本发明属于室内通风窗装置领域,具体涉及一种高效节能负离子净化纱窗。
背景技术
传统的纱窗一般包括固定的窗框,并通过压条或者粘合装置在窗框上安装窗纱,用以保持室内外空气流通的同时,过滤室外空气中的飞虫和大颗粒粉尘。但传统纱窗拆装和清洗不便,此外,这种纱窗不能够吸附过滤空气中的微小灰尘和细菌,无法保证室内空气的洁净卫生。现有市面上带有除微尘和杀菌功能的纱窗,其功能的实现必须依赖供电设备,日常使用耗能大,且装置结构复杂,安装和清洗不便,不利于产品的推广普及。
申请人针对以上情况设计了本装置,能够有效解决上述问题。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题中的不足,本发明的目的在于:提供一种高效节能负离子净化纱窗,能够阻挡大颗粒杂质和飞虫的同时,还带有吸附微小灰尘的杀菌的功能,并且上述功能的实现不依赖额外的耗能,环保高效且节能效果好;本发明解决的第二个技术问题是方便纱窗的拆卸安装和日常清洁维护。
本发明为解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是:提供一种高效节能负离子净化纱窗,其特征在于包括窗框;所述窗框通过滑动装置安装窗纱,所述窗纱上设置网格状通风孔,所述通风孔的孔径为0.05-0.1CM;在所述窗纱的中部和窗框上喷涂负离子涂层;

优选的,所述滑动装置包括卷轴,所述卷轴的两端通过弹簧铰链固定在窗框上部,窗纱的上端固定在卷轴上,窗纱的下端安装拉条,所述拉条上设置上拉扣,在窗框的下沿上设置下拉扣,上、下拉扣能够扣合在一起。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本装置能够阻挡大颗粒杂质和飞虫的同时,还通过负离子涂层和静电吸附作用,带有吸附微小灰尘和杀菌的功能。上述功能的实现无需依赖额外的能源供应,只需上下拉动窗纱,令其与橡胶条相摩擦,即可自动产生静电,固定好附带静电的窗纱后,气流通过通风孔,其中夹杂的小分子灰尘即被自动吸附、滤除。窗纱中部涂覆的负离子涂层采用科学环保配方,通过负离子粉、硅藻泥和活性炭的协同作用,吸附过滤空气中的有害细菌,由于活性炭和硅藻泥均为多孔结构,增加了负离子粉的附着面积,更能实现成倍的施放功效。并且负离子涂层和窗纱均有阻燃的效果,尤其是负离子涂层中的阻燃剂采用了环保无污染的十溴二苯乙烷或溴化环氧树脂,高温和遇火状态下有阻燃和自熄的作用,使得建筑物无火灾隐患,环保安全。
2、纱窗能够在的冬季或者不需要使用的时候卷起或者卸下来,拆装和日常清洁维护更加方便。
3、除尘装置能够在纱窗上积尘多时,利用相对设置的前、后除尘刷将窗纱上的积垢刷下来。
4、窗纱清洗烘干装置能够在不拆卸窗纱的情况下,自动清洗和烘干窗纱,使用方便,且不会影响窗纱的静电产生和静电吸附净化效果。

