Abstract

本发明涉及一种心血管手术器械,具体说是一种大血管手术插管推进器。包括手柄、固定安装在手柄上端的转轮仓,所述转轮仓中通过轴承安装有转轮,所述转轮上安装有摇柄,所述转轮仓的上端插装有压紧螺母,位于转轮仓内的压紧螺母的内端通过螺纹连接有压杆,至少两个压杆分别固定连接在压板的两端,所述压板上安装有压轮;在压板与转轮之间设置有引导管,所述引导管安装在转轮仓的仓壁上,引导管的轴线位于转轮的切线上。该手术插管推进器采用转轮手摇推进,避免了人工操作带来的不稳定、准确性差的缺陷,结构简单、使用方便,操作的稳定性和准确性大幅度提高。

Description

手摇式大血管手术插管推进器
本申请是针对申请日为2014年12月9日、申请号为2014107408755、名称为“手摇式手术插管推进器”的专利申请的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种心血管手术器械,具体说是一种手摇式大血管手术插管推进器。
背景技术
在心脏或大血管手术中,常常需要在人体内插入手术导管,这些插管操作完全依靠医护人员手持插管向手术切口插入。这种手工作业对操作人员的要求较高,手持插管的稳定性和准确性难以掌握。中国专利2012102651582公开了一种《心血管手术插管固定夹》,手术过程中利用该固定架可以夹住插管的端部,插管过程中手持固定架操作可以在一定程度上提高插管操作的准确性和稳定性。但该固定夹只能起到固定插管和便于手持的作用,无法实现推进插管的动作,插管操作中仍然依靠操作者移动手臂实现插管的操作,对于不熟练的医生来说,手术过程中准确、稳定地移动手臂是非常困难的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决上述技术问题,提供一种结构简单、使用方便、提高插管手术准确性和稳定性的手摇式大血管手术插管推进器。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案如下:本发明所述手摇式大血管手术插管推进器包括手柄、固定安装在手柄上端的转轮仓,所述转轮仓中通过轴承安装有转轮,所述转轮上安装有摇柄,所述转轮仓的上端插装有压紧螺母,位于转轮仓内的压紧螺母的内端通过螺纹连接有至少两个压杆,至少两个压杆分别固定连接在弹性材料制成的压板的两端,所述压板上安装有压轮;在压板与转轮之间设置有引导管,所述引导管安装在转轮仓的仓壁上,引导管的轴线位于转轮的切线上;所述压轮和转轮的边缘均设置有匹配手术插管的圆弧形环槽。
所述压板上设置有安装孔,所述压轮通过转轴可旋转地安装在安装孔中。
所述转轮的中心设置有插孔,所述插孔中插装拐臂,所述摇柄安装在拐臂上。
所述转轮仓的仓壁上设置有长孔,引导管安装在长孔中,引导管的内端固定连接在压板的端部。
该手摇式大血管手术插管推进器采用转轮手摇推进,避免了人工操作带来的不稳定、准确性差的缺陷,结构简单、使用方便,操作的稳定性和准确性大幅度提高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
如图1、图2所示,本发明所述手摇式大血管手术插管推进器包括手柄1、固定安装在手柄1上端的转轮仓2,所述转轮仓2中通过轴承安装有转轮3,所述转轮3上安装有摇柄4。使用时,一手抓住手柄1将其固定,另一手通过摇柄4带动转轮3旋转。
所述转轮仓2的上端插装有压紧螺母7、8,位于转轮仓2内的压紧螺母7、8的内端通过螺纹连接有至少两个压杆9、10。转动压紧螺母7、8,压紧螺母7、8与压杆9、10相对旋转即可调节两者之间的距离。
至少两个压杆9、10分别固定连接在压板11的两端,所述压板11上安装有压轮12,压板11采用弹性较好的塑料、不锈钢等材料制成,压板11两端下压的时候,可以使压轮12压紧在转轮3的轮缘上。
如图1实施例,在压板11与转轮3之间设置有引导管5、6,所述引导管5、6固定安装在转轮仓2的仓壁上,引导管5、6的轴线位于转轮3的切线上。手术插管19穿过引导管5、6,当压板11和压轮12下压的时候,压轮将手术插管19压紧在转轮3上,随着转轮3的旋转,向前推送手术插管19。
如图3所示,所述压板11上设置有安装孔,所述压轮12通过转轴可旋转地安装在安装孔中。为了更好地推送手术插管19,所述压轮12和转轮3的边缘均设置有匹配手术插管19的圆弧形环槽,压轮12和转轮3分别从上、下两侧夹紧手术插管19。
如图2所示,所述转轮3的中心设置有插孔,所述插孔中插装拐臂41,所述摇柄4安装在拐臂41上。这种摇柄4结构的优点一方面可以根据需要更换不同长度型号的拐臂41,另一方面可以使摇柄动作更稳定。当然,作为本发明的另一实施例,也可以直接将摇柄4安装在转轮3的边缘等非圆心位置,转动摇柄4即可带动转轮3旋转。
如图4所示,本发明的另一实施例,所述转轮仓2的仓壁上设置有长孔,引导管5、6安装在长孔中,引导管5、6的内端固定连接在压板11的端部。长孔的宽度与引导管5、6的直径相匹配,长孔的长度方向与压板11的移动方向一致,调节压紧螺母7、8,压板11上、下移动的同时,引导管5、6也随之上、下移动并随着转轮3边缘的圆弧产生轻微的倾斜,这样不仅可以实现压轮12将手术插管19压紧在转轮3上,还可以实现手术插管19推送方向的调节。
手术中,将手术插管19的前端插入引导管5、6中,调节压紧螺母7、8使手术插管19与转轮3之间的摩擦力恰好,转动摇柄4即可推动手术插管19前进。

Claims (1)

1.手摇式大血管手术插管推进器,包括手柄(1)、固定安装在手柄(1)上端的转轮仓(2),所述转轮仓(2)中通过轴承安装有转轮(3),所述转轮(3)上安装有摇柄(4),其特征在于:所述转轮仓(2)的上端插装有压紧螺母(7、8),位于转轮仓(2)内的压紧螺母(7、8)的内端通过螺纹连接有至少两个压杆(9、10),至少两个压杆(9、10)分别固定连接在弹性材料制成的压板(11)的两端,所述压板(11)上安装有压轮(12);在压板(11)与转轮(3)之间设置有引导管(5、6),所述引导管(5、6)安装在转轮仓(2)的仓壁上,引导管(5、6)的轴线位于转轮(3)的切线上;所述压轮(12)和转轮(3)的边缘均设置有匹配手术插管(19)的圆弧形环槽;所述转轮仓(2)的仓壁上设置有长孔,引导管(5、6)安装在长孔中,引导管(5、6)的内端固定连接在压板(11)的端部。
