本发明公开了一种车用仪表夜光油墨,组成以质量份包括稀土铝酸盐型长余辉发光粉30%‑60%、荧光粉0.5%‑5%、硫化锌1%‑5%、分散剂0.5%‑2%、防沉剂0.5%‑2%、平坦剂0.5%‑2%、亚克力树脂1%‑5%、有机溶剂5%‑10%、消泡剂0.1%‑0.5%、固化剂1%‑5%、调金油40%‑50%,将其混合搅均而成。本发明的夜光油墨组成简单,其制备的油墨发光强度高且发光均匀,同时可以大大提高荧光粉在油墨中的分散性,其相比普通油墨而言,其在夜晚黑暗时会发光,从而满足车用仪表的夜间使用需求、增加产品的外观商品性、夜晚时能够通过仪表夜光提示迅速看到车子所在的位置,增加了其适用范围,实用性好。

本发明属于车用油墨技术领域,具体涉及一种车用仪表夜光油墨。
背景技术
在车用仪表上一般都会喷涂油墨,传统的车用仪表上主要采用普通油墨,其虽然可以实现车用仪表的喷涂使用,但是普通油墨在夜晚黑暗时不会发出光,一定程度上会影响其适用范围,难以满足市场的需求。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种操作便捷、在夜晚黑暗时会发光的车用仪表夜光油墨。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是一种车用仪表夜光油墨,组成以质量份包括稀土铝酸盐型长余辉发光粉30%-60%、荧光粉0.5%-5%、硫化锌1%-5%、分散剂0.5%-2%、防沉剂0.5%-2%、平坦剂0.5%-2%、亚克力树脂1%-5%、有机溶剂5%-10%、消泡剂0.1%-0.5%、固化剂1%-5%、调金油40%-50%,将其混合搅均而成。
所述稀土铝酸盐型长余辉发光粉的颜色为黄绿、蓝绿、天蓝、紫色、桔色、橙黄中的一种。
进一步,所述稀土铝酸盐型长余辉发光粉40%-50%、荧光粉1%-3%、硫化锌2%-4%、分散剂1%-1.5%、防沉剂1%-1.5%、平坦剂1%-1.5%、亚克力树脂2%-4%、有机溶剂6%-8%、消泡剂0.2%-0.4%、固化剂2%-4%、调金油43%-47%。
进一步,所述稀土铝酸盐型长余辉发光粉43%、荧光粉2%、硫化锌3%、分散剂1.15%、防沉剂1.15%、平坦剂1.4%、亚克力树脂3%、有机溶剂7%、消泡剂0.3%、固化剂3%、调金油45%。
本发明具有积极的效果:本发明的夜光油墨组成简单,其制备的油墨发光强度高且发光均匀,同时可以大大提高荧光粉在油墨中的分散性,其相比普通油墨而言,其在夜晚黑暗时会发光,从而满足车用仪表的夜间使用需求、增加产品的外观商品性、夜晚时能够通过仪表夜光提示迅速看到车子所在的位置等,大大增加了其适用范围,实用性好;同时可以根据需要选择不同的稀土铝酸盐型长余辉发光粉的颜色,从而满足不同颜色的使用需求。

一种车用仪表夜光油墨,组成以质量份包括稀土铝酸盐型长余辉发光粉30%-60%、荧光粉0.5%-5%、硫化锌1%-5%、分散剂0.5%-2%、防沉剂0.5%-2%、平坦剂0.5%-2%、亚克力树脂1%-5%、有机溶剂5%-10%、消泡剂0.1%-0.5%、固化剂1%-5%、调金油40%-50%,将其混合搅均而成。
所述稀土铝酸盐型长余辉发光粉的颜色为黄绿、蓝绿、天蓝、紫色、桔色、橙黄中的一种。
优选,所述稀土铝酸盐型长余辉发光粉40%-50%、荧光粉1%-3%、硫化锌2%-4%、分散剂1%-1.5%、防沉剂1%-1.5%、平坦剂1%-1.5%、亚克力树脂2%-4%、有机溶剂6%-8%、消泡剂0.2%-0.4%、固化剂2%-4%、调金油43%-47%。

1.一种车用仪表夜光油墨,其特征在于:组成以质量份包括稀土铝酸盐型长余辉发光粉30%-60%、荧光粉0.5%-5%、硫化锌1%-5%、分散剂0.5%-2%、防沉剂0.5%-2%、平坦剂0.5%-2%、亚克力树脂1%-5%、有机溶剂5%-10%、消泡剂0.1%-0.5%、固化剂1%-5%、调金油40%-50%,将其混合搅均而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车用仪表夜光油墨,其特征在于:所述稀土铝酸盐型长余辉发光粉的颜色为黄绿、蓝绿、天蓝、紫色、桔色、橙黄中的一种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的车用仪表夜光油墨,其特征在于:所述稀土铝酸盐型长余辉发光粉40%-50%、荧光粉1%-3%、硫化锌2%-4%、分散剂1%-1.5%、防沉剂1%-1.5%、平坦剂1%-1.5%、亚克力树脂2%-4%、有机溶剂6%-8%、消泡剂0.2%-0.4%、固化剂2%-4%、调金油43%-47%。