所述滑动装置包括卷轴,所述卷轴的两端铰接在窗框上沿,窗纱的上端固定在卷轴上,窗纱的下端安装拉条,所述拉条上设置上拉扣,在窗框的下沿上设置下拉扣,上、下拉扣能够扣合在一起。所述卷轴通过弹簧铰链铰接在窗框上沿。
在窗框的左右两侧安装橡胶条,窗纱上下移动时,未喷涂负离子涂层的窗纱两侧为尼龙材质,与橡胶条摩擦能够产生静电,所述静电能够吸附穿过窗纱通风孔的灰尘。所述橡胶条的横截面呈“[”形,拉条和窗纱的左右两个侧边插入橡胶条中。
本装置能够阻挡大颗粒杂质和飞虫的同时,还通过负离子涂层和静电吸附作用带有吸附微小灰尘和杀菌的功能;纱窗能够在的冬季或者不需要使用的时候卷起或者卸下来,拆装和日常清洁维护更加方便。
实施例二
如图3-5所示,本发明还包括除尘装置,所述除尘装置包括前、后除尘刷,所述前、后除尘刷均包括固定条和刷体,所述固定条安装在橡胶条的上部,前、后除尘刷的刷体相对设置,窗纱设置在前、后除尘刷之间。
除尘装置能够在纱窗上积尘多时,利用相对设置的前、后除尘刷将窗纱上的积垢刷下来。
其余结构和实施方式同实施例一,不再赘述。
实施例三
如图6-9所示,本发明还包括窗纱清洗烘干装置,所述窗纱清洗烘干装置包括卷轴外壳,卷轴外壳安装在窗框上部;卷轴外壳两端分别安装设置左端盖和右端盖,在左、右端盖之间通过弹簧铰链安装卷轴;在卷轴外壳下部设置纱窗出口,在所述纱窗出口上安装洗刷筒,洗刷筒内安装冲洗喷头和网刷,在洗刷筒的下端安装硅胶密封圈;在左端盖和卷轴上设置热风出口,所述热风出口连接干燥热风源; 在右端盖和卷轴外壳的连接处设置出风条孔。
所述硅胶密封圈的内侧面设置锯齿;所述硅胶密封圈内设置导液槽,导液槽通过出水管连接抽水泵和储水装置。
在右端盖上设置液体导流槽,所述液体导流槽能够将水流引导至洗刷筒的窗纱出口处。
当窗纱积尘过多时,只需打开洗刷筒内的冲洗喷头,令窗纱在卷轴的弹簧铰链带动下,自动回卷收入卷轴外壳中。在窗纱的收卷期间,冲洗喷头和网刷将窗纱清洁干净,污水顺由导液槽被排出。在窗纱被清洗的过程中,硅胶密封圈贴合围绕窗纱,防止污水外流。硅胶密封圈的内侧面设置锯齿,能够保证密封效果的同时减小窗纱的移动阻力。当窗纱完全收入卷轴外壳中后,打开干燥热风源,令热风从左端盖和卷轴上的热风出口吹出,将窗纱上的残留水分吹干,出风携带水蒸气从出风条孔排出。多余的水流顺由右端盖的液体导流槽进入洗刷筒,从导液槽排出。清洗烘干后,可拉下窗纱继续使用。

Claims (6)
1.一种高效节能负离子净化纱窗,其特征在于包括窗框;所述窗框通过滑动装置安装窗纱,所述窗纱上设置网格状通风孔,所述通风孔的孔径为0.05-0.1CM;在所述窗纱的中部和窗框上喷涂负离子涂层;
所述负离子涂层的组份及各组分的重量比如下:
所述负离子涂层的厚度为0.01-0.03CM;
所述窗纱为阻燃尼龙制成;阻燃剂为十溴二苯乙烷或溴化环氧树脂;
所述滑动装置包括卷轴,所述卷轴的两端通过弹簧铰链固定在窗框上部,窗纱的上端固定在卷轴上,窗纱的下端安装拉条,所述拉条上设置上拉扣,在窗框的下沿上设置下拉扣,上、下拉扣能够扣合在一起;
在窗框的左右两侧安装橡胶条,窗纱上下移动时,未喷涂负离子涂层的窗纱两侧与橡胶条摩擦能够产生静电,所述静电能够吸附穿过窗纱通风孔的灰尘。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效节能负离子净化纱窗,其特征在于:所述橡胶条的横截面呈“[”形,拉条和窗纱的左右两个侧边插入橡胶条中。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种高效节能负离子净化纱窗,其特征在于:还包括除尘装置,所述除尘装置包括前、后除尘刷,所述前、后除尘刷均包括固定条和刷体,所述固定条安装在橡胶条的上部,前、后除尘刷的刷体相对设置,窗纱设置在前、后除尘刷之间。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种高效节能负离子净化纱窗,其特征在于:还包括窗纱清洗烘干装置,所述窗纱清洗烘干装置包括卷轴外壳,卷轴外壳安装在窗框上部;卷轴外壳两端分别安装设置左端盖和右端盖,在左、右端盖之间通过弹簧铰链安装卷轴;在卷轴外壳下部设置纱窗出口,在所述纱窗出口上安装洗刷筒,洗刷筒内安装冲洗喷头和网刷,在洗刷筒的下端安装硅胶密封圈;
在左端盖和卷轴上设置热风出口,所述热风出口连接干燥热风源;在右端盖和卷轴外壳的连接处设置出风条孔。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种高效节能负离子净化纱窗,其特征在于:所述硅胶密封圈的内侧面设置锯齿;所述硅胶密封圈内设置导液槽,导液槽通过出水管连接抽水泵和储水装置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种高效节能负离子净化纱窗,其特征在于:在右端盖上设置液体导流槽,所述液体导流槽能够将水流引导至洗刷筒的窗纱出口处。
