背景技术
下肢静脉曲张是四肢血管疾患中最常见的疾病之一,其形成的主要原因是由于先天性血管壁膜比较薄弱或长时间维持相同姿势很少改变，血液蓄积下肢，在日积月累的情况下破坏静脉瓣膜而产生静脉压过高，是血管突出皮肤表面的症状。该病多见于从事持久体力劳动或站力工作的人员，青年时期即可出现，但一般以中、老年发病率极高。现代医学所采取的各种手术疗法取得一定疗效，有时治疗后当时和正常人一样，没有了任何症状，但存在着复发率高，治标不治本的缺点。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是，提供一种治疗下肢静脉曲张的中药组合物。
为实现上述目的，本发明采取的技术方案是，一种治疗下肢静脉曲张的中药组合物，其特征是，由下列重量份数的中药原料制成：红花15—20份、枳壳10--15份、地龙8--14份、当归8--14份、栀子6--10份、鸡血藤6--10份、紫草6--10份、乳香5--8份、没药5--8份、狗脊15--20份、桂枝5--8份、干姜5--8份、威灵仙5--8份、地黄6--10份、黄柏5--8份、苍术6--10份、丝瓜络6--10份、介子5--8份、忍冬藤5--8份、骨碎补10--15份、川芎15--20份。
作为优选，一种治疗下肢静脉曲张的中药组合物，其特征是，由下列重量份数的中药原料制成：红花18份、枳壳12份、地龙10份、当归10份、栀子8份、鸡血藤8份、紫草8份、乳香6份、没药6份、狗脊18份、桂枝6份、干姜6份、威灵仙6份、地黄8份、黄柏6份、苍术8份、丝瓜络8份、介子6份、忍冬藤6份、骨碎补12份、川芎18份。
将上述各原料药加水煎煮两次，第一次加水6倍，浸泡60—100分钟后，武火煎煮沸腾10—15分钟，再用文火煎煮5—10分钟，过滤得第一次煎煮液；把过滤的药渣加水3倍，用文火煎煮10—15分钟，过滤得第二次煎煮液；两次煎煮液进行混合搅拌均匀，用文火煎煮3—5分钟，每日一剂，分早晚两次饭后服用，10天为一个疗程。

[实验例1]本发明药物的动物毒性试验报告
取家兔60只，雌雄兼用，体重2.0—3.0kg，分为两组，一组为超剂量实验组，另一组为正常量实验组。超剂量组为30ml∕kg,正常量组为10 ml∕kg，给药方式为灌胃法给药，每天早晚各一次，连续服用60天，每天观察给药反应，结果表明二组家兔活动、饮食正常，药物无不良毒副作用。
[实验例2]本发明药物治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床观察资料
一、临床资料
采用本发明提供的一种治疗下肢静脉曲张的中药组合物，从2014年2月--2016年2月治疗下肢静脉曲张患者132人，其中男性71人，女性61人，病程最短者6个月，最长者15年，平均3年。
二、治疗方法
采用本发明中药组合物所制备的汤剂，每日一剂，分早晚两次饭后服用，10天为一个疗程。
三、疗效评定标准
显效：下肢静脉曲张症状消失，体质恢复正常，一年内无复发。
好转：下肢静脉曲张症状明显好转，体质逐步恢复。
无效：达不到好转标准。
四、治疗结果
本发明治疗下肢静脉曲张患者132例，经过2—5个疗程的治疗，显效128例，占95.5%，好转2例，占1.5，无效2例，占1.5%，总有效率为98.5%，未见任何副作用；治愈128例中，2个疗程治愈28例，3个疗程治愈45例，4个疗程治愈43例，5个疗程治愈12例；结果表明，本发明具有疗效好，见效快，无毒副作用，愈后不易复发的优点。
五、典型病例
病例1：赵某，男，54岁，患者自诉八九年前自觉下肢酸胀不适并伴轻微水肿，走路时双腿沉重，同时出现双下肢浅表血管迂曲增粗呈蚯蚓状，肢体有沉重感，随时间延长左下肢不适症状加重，血管曲张加重，平卧或休息后可缓解症状，多年一直未能治愈；采用本发明制备的汤剂，每日一剂，分早晚两次饭后服用，服药2个疗程后，症状明显出现好转，又继续服药3个疗程，静脉曲张症状完全消失，随访一年未见复发。
病例2：夏某，男，59岁，患者自诉两年前左下肢出现了酸胀、疼痛的症状，小腿隐约的青筋出现，并且沉重感越来越强烈，后来静脉出现了脉络曲张、压痛、色素沉着等一系列症状；采用本发明制备的汤剂，每日一剂，分早晚两次饭后服用，服药1个疗程后，小腿酸胀、疼痛感明显减轻，又继续服药3个疗程，静脉曲张症状完全消失。

病例4：周某，男，61岁，患者自诉两年前发现左腿下肢静脉曲张，后逐渐加重，患处灼热，有多个硬结，皮肤瘙痒、发紫、发黑，出现浮肿、疼痛并有色素沉着；采用本发明制备的汤剂，每日一剂，分早晚两次饭后服用，服药1个疗程，下肢静脉曲张症状明显得到好转，又继续服药2个疗程，症状完全消失。

将上述各原料药加水煎煮两次，第一次加水6倍，浸泡60—100分钟后，武火煎煮沸腾10—15分钟，再用文火煎煮5—10分钟，过滤得第一次煎煮液；把过滤的药渣加水3倍，用文火煎煮10—15分钟，过滤得第二次煎煮液；两次煎煮液进行混合搅拌均匀，用文火煎煮3—5分钟，每日一剂，分早晚两次饭后服用，10天为一个疗程。

一种治疗下肢静脉曲张的中药组合物，其特征是，由下列重量克数的中药原料制成：红花18克、枳壳14克、地龙12克、当归12克、栀子9克、鸡血藤9克、紫草9克、乳香8克、没药8克、狗脊18克、桂枝8克、干姜8克、威灵仙8克、地黄10克、黄柏7克、苍术8克、丝瓜络8克、介子8克、忍冬藤8克、骨碎补15克、川芎15克。
将上述各原料药加水煎煮两次，第一次加水6倍，浸泡60—100分钟后，武火煎煮沸腾10—15分钟，再用文火煎煮5—10分钟，过滤得第一次煎煮液；把过滤的药渣加水3倍，用文火煎煮10—15分钟，过滤得第二次煎煮液；两次煎煮液进行混合搅拌均匀，用文火煎煮3—5分钟，每日一剂，分早晚两次饭后服用，10天为一个疗程。

1.一种治疗下肢静脉曲张的中药组合物，其特征是，由下列重量份数的中药原料制成：红花15—20份、枳壳10--15份、地龙8--14份、当归8--14份、栀子6--10份、鸡血藤6--10份、紫草6--10份、乳香5--8份、没药5--8份、狗脊15--20份、桂枝5--8份、干姜5--8份、威灵仙5--8份、地黄6--10份、黄柏5--8份、苍术6--10份、丝瓜络6--10份、介子5--8份、忍冬藤5--8份、骨碎补10--15份、川芎15--20份。
