本发明涉及一种水泥砂浆。
背景技术
水泥砂浆又称灰浆,是用无机胶凝材料与细集料和水按比例拌合而成的建筑材料,多用于建筑施工中砌筑和抹灰工程,以实现建筑结构和表面防护、装饰。传统的砂浆材料一般包括水泥、水、河沙等,为了提高建筑结构砂浆层的强度和抗裂度,往往还可以掺加石膏、石灰膏或纤维性增强材料。砂浆拌成后和使用时,均应盛入贮灰器内。目前市场上水泥砂浆固化后韧性差,容易发生开裂现象,造成结构不稳,在继续使用时需要及时的修补,否则可能造成安全隐患。因此,提高砂浆固化后的粘附性和韧性能够很好的提高砂浆的使用性能。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种水泥砂浆,固化后水泥砂浆颗粒间的粘附性较好,颗粒之间韧性强,不易发生开裂现象。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是,一种水泥砂浆,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
中空玻璃微珠6-11份,粉煤灰9-12份,水泥62份,抗盐缓凝剂4-6份,亚硫酸钠11-18份,珍珠岩粉末10-16份,聚氨酯硬泡颗粒20-40份,硫酸钙7-9份,60-75目亚白刚玉粉3.2-10份,六偏磷酸钠3-5份,缓凝剂1.3-4.5份,膨胀剂2.4-6份,氯化铵3-10份,羧甲基纤维素钠8-12份,拉开粉1.5-4.2份,特级矾土4.5-10份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的水泥砂浆,固化后水泥砂浆颗粒间的粘附性较好,颗粒之间韧性强,不易发生开裂现象。
