本发明公开了一种循环式初步研磨机,包括初步研磨机壳、初步研磨装置、桨扇、桨扇驱动装置、循环装置,桨扇位于初步研磨机壳内部的上部位置,并由桨扇驱动装置驱动转动,初步研磨装置包括多个研磨罐,研磨罐设置在初步研磨机壳内部的桨扇下方并且等高度均匀设置,研磨罐顶部与底部均设置有均匀铺设的通孔,内部设置有研磨球,循环装置包括循环入管、循环出管、水泵、检测器,水泵的进口连接循环入管,出口连接循环出管,检测器装配在循环入管,循环入管连接在初步研磨机壳的底部,循环出管连接在初步研磨机壳的顶部。本发明的有益效果在于,整个装置结构设计精巧,使用效果较佳,生产效率得到提高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种研磨机,尤其是循环式初步研磨机。
背景技术
凡是用水作溶剂或者作分散介质的涂料,都可称为水性涂料。水性涂料包括水溶性涂料、水稀释性涂料、水分散性涂料(乳胶涂料)3种。水溶性涂料是以水溶性树脂为成膜物,以聚乙烯醇及其各种改性物为代表,除此之外还有水溶醇酸树脂、水溶环氧树脂及无机高分子水性树脂等。
而目前生产水性涂料的设备也是传动使用的加料、搅拌、磨砂等通用化工设备,针对性较弱,因此开发针对水性涂料的生产设备是提高生产效率以及提高产品质量的必要途径。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种循环式初步研磨机,整个装置结构设计精巧,功能目的明确,较好地完成了其功能工作,使用效果较佳,生产效率得到提高。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的。
一种循环式初步研磨机,包括初步研磨机壳、初步研磨装置、桨扇、桨扇驱动装置、循环装置,上述初步研磨机壳上部设置初步研磨进口,底部设置初步研磨出口,上述桨扇位于上述初步研磨机壳内部的上部位置,并由上述桨扇驱动装置驱动转动,上述初步研磨装置包括多个研磨罐,上述研磨罐设置在上述初步研磨机壳内部的上述桨扇下方并且等高度均匀设置,上述研磨罐顶部与底部均设置有均匀铺设的通孔,内部设置有研磨球,上述循环装置包括循环入管、循环出管、水泵、检测器,上述水泵的进口连接上述循环入管,出口连接上述循环出管,上述检测器装配在上述循环入管,上述循环入管连接在上述初步研磨机壳的底部,上述循环出管连接在上述初步研磨机壳的顶部。
进一步地,上述初步研磨装置还包括多个研磨罐转轴、多个研磨罐从动齿轮、初步研磨主动齿轮、初步研磨主动转轴、初步研磨电机,每个研磨罐均装配在上述研磨罐转轴,上述研磨罐转轴竖直设置并且穿过上述初步研磨机壳底部并且穿过的部分均套装上述研磨罐从动齿轮,上述初步研磨主动转轴装配在上述初步研磨电机并且套装有上述初步研磨主动齿轮,上述初步研磨主动齿轮与多个上述研磨罐从动齿轮相互啮合。
进一步地,位于上述研磨罐内的研磨罐转轴设置有多个竖直的挡板,多个上述挡板将上述研磨罐分隔成多个空间。
本发明的有益效果:
设置的研磨罐以及研磨罐的运动模式加快了研磨罐内物料的流动,增大了物料与研磨球的碰撞次数,从而提高了整个初次研磨的整体效果,同时空间分隔的研磨罐避免了由于研磨球分布不均匀的可能性,从而平均化了研磨效果;整个装置结构设计精巧,功能目的明确,较好地完成了其功能工作,使用效果较佳,生产效率得到提高。

具体实施方式
下面根据附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
