Abstract
本发明公开一种网纹涂布机,包括机头辊,涂布辊,底辊,靠近涂布辊设置刮刀槽,所述涂布辊的表层是塑胶层,塑胶层的外表面上均匀排列网格的阵列,在涂布辊的上、下方分别设置有刮刀,所述刮刀设置塑胶刃口,所述刮刀槽下设置有涂料的流量调节装置。本发明应用凹版印刷技术,用网格控制涂层厚度,多个独立网格保证了涂层的均匀性,有效防止了涂布过程出现气泡、缺料的现象,特别适用于在金属基材上形成厚度超薄的涂层,且其结构简单、易于操作。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及涂膜技术领域, 尤其涉及的是一种用于在金属基材上涂覆浆料的网纹涂布机。
背景技术
现有技术中,印刷技术除了在产品说明书、 包装盒、等纸张印刷品上盛行外,在金属基材上也有广泛的应用。在很多具体应用中,由于丝印技术一般不适合连续性生产,因此,通常需要使用涂布机在金属基材上覆上胶水涂层,通常是利用涂布辊将胶水转移到金属基材上,然而,现有技术中的喷印技术和挤压成型技术的涂膜厚度一般为 10 μm以上,低于 10 μm 则难以保证涂膜厚度的均一性,容易出现气泡、缺料或者导致金属箔打皱等问题。而随着工业的发展,金属基材的覆膜涂层也要求越来越薄,甚至要求涂层厚度仅为1μm,而现有的网纹涂布机无法达到该技术要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术存在的的不足,提供一种超薄涂层、厚度精度高、涂膜均匀、无气孔的网纹涂布机。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种网纹涂布机,包括机头辊,涂布辊,底辊,靠近涂布辊设置刮刀槽,所述涂布辊的表层是塑胶层,塑胶层的外表面上均匀排列网格的阵列,在涂布辊的上、下方分别设置有刮刀,所述刮刀设置塑胶刃口,所述刮刀槽下设置有涂料的流量调节装置。
所述涂布辊由电机驱动。
所述刮刀设置角度调节装置。
所述电机与涂布辊之间设置二级变速齿轮传动组。
所述涂布辊的网格深度小于10μm。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明应用凹版印刷技术,用网格控制涂层厚度,多个独立网格保证了涂层的均匀性,有效防止了涂布过程出现气泡、缺料的现象,特别适用于在金属基材上形成厚度超薄的涂层,且其结构简单、易于操作。

具体实施方式
下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“前后”、“上”、“下”、 “左”、“右”、“垂直”、“水平”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应作广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接。也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明的具体含义。
参见图1-2,本发明一种网纹涂布机,包括机头辊1,涂布辊2,底辊3,靠近涂布辊设置刮刀槽4,涂布辊的表层是塑胶层从而成为涂布胶辊,塑胶层的外表面上均匀排列网格的阵列(图未示),在涂布辊的上、下方分别设置有刮刀(图未示),刮刀设置塑胶刃口,或者是,整个刮刀均采用塑胶制件,刮刀槽下设置有涂料的流量调节装置5。
涂布辊由电机8驱动,电机与涂布辊之间设置二级变速齿轮传动组7。刮刀设置角度调节装置9,涂布辊的网格深度小于10μm。
网纹涂布机的机头长宽比为1500:460,在动力侧由减速比为1:5的电机提供动力,从电机经过一级变速后,再由斜齿轮44:34齿作为二级变速,经过变速后的动力传至涂布胶辊,使涂布胶辊速度可达到169m/min,转速可达到375r/min,以此同时由泵体把胶水从盛胶容器中经管道抽入刮刀槽内腔,在刮刀槽下面有两组流量调节装置,转动流量调节手柄6来控制胶水流量的大小以及流速的大小,这样即使泵体压力过大也能够较好的控制胶水量,使胶水量能够达到一个稳定值,从而使胶水在涂布胶辊上能够均匀的分布,使所涂涂层能够均匀而稳定。
在控制涂层膜厚时,保证流量控制装置所限的流量不变,调节机构两端的调节螺杆,在调节到一定位置后再转动机头操作侧的端盖使刮刀主体能够达到不同角度的调整,从而使所涂涂层能够达到不同客户的需求。当涂层厚度左右不均匀时,可根据所涂涂层不同位置的厚度情况对刮刀作左、右方向的微调,调整时可同时进行不同方位的调整,当达到所需调整的理想值时,待稳定后直接用内六角螺钉固定使之可批量生产。
当胶水溢满内腔时,由涂布胶辊带动胶水随辊旋转经上刮刀,使涂布胶辊上胶水涂层能够均匀的分布于辊的各个网格,旋转后再经下刮刀片刮去多余的胶水,使上刮刀片上涂层时更加均匀。此时溢出和刮去的胶水流进胶水料盆,再由胶水料盆进入盛胶容器中,使之能够循环使用,降低成本。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:在不脱离本发明的原理和宗旨的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由权利要求及其等同替换所限定,在未经创造性劳动所作的改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种网纹涂布机,包括机头辊,涂布辊,底辊,靠近涂布辊设置刮刀槽,其特征在于:所述涂布辊的表层是塑胶层,塑胶层的外表面上均匀排列网格的阵列,在涂布辊的上、下方分别设置有刮刀,所述刮刀设置塑胶刃口,所述刮刀槽下设置有涂料的流量调节装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的网纹涂布机,其特征在于:所述涂布辊由电机驱动。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的网纹涂布机,其特征在于:所述刮刀设置角度调节装置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的网纹涂布机,其特征在于:所述电机与涂布辊之间设置二级变速齿轮传动组。
5.根据权利要求4所述的网纹涂布机,其特征在于:所述涂布辊的网格深度小于10μm。
