本发明涉及填缝剂,尤其涉及一种导热填缝剂。
背景技术
传统的填缝剂容易老化,防水性能较差,耐压性能较差,不具备保温隔热的功效,而且成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种导热填缝剂,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种导热填缝剂,按质量份数由下列组分组成,丙烯酸弹性乳液200份,石墨粉30份,热膨胀剂10份,白水泥30份,天然石膏5份,废胶粉200份,松香树脂20份,石灰8份,粉煤灰3份。
生产时,将上述物料加入搅拌桶中,搅拌均匀,即可制得成品。
本发明的填缝剂具备较好的耐老化、防水和耐压性能,还具备保温隔热功效,防火隔音效果好,且降低了综合成本。
具体实施方式
实施例:按质量份数由下列组分组成,丙烯酸弹性乳液200份,石墨粉30份,热膨胀剂10份,白水泥30份,天然石膏5份,废胶粉200份,松香树脂20份,石灰8份,粉煤灰3份。
生产时,将上述物料加入搅拌桶中,搅拌均匀,即可制得成品。
综上所述,本发明的填缝剂具备较好的耐老化、防水和耐压性能,还具备保温隔热功效,防火隔音效果好,且降低了综合成本。
