技术领域
本发明涉及汽车摩托车自行车刹车线配件加工技术领域,尤其是一种用于刹车线上的调整螺钉。
背景技术
现有的用于刹车线上的调整螺钉一般是一端带有螺纹段的螺钉杆,螺钉杆内设有供刹车线通过的通孔,在螺钉杆未带螺纹段的那端设有遍位,可以通过夹钳或扳手,夹住遍位旋转进行调整。但是由于遍位只有一个方向,调整起来极其麻烦,另外,由于刹车线和通孔之间结合紧密,也增加了刹车线与螺钉之间的摩擦力,使调整比较费力麻烦。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种刹车线调整螺钉,以解决现有的刹车线调整不便,费力麻烦的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案是:本刹车线调整螺钉包括螺钉杆,所述螺钉杆一端设有螺纹段,所述螺钉杆内设有穿过所述螺钉杆一端到另一端的通孔,所述螺钉杆的另一端横截面呈四方形,所述四方形的四个角设有凸出的圆弧部,所述通孔的横截面也呈四角设有凸出圆弧部的四方形,所述螺钉杆内壁于所述通孔的位置设有多条凸条。
上述技术方案中,更为具体的方案可以是:所述四边形为正四边形。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
本刹车线调整螺钉螺钉杆的另一端设计成特殊形状,可以让有水平和凸起相连的任意形状的扳手或夹钳都可以对本螺钉进行调整,每次旋转45°即可变换方向进行再次加紧旋转,使用十分省力而且方便;另外,通孔内的凸条,可以减少螺钉杆跟刹车线的相对摩擦,增加螺钉杆与刹车线置之间的相对滑动,使调整更加省力。

下面结合附图对本发明实施例作进一步详述:
如图1、图2所示的刹车线调整螺钉,它包括螺钉杆1,螺钉杆一端设有螺纹段1-3,螺钉杆1内设有穿过螺钉杆1一端到另一端的通孔2,螺钉杆的另一端横截面呈四方形,形成平面部1-1,四方形的四个角设有凸出的圆弧部1-2,可以让有水平和凸起相连的任意形状的扳手或夹钳都可以对本螺钉进行调整,每次旋转45°即可变换方向进行再次加紧旋转,使用十分省力而且方便。通孔2的横截面也呈四角设有凸出圆弧部2-2的四方形,四方形的部分形成通孔平面部2-1,螺钉杆1内壁于通孔2的位置设有多条凸条3,这里的凸条3有四条,分别设置在四个通孔平面部2-1上,可以减少螺钉杆跟刹车线的相对摩擦,增加螺钉杆与刹车线置之间的相对滑动,使调整更加省力。

1.一种刹车线调整螺钉,包括螺钉杆,所述螺钉杆一端设有螺纹段,所述螺钉杆内设有穿过所述螺钉杆一端到另一端的通孔,其特征在于:所述螺钉杆的另一端横截面呈四方形,所述四方形的四个角设有凸出的圆弧部,所述通孔的横截面也呈四角设有凸出圆弧部的四方形,所述螺钉杆内壁于所述通孔的位置设有多条凸条。
2.根据权利要求1所述的刹车线调整螺钉,其特征在于:所述四方形为正四方形。
