Abstract
本发明提出了一种高效的太阳能电池片,包括电池片、球形凸起、主栅银线、副栅银线、透光孔、反射镜片和集光板,本发明通过采用U字型结构副栅银线和主栅银线相结合的结构方式,从而在增加电子吸附率的同时,又提高了太阳能电池片透光性,进而提高了太阳能电池片的光能利用率;本发明通过在太阳能电池片的表面增设了球形凸起和集光板结构,从而通过改变光线的透射方向,增加了太阳能电池片的透光性,进而增加了太阳能电池片光能利用率;本发明还通过在太阳能电池片的背面增设了反射镜片,从而使透过太阳能电池片的光线,重新被二次利用,进而增加了太阳能电池片的光能利用率。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及太阳能电池的技术领域,特别是一种高效的太阳能电池片的技术领域。
【背景技术】
太阳能电池片分为单晶电池片和多晶电池片,现有太阳能电池片的正面电机一般采用的是梳形电极,或者采用的是平行线的副栅线与竖直主栅线相结合的电极,梳形电极虽然透光性较好但电子吸附率低较低,平行线的副栅线与竖直主栅线相结合的正电极,则是电子吸附率高但是透光性较差,因此如何在提高电子吸附率的前提下,增加太阳能电池片的透光性是提高太阳能电池片光能利用率的一大难题。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种高效的太阳能电池片,本发明不仅结构简单、制作方便、而且光能利用率较高。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种高效的太阳能电池片,包括电池片、球形凸起、主栅银线、副栅银线、透光孔、反射镜片和集光板,所述电池片上表面上设有球形凸起、主栅银线、副栅银线,所述电池片的下表面还设有背面电极,所述反射镜片直接固定在电池片的下表面上,所述集光板直接固定在电池片的上表面上,所述电池片的上表面还镀有防反射膜,所述主栅银线直接与副栅银线相连,所述主栅银线上还设有透光孔,所述集光板上也镀有防反射膜。
作为优选,所述透光孔为矩形孔、圆形孔、三角孔的一种或者多种孔相配合的排列方式。
作为优选,所述透光孔的孔径小于主栅银线的宽度,且每两个相邻的透光孔之间的间距相等。
作为优选,所述反射镜片的长度和宽度等于电池片的长度和宽度。
作为优选,所述副栅银线为若干条U字型结构的线组成,且相邻两条副栅银线之间的间隙相等。
作为优选,所述集光板为透明的圆弧形板状结构或者为透明的球形板状结构和透明的梯形板状结构。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过采用U字型结构副栅银线和主栅银线相结合的结构方式,从而在增加电子吸附率的同时,又提高了太阳能电池片透光性,进而提高了太阳能电池片的光能利用率;本发明通过在太阳能电池片的表面增设了球形凸起和集光板结构,从而通过改变光线的透射方向,增加了太阳能电池片的透光性,进而增加了太阳能电池片光能利用率;本发明还通过在太阳能电池片的背面增设了反射镜片,从而使透过太阳能电池片的光线,重新被二次利用,进而增加了太阳能电池片的光能利用率。

参阅图1-2,本发明一种高效的太阳能电池片,包括电池片1、球形凸起2、主栅银线3、副栅银线4、透光孔5、反射镜片6和集光板7,所述电池片1上表面上设有球形凸起2、主栅银线3、副栅银线4,所述电池片1的下表面还设有背面电极,所述反射镜片6直接固定在电池片1的下表面上,所述集光板7直接固定在电池片1的上表面上,所述电池片1的上表面还镀有防反射膜,所述主栅银线3直接与副栅银线4相连,所述主栅银线3上还设有透光孔5,所述集光板7上也镀有防反射膜,所述透光孔5为矩形孔、圆形孔、三角孔的一种或者多种孔相配合的排列方式,所述透光孔5的孔径小于主栅银线3的宽度,且每两个相邻的透光孔5之间的间距相等,所述反射镜片6的长度和宽度等于电池片1的长度和宽度,所述副栅银线4为若干条U字型结构的线组成,且相邻两条副栅银线4之间的间隙相等,所述集光板7为透明的圆弧形板状结构或者为透明的球形板状结构和透明的梯形板状结构。

1.一种高效的太阳能电池片,其特征在于:包括电池片(1)、球形凸起(2)、主栅银线(3)、副栅银线(4)、透光孔(5)、反射镜片(6)和集光板(7),所述电池片(1)上表面上设有球形凸起(2)、主栅银线(3)、副栅银线(4),所述电池片(1)的下表面还设有背面电极,所述反射镜片(6)直接固定在电池片(1)的下表面上,所述集光板(7)直接固定在电池片(1)的上表面上,所述电池片(1)的上表面还镀有防反射膜,所述主栅银线(3)直接与副栅银线(4)相连,所述主栅银线(3)上还设有透光孔(5),所述集光板(7)上也镀有防反射膜。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种高效的太阳能电池片,其特征在于:所述透光孔(5)为矩形孔、圆形孔、三角孔的一种或者多种孔相配合的排列方式。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种高效的太阳能电池片,其特征在于:所述透光孔(5)的孔径小于主栅银线(3)的宽度,且每两个相邻的透光孔(5)之间的间距相等。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种高效的太阳能电池片,其特征在于:所述反射镜片(6)的长度和宽度等于电池片(1)的长度和宽度。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种高效的太阳能电池片,其特征在于:所述副栅银线(4)为若干条U字型结构的线组成,且相邻两条副栅银线(4)之间的间隙相等。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种高效的太阳能电池片,其特征在于:所述集光板(7)为透明的圆弧形板状结构或者为透明的球形板状结构和透明的梯形板状结构。
