本发明公开了一种防水耐蚀弹性胶,包括甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯、偶氮二异丁腈、无水乙醇、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、过硫酸铵、采用乳化剂乳液聚合工艺合成;各组分的配比如下:甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯10~25%,丙烯酸乙酯12~30%,丙烯酸丁酯12~30%,偶氮二异丁腈1.0~2.0%,无水乙醇10~15%,甲基丙烯酸甲酯4~12%,过硫酸铵0.1~2.0%;本发明性能优越、粘结效果及耐腐蚀度高。

技术领域
本发明涉及纳米复合材料领域,具体涉及一种防水耐蚀弹性胶。
背景技术
目前国内纤维用胶均存在透明度低、定位效果差、光泽度差、柔韧性及抗粘连性均不理想,不能满足市场的需求和质量要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防水耐蚀弹性胶,其性能优越、粘结效果及耐腐蚀均很高的弹性胶。
本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种防水耐蚀弹性胶,包括甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯、偶氮二异丁腈、无水乙醇、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、过硫酸铵、采用乳化剂乳液聚合工艺合成;各组分的配比如下:甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯10 ~25%,丙烯酸乙酯12~30%,丙烯酸丁酯12 ~30%,偶氮二异丁腈1.0~2.0%,无水乙醇10~15%,甲基丙烯酸甲酯4~12%,过硫酸铵0.1~2.0%。
本发明采用特殊聚合工艺使得弹性胶与各种纤维有良好的结合力,渗透性好,涂层后定位性和回弹性好,赋有硬而韧的手感;而且耐蚀和防水性极好,具有广泛的应用前景。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例一:一种防水耐蚀弹性胶,各组分的配比如下:甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯10 %,丙烯酸乙酯12%,丙烯酸丁酯12 %,偶氮二异丁腈1.0%,无水乙醇10%,甲基丙烯酸甲酯4%,过硫酸铵0.1%。
实施例二:一种防水耐蚀弹性胶,各组分的配比如下:甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯25%,丙烯酸乙酯30%,丙烯酸丁酯30%,偶氮二异丁腈2.0%,无水乙醇15%,甲基丙烯酸甲酯12%,过硫酸铵2.0%。
实施例三:一种防水耐蚀弹性胶,各组分的配比如下:甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯20%,丙烯酸乙酯20%,丙烯酸丁酯20%,偶氮二异丁腈1.5%,无水乙醇12%,甲基丙烯酸甲酯8%,过硫酸铵1%。
实施例四:一种防水耐蚀弹性胶,各组分的配比如下:甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯10 %,丙烯酸乙酯30%,丙烯酸丁酯30%,偶氮二异丁腈1.0%,无水乙醇10%,甲基丙烯酸甲酯4%,过硫酸铵2.0%。
除上述实施例外,本发明还可以有其他实施方式,凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围内。

1.一种防水耐蚀弹性胶,其特征在于:包括甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯、偶氮二异丁腈、无水乙醇、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、过硫酸铵、采用乳化剂乳液聚合工艺合成;上述各组分的配比如下:甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯10~25%,丙烯酸乙酯12~30%,丙烯酸丁酯12 ~30%,偶氮二异丁腈1.0~2.0%,无水乙醇10~15%,甲基丙烯酸甲酯4~12%,过硫酸铵0.1~2.0%。