图1为本发明循环式初步研磨机的结构示意图,图2为本发明研磨罐13的俯视结构示意图,参照图1-图2,本发明,循环式初步研磨机,包括初步研磨机壳11、初步研磨装置、桨扇12、桨扇驱动装置120、循环装置,上述初步研磨机壳11上部设置初步研磨进口111,底部设置初步研磨出口112,上述桨扇12位于上述初步研磨机壳11内部的上部位置,并由上述桨扇12驱动装置驱动转动,上述初步研磨装置包括多个研磨罐13,上述研磨罐13设置在上述初步研磨机壳11内部的上述桨扇12下方并且等高度均匀设置,上述研磨罐13顶部与底部均设置有均匀铺设的通孔,内部设置有研磨球14。
上述循环装置包括循环入管151、循环出管152、水泵153、检测器154,上述水泵153的进口连接上述循环入管151,出口连接上述循环出管152,上述检测器154装配在上述循环入管151,上述循环入管151连接在上述初步研磨机壳11的底部,上述循环出管152连接在上述初步研磨机壳11的顶部。
在初步研磨时,根据检测器154对物料进行检测,若初步研磨效果未能达到要求时,即可打开水泵153将底部的物料抽出再循环从顶部投入,直至达到要求后关闭水泵153。
进一步地,上述初步研磨装置还包括多个研磨罐转轴131、多个研磨罐从动齿轮132、初步研磨主动齿轮133、初步研磨主动转轴134、初步研磨电机135,每个研磨罐13均装配在上述研磨罐转轴131,上述研磨罐转轴131竖直设置并且穿过上述初步研磨机壳11底部并且穿过的部分均套装上述研磨罐从动齿轮132,上述初步研磨主动转轴134装配在上述初步研磨电机135并且套装有上述初步研磨主动齿轮133,上述初步研磨主动齿轮133与多个上述研磨罐从动齿轮132相互啮合。
位于上述研磨罐13内的研磨罐转轴131设置有多个竖直的挡板136,多个上述挡板将上述研磨罐13分隔成多个空间。
本发明,循环式初步研磨机,设置的研磨罐以及研磨罐的运动模式加快了研磨罐内物料的流动,增大了物料与研磨球的碰撞次数,从而提高了整个初次研磨的整体效果,同时空间分隔的研磨罐避免了由于研磨球分布不均匀的可能性,从而平均化了研磨效果;整个装置结构设计精巧,功能目的明确,较好地完成了其功能工作,使用效果较佳,生产效率得到提高。

1.一种循环式初步研磨机,其特征在于,包括初步研磨机壳、初步研磨装置、桨扇、桨扇驱动装置、循环装置,所述初步研磨机壳上部设置初步研磨进口,底部设置初步研磨出口,所述桨扇位于所述初步研磨机壳内部的上部位置,并由所述桨扇驱动装置驱动转动,所述初步研磨装置包括多个研磨罐,所述研磨罐设置在所述初步研磨机壳内部的所述桨扇下方并且等高度均匀设置,所述研磨罐顶部与底部均设置有均匀铺设的通孔,内部设置有研磨球,所述循环装置包括循环入管、循环出管、水泵、检测器,所述水泵的进口连接所述循环入管,出口连接所述循环出管,所述检测器装配在所述循环入管,所述循环入管连接在所述初步研磨机壳的底部,所述循环出管连接在所述初步研磨机壳的顶部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的循环式初步研磨机,其特征在于,所述初步研磨装置还包括多个研磨罐转轴、多个研磨罐从动齿轮、初步研磨主动齿轮、初步研磨主动转轴、初步研磨电机,每个研磨罐均装配在所述研磨罐转轴,所述研磨罐转轴竖直设置并且穿过所述初步研磨机壳底部并且穿过的部分均套装所述研磨罐从动齿轮,所述初步研磨主动转轴装配在所述初步研磨电机并且套装有所述初步研磨主动齿轮,所述初步研磨主动齿轮与多个所述研磨罐从动齿轮相互啮合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的循环式初步研磨机,其特征在于,位于所述研磨罐内的研磨罐转轴设置有多个竖直的挡板,多个所述挡板将所述研磨罐分隔成多个空间。
