓钢管和导电铜棒之间,每个绝缘陶瓷体的一端均伸出接线仓钢管的相邻管口外并在该端上制有圆环肩部,两个绝缘陶瓷体之间、绝缘陶瓷体的圆环肩部与接线仓钢管之间、绝缘陶瓷体与负载连接铜排和电缆连接铜排之间均设有绝缘密封垫。该引出线装置具有整体结构简单、载流量大、绝缘性能好的优点,在高温下可以将电加热器负载与电缆有效进行连接,在负载容量大和温度高的场合有效得到应用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高温大电流引出线装置,尤其涉及一种结构简单、载流量大且绝缘性能好的引出线装置。
背景技术
据申请人了解,现有的电加热器引出装置都只能用于常温下,目前常用的耐高温电缆一般采用高温塑料绝缘材料组合护套,耐温 200℃左右,且存在使用寿命短、导电率低、抗氧化性能差、电气点接触易腐蚀,易老化等缺点,无法满足使用要求。无法能在高温下将电加热器负载与电缆的有效连接得到实现。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术不足,提出一种适合负载容量大和温度高场合的高温大电流引出线装置。
本发明为解决上述技术问题提出的技术方案是:一种高温大电流引出线装置,包括导电铜棒,所述导电铜棒的两端分别固定有负载连接铜排和电缆连接铜排,所述导电铜棒的中部套设有接线仓钢管和两个绝缘陶瓷体,两个绝缘陶瓷体均设于接线仓钢管和导电铜棒之间,每个绝缘陶瓷体的一端均伸出接线仓钢管的相邻管口外并在该端上制有圆环肩部,两个绝缘陶瓷体之间、绝缘陶瓷体的圆环肩部与接线仓钢管之间、绝缘陶瓷体与负载连接铜排和电缆连接铜排之间均设有绝缘密封垫。
本发明采用上述技术方案,由此带来以下效果:本发明采用导电铜棒,并将导电铜棒穿于绝缘陶瓷体内,导电铜棒载流量大,绝缘陶瓷体能够在高温下保持有较好的绝缘性能,降低了电缆与电加热器直连的温度,使电缆不容易熔断,进而提高电热器的使用寿命,整体结构简单、载流量大、绝缘性能好,投资及运行费用低、故障少,在高温下可以将电加热器负载与电缆有效进行连接,在负载容量大和温度高的场合有效得到应用。
上述技术方案的改进是:所述导电铜棒上制有外螺纹,所述电缆连接铜排上固定有紧固螺母,所述紧固螺母螺接在导电铜棒上。
上述技术方案的改进是:所述绝缘陶瓷体是由多块瓦片状陶瓷沿绝缘陶瓷体中心圆周拼接而成。
本发明的绝缘陶瓷体是由多块瓦片状陶瓷沿绝缘陶瓷体中心圆周拼接而成,这样,绝缘陶瓷体不会因热膨胀或紧固而破损。
上述技术方案的改进是:所述绝缘密封垫是四氟绝缘密封垫。
本发明采用四氟绝缘密封垫,可以确保密封达到工艺的要求。

实施例
本实施例的高温大电流引出线装置,如图1和图2所示,包括负载连接铜排1、导电铜棒2、接线仓钢管3、绝缘陶瓷体4、电缆连接铜排5。
负载连接铜排1和电缆连接铜排5分别固定在导电铜棒2的两端,接线仓钢管3和两个绝缘陶瓷体4分别套设在导电铜棒2的中部。两个绝缘陶瓷体4均设于接线仓钢管3和导电铜棒2之间。每个绝缘陶瓷体4的一端均伸出接线仓钢管3的相邻管口外并在该端上制有圆环肩部,
两个绝缘陶瓷体4之间、绝缘陶瓷体4的圆环肩部与接线仓钢管3之间、绝缘陶瓷体4与负载连接铜排1和电缆连接铜排5之间均设有绝缘密封垫6。绝缘密封垫6采用四氟绝缘密封垫。
本实施例的导电铜棒2上制有外螺纹,电缆连接铜排5上固定有紧固螺母7,紧固螺母7螺接在导电铜棒2上。
如图3所示,本实施例的绝缘陶瓷体4是由多块瓦片状陶瓷沿绝缘陶瓷体中心圆周拼接而成。
本发明的不局限于上述实施例。凡采用等同替换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围。

1.一种高温大电流引出线装置,包括导电铜棒,其特征在于,所述导电铜棒的两端分别固定有负载连接铜排和电缆连接铜排,所述导电铜棒的中部套设有接线仓钢管和两个绝缘陶瓷体,两个绝缘陶瓷体均设于接线仓钢管和导电铜棒之间,每个绝缘陶瓷体的一端均伸出接线仓钢管的相邻管口外并在该端上制有圆环肩部,两个绝缘陶瓷体之间、绝缘陶瓷体的圆环肩部与接线仓钢管之间、绝缘陶瓷体与负载连接铜排和电缆连接铜排之间均设有绝缘密封垫。
2.如权利要求1所述高温大电流引出线装置,其特征在于:所述导电铜棒上制有外螺纹,所述电缆连接铜排上固定有紧固螺母,所述紧固螺母螺接在导电铜棒上。
3.如权利要求1所述高温大电流引出线装置,其特征在于:所述绝缘陶瓷体是由多块瓦片状陶瓷沿绝缘陶瓷体中心圆周拼接而成。
4.如权利要求1所述高温大电流引出线装置,其特征在于:所述绝缘密封垫是四氟绝缘密封垫。
