一种治疗糖尿病神经病变的中药配方
技术领域
本发明属于中药组合物，具体地说，是涉及一种治疗糖尿病神经病变的中药配方。
背景技术
糖尿病是一种常见和多发性疾病，其对人体健康的危害主要表现在所导致的多种慢性并发症上，包括糖尿病肾病、糖尿病眼病、糖尿病心脏病、糖尿病神经病变及其它多种微血管病变等。其中，糖尿病神经病变是一种多发病，常见病，发病率为70％左右。目前尚没有专门针对糖尿病神经病变的有效药物，临床防治上主要是使用如胰岛素、二甲双胍等降糖药物加醛糖还原酶抑制剂(AR Is)如菲达瑞斯(Fidarestat)、依帕司他(Epalrestat)或α-硫辛酸(Antioxidantα-lipoic acid)、甲钴胺、血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂、氨基胍、卡马西平等药物，可改善部分症状。由于糖尿病神经病变涉及多因素，加上这些药物多有较大的毒副作用，因此目前还缺乏能有效防治糖尿病神经病变的药物或方法。
发明内容
针对上述情况，本发明将提供一种可用于防治糖尿病神经病变的中药配方。
为实现本发明的上述目的，本发明采用如下技术方案。
一种治疗糖尿病神经病变的中药配方，按重量份数包括以下中药成分：生黄芪15g、山茱萸15g、络石藤15g、鸡血藤15g、三棱15g、莪术15g、天花粉50g、威灵仙10g、青风藤12g、鸡内金112g、忍冬藤20g、益母草30g、北五加皮2g。
本发明中药组合物的制备和使用方法：水煎服，每日1剂，每日分2次煎服。14天为一疗程。
在本发明的组方中：黄芪健脾益气、山茱萸兹补肾阴，络石藤、鸡血藤、青风藤、忍冬藤、活血通络；三棱、莪术破血逐淤，威灵仙通络止痛，天花粉养阴生津，鸡内金健脾消食；益母草、五加皮活血化瘀；共奏益气养阴、活血化瘀之效。
本发明是在传统中医理论和临床经验指导下，精选出各原料药及其配比，利用其相互间的协同或抵抗作用，提高疗效；本发明具有疗效显著，副作用小，制备简单，成本低的优点；经临床验证，本发明治疗脑血栓有效率为93％。
具体实施方式
一种治疗糖尿病神经病变的中药配方，按重量份数包括以下中药成分：生黄芪15g、山茱萸15g、络石藤15g、鸡血藤15g、三棱15g、莪术15g、天花粉50g、威灵仙10g、青风藤12g、鸡内金112g、忍冬藤20g、益母草30g、北五加皮2g。
水煎服，每日1剂，每日分2次煎服。28天为一疗程。
临床试验，治疗结果：脑血栓患者40例，临床控制7例占18％，显效120例占24％，有效20例占50％，无效3例占8％，总有效率达92％。
典型案例：
张某，男，62岁，因四肢酸痛，麻木1年，加重1月收住本院神经内科，患者12年前发现糖尿病，未予以正规治疗，近1年来开始用降糖药，但是血糖控制不理想。1年前逐渐出现四肢酸痛、麻木、近1月加重，入院诊为糖尿病周围神经炎，予以胰岛素治疗，血糖控制尚可，静脉滴注血栓通，口服去痛片，治疗不明显，患者要求服用中药治疗。诊见：肢体疼痛，麻木以夜间为甚，伴头晕耳鸣，面目水肿，胸闷憋气，便秘，舌质暗、太薄黄腻、脉沉细弦。证属气阴不足，水湿内蕰。于早晚服用本方，7剂后，二诊，面目水肿、胸闷减轻，舌淡暗，苔薄白，脉沉细。继续服用，三诊：四肢疼痛、麻木减弱，舌暗。苔白腻，脉沉细。继服用7剂后，四肢酸痛消失，轻微麻木，水肿消失，随访14年，随四肢有时轻微麻木，但疼痛未在复发。
