Abstract

本发明公开了一种软水管保护织带。本发明的软水管保护织带,包括织带本体,所述织带本体包括从上至下依次设置的第一耐磨层、防紫外线层、保温隔热层、第二耐磨层;所述第一耐磨层为聚氨酯弹性纤维与聚醚砜纤维混合编织成的复合层,所述防紫外线层为涂敷有纳米二氧化钛的聚酯纤维层,所述保温隔热层为聚氨酯薄膜层,所述第二耐磨层为聚酯纤维层。本发明的软水管保护织带,耐磨性好,防紫外线性能优良,可以有效提高软水管的使用寿命。

一种软水管保护织带
技术领域
本发明属于织带制造技术领域,具体涉及一种软水管保护织带。
背景技术
软水管大多是塑料软管,使用时将软水管接于连接头上实现水的传输。但是,现有的软水管无外保护层,在使用过程中频繁的拖拽、弯折,容易使软水管磨损,出现漏水的问题,并且无外保护层的软水管在低温条件下使用时容易爆裂;另外,无外保护层的软水管不能防紫外线,当阳光暴晒时,软水管容易老化变形,并且暴晒后软水管由于本身材料组成会释放有害物质到水中,给水的安全使用造成隐患。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种软水管保护织带,耐磨性好,防紫外线性能优良,可以有效提高软水管的使用寿命。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种软水管保护织带,包括织带本体,所述织带本体包括从上至下依次设置的第一耐磨层、防紫外线层、保温隔热层、第二耐磨层;所述第一耐磨层为聚氨酯弹性纤维与聚醚砜纤维混合编织成的复合层,所述防紫外线层为涂敷有纳米二氧化钛的聚酯纤维层,所述保温隔热层为聚氨酯薄膜层,所述第二耐磨层为聚酯纤维层。
其中,所述织带本体还包括设置于所述第二耐磨层的底部的防滑层,所述防滑层贴近软水管一侧设置。
其中,所述防滑层设置有硅胶材质的凸起。
其中,所述防紫外线层的厚度为所述第一耐磨层的厚度的5~10%,例如5%、6%、7%、8%、9%、10%。
其中,所述纳米二氧化钛的平均粒径为10~50nm,例如10nm、20nm、30nm、40nm、50nm。纳米TiO2既能吸收紫外线,又能反射、散射紫外线,还能透过可见光,是性能优越、极有发展前途的物理屏蔽型的紫外线防护剂。纳米TiO2由于粒径小,活性大,既能反射、散射紫外线,又能吸收紫外线,从而对紫外线有更强的阻隔能力,它的强抗紫外线能力是由于其具有高折光性和高光活性,其抗紫外线能力及其机理与其粒径有关:当粒径较大时,对紫外线的阻隔是以反射、散射为主,且对中波区和长波区紫外线均有效。因此,纳米二氧化钛层使非织造材料具有良好的防紫外线功能。另外,纳米二氧化钛还具有持久的抗菌作用。
其中,所述保温隔热层的厚度为所述第一耐磨层的厚度的1~5%,例如1%、2%、3%、4%、5%。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:本发明的软水管保护织带,包括织带本体,织带本体包括从上至下依次设置的第一耐磨层、防紫外线层、保温隔热层、第二耐磨层;第一耐磨层为聚氨酯弹性纤维与聚醚砜纤维混合编织成的复合层,复合层组成的第一耐磨层的柔软性能好,不会影响软水管的收卷、放卷和使用,耐磨性能优异,可以有效防止软水管在使用过程中的磨损;防紫外线层为涂敷有纳米二氧化钛的聚酯纤维层,纳米二氧化钛涂覆的聚氨酯层可以有效防止紫外线的辐射,有效防止软水管的老化,并且防止紫外线照射引起的软水管中有害物质渗入水中,使用水安全,同时,纳米二氧化钛还具有很好的抗菌作用,防止保护织带中细菌的滋生导致的保护织带霉变、腐坏;保温隔热层为聚氨酯薄膜层,可以使软水管在极寒温度下使用时不爆裂,并且可以减轻阳光的高温照射,或者水温在运送过程中不致变化太快;第二耐磨层为聚酯纤维层,套有保护织带的软水管在使用时,软水管与保护织带会有摩擦,聚酯纤维层作为第二耐磨层主要是提高保护织带对软水管的耐磨性;本发明的软水管保护织带耐磨性好,防紫外线性能优良,在极寒温度下可保护软水管不爆裂,可以有效提高软水管的使用寿命。

