Abstract

本发明为一种活性银净水滤芯,它包括含有沸石、麦饭石、高岭土、硅藻土、海壳粉和碘化银的净化层及底座。本净水滤芯能够杀灭所有细菌、病毒、微生物,滤掉泥污、铁锈、水垢、重金属等杂质,与此同时净化层中的有益人体的矿物质及微量元素还可缓慢释放,溶入水中,起到防治多种疑难杂症和保健的作用。

一种活性银净水滤芯
本发明涉及生活用品,特别是涉及一种活性银净水滤芯。
随着国民经济的发展,人民生活水平的提高,对饮用水的卫生净化已成为人们的共识和急切的需求,目前,市售的净水滤芯大都是以活性炭、矿沙进行简单净化,但其净化效果极差,且不及时清洗,反倒成了细菌繁殖的温床而成为污染源。
本发明的目的是提供一种能杀灭所有细菌、病毒,滤掉泥污、铁锈、重金属等杂质的活性银净水滤芯。
本发明的活性银净水滤芯包括微孔孔径在0.15-0.2μm的净化层和底座,所述净化层中含有沸石、麦饭石、高岭土、硅藻土、海壳粉和碘化银,其中所述各种成份的重量份数配比为:
沸石    5-8份;    麦饭石    5-8份;
高岭土  45-60份;  硅藻土    25-35份;
海壳粉  5-8份;    碘化银    1-3份。
所述净化层由所述各种原料经专业精密技术烧制而成。
所述底座优选用塑料制成。
本发明的活性银净水滤芯结构精密,能有效地滤去细菌、病毒、微生物、泥污、水垢、铁锈及重金属等,当富含杂质的水从净化层的一面流到另一面时,不仅可使水变成中性、软化、无菌、无杂质的纯净水,同时,净化层中的有益人体的矿物质和微量元素还可缓慢释放溶入水中,起到防治多种疑难杂症及保健的作用。
下面结合附图和实施例进一步描述本发明。
附图是本发明的活性银净水滤芯的剖视图。
图中,标号1为净化层,2为底座,3为接水口。
如图所示的活性银净水滤芯,它包括由沸石、麦饭石、高岭土、硅藻土、海壳粉和碘化银组成、经专业精密技术烧制而成的、微孔小于0.2μm的净化层1和塑料底座2,所述组成净化层的各种成份的重量份数配比为:
沸石      8份, 麦饭石    8份,    高岭土    60份,
硅藻土    30份,海壳粉    6份,    碘化银    1份。
使用时,只需将净化滤芯的底座上的接水口与一装满水的容器相连,水通过接水口后缓慢渗透过净化层,汇成水珠滴入另一容器。应用本发明的活性银净水滤芯得到的保健纯净水,水质分析结果如下:感观性状指标:色          5°      浑浊度     <3°
          臭和味      无       肉眼可见物 无毒理学指标:  氟化物(F-)  0.40mg/l
          砷          0.02mg/l
          铅和铬      未检出细菌学指标:  细菌总数    0        大肠菌群   <3个/l化学指标:    PH          8.22     总硬度     40mg/l  氨氮 未检出
          亚硝酸盐氮  0.017mg/l硝酸盐氮   0.78mg/l
          氯化物      10.0mg/l 耗氧量     1.68mg/l

Claims (3)

1、一种活性银净水滤芯,其特征是它包括微孔孔径在0.15-0.2μm的净化层和底座;所述净化层中各种成份的重量份数配比为:
沸石    5-8份;    麦饭石    5-8份;
高岭土  45-60份;  硅藻土    25-35份;
海壳粉  5-8份;    碘化银    1-3份。
2、如权利要求1的净水滤芯,其特征是所述组成净化层的各种成份的重量份数配比为:
沸石    8份,    麦饭石 8份,    高岭土    50份,
硅藻土  30份,   海壳粉 6份,    碘化银    1份。
3、如权利要求1的净水滤芯,其特征是所述底座用塑料制成。