下面结合图1、图2,并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
如图1所示,本发明的软水管保护织带,包括织带本体,织带本体包括从上至下依次设置的第一耐磨层1、防紫外线层2、保温隔热层3、第二耐磨层4;第一耐磨层1为聚氨酯弹性纤维与聚醚砜纤维混合编织成的复合层,复合层组成的第一耐磨层的柔软性能好,不会影响软水管的收卷、放卷和使用,耐磨性能优异,可以有效防止软水管在使用过程中的磨损;防紫外线层2为涂敷有纳米二氧化钛的聚酯纤维层,纳米二氧化钛涂覆的聚氨酯层可以有效防止紫外线的辐射,有效防止软水管的老化,并且防止紫外线照射引起的软水管中有害物质渗入水中,使用水安全,同时,纳米二氧化钛还具有很好的抗菌作用,防止保护织带中细菌的滋生导致的保护织带霉变、腐坏;保温隔热层3为聚氨酯薄膜层,可以使软水管在极寒温度下使用时不爆裂,并且可以减轻阳光的高温照射,或者水温在运送过程中不致变化太快;第二耐磨层4为聚酯纤维层,套有保护织带的软水管在使用时,软水管与保护织带会有摩擦,聚酯纤维层作为第二耐磨层主要是提高保护织带对软水管的耐磨性。
如图2所示,织带本体还包括设置于第二耐磨层4的底部的防滑层5,防滑层5贴近软水管一侧设置,即使用时保护织带有防滑层的一侧贴近软水管;更优选地,防滑层5设置有硅胶材质的凸起,套有保护织带的软水管在使用过程中容易与保护织带摩擦、滑动,这种防滑设计可以有效防止软水管与保护织带的摩擦、滑动。
进一步地,防紫外线层2的厚度为第一耐磨层1的厚度的5~10%,防紫外线层2的厚度可以为第一耐磨层1的厚度的5%、6%、7%、8%、9%、10%;纳米二氧化钛的平均粒径为10~50nm,例如10nm、20nm、30nm、40nm、50nm;保温隔热层3的厚度为第一耐磨层1的厚度的1~5%,保温隔热层3的厚度可以为第一耐磨层1的厚度的1%、2%、3%、4%、5%,通过有效控制防紫外线层2、保温隔热层3、第二耐磨层4、防滑层5的厚度,保证保护织带质轻,便于软水管的收放和正常使用。
本发明的软水管保护织带耐磨性好,防紫外线性能优良,在极寒温度下可保护软水管不爆裂,有效防止软水管的老化,并且防止紫外线照射引起的软水管中有害物质渗入水中,使用水安全,保护织带不易霉变腐坏,不加保护措施的软水管在寒冷干燥、阳光充足的环境下使用,寿命最多1-2年,加上本发明的保护织带的软水管,使用寿命至少提高到2-4年,因此本发明的保护织带可以有效提高软水管的使用寿命。

1.一种软水管保护织带,包括织带本体,其特征在于,所述织带本体包括从上至下依次设置的第一耐磨层(1)、防紫外线层(2)、保温隔热层(3)、第二耐磨层(4);所述第一耐磨层(1)为聚氨酯弹性纤维与聚醚砜纤维混合编织成的复合层,所述防紫外线层(2)为涂敷有纳米二氧化钛的聚酯纤维层,所述保温隔热层(3)为聚氨酯薄膜层,所述第二耐磨层(4)为聚酯纤维层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的软水管保护织带,其特征在于,所述织带本体还包括设置于所述第二耐磨层(4)的底部的防滑层(5),所述防滑层(5)贴近软水管一侧设置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的软水管保护织带,其特征在于,所述防滑层(5)设置有硅胶材质的凸起。
4.根据权利要求1所述的软水管保护织带,其特征在于,所述防紫外线层(2)的厚度为所述第一耐磨层(1)的厚度的5~10%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的软水管保护织带,其特征在于,所述纳米二氧化钛的平均粒径为10~50nm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的软水管保护织带,其特征在于,所述保温隔热层(3)的厚度为所述第一耐磨层(1)的厚度的1~5%。
