背景技术
随着经济的迅速发展和人民生活水平的提高，人们对肉类消费品的需求量不断上升，其中猪肉在整个肉类消费中超过60％。但是，商品猪的抗病能力越来越差，很容易受到不同疾病的侵害，对猪的正常生长和繁殖造成了一定的影响，特别是某些细菌性疾病会严重冲击到养猪业的发展。因此，需要重视对猪细菌性疾病的防治。
相关调查研究发现，猪的细菌性疾病主要发生在呼吸道系统和消化道系统，其中，比较常见的为猪丹毒、仔猪黄痢、副伤寒、仔猪白痢和水肿病等。常见的细菌性呼吸道疾病包括猪副伤寒、猪链球菌病、副猪嗜血杆病菌、猪传染性胸膜肺炎和传染性萎缩性鼻炎等。不同的细菌性疾病，很容易降低猪的生产能力或造成猪的死亡，严重破坏和影响了养猪业的发展。相关实践研究表明，给予哺乳动物中草药防治，具有增强其抵抗力、抗菌、调节机体免疫、消炎和诱生干扰素等作用，特别是对细菌性疾病具有良好的预防和治疗作用。

一种防治猪细菌性疾病的中药制剂，由按重量份比的以下原料制成：白头翁10-30份、鸭跖草10-25份、车前草10-30份、蒲公英10-35份、生石膏20-55份、贯众10-30份、升麻20-40份、苦参15-35份、栀子6-12份、訶子3-10份、防风15-25份、葛根20-40份、木香5-15份、当归15-35份、牛蒡子10-30份、射干6-12份、牛膝8-24份和甘草6-18份。
作为优选，所述的防治猪细菌性疾病的中药制剂，由按重量份比的以下原料制成：白头翁30份、鸭跖草22份、车前草19份、蒲公英29份、生石膏45份、贯众19份、升麻33份、苦参31份、栀子11份、訶子8份、防风18份、葛根32份、木香9份、当归30份、牛蒡子26份、射干10份、牛膝15份和甘草15份。
另外，本发明还提供了所述的防治猪细菌性疾病的中药制剂的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
(1)按重量份数称取各味药，将鸭跖草、车前草、贯众、升麻、苦参、木香、当归、牛蒡子、牛膝、甘草10种中药原料混合，加入自来水，浸泡1-3h后，用武火烧开，再用文火熬煮30-60min后，把药液倒出，得中药煎煮液；
(2)将白头翁、生石膏、蒲公英、栀子、訶子、防风、射干、葛根8种中药原料烘干后粉碎成粉末，过60-120目筛，得中药粉末；
(3)将步骤(1)所得中药煎煮液以及步骤(2)所得的中药粉末混合，搅拌均匀，经过膨化，造粒，制得中药颗粒；
(4)将中药颗粒按100g/袋分装，即得防治猪细菌性疾病的中药制剂。
作为优选，步骤(1)中自来水的加入量为10种中药原料重量的6-10倍。
本发明还提供了该防治猪细菌性疾病的中药制剂的使用方法，在使用时，其与饲料的质量比为1:100。

(1)本发明的防治猪细菌性疾病的中药制剂是由多种中药组分进行复配而成，采用纯中药成分，无毒副作用。
(2)本发明的防治猪细菌性疾病的中药制剂，针对猪细菌性疾病，尤其是对猪丹毒、猪肺疫、猪大肠杆菌、猪红痢等细菌性疾病具有良好的预防和治疗效果。
(3)本发明的防治猪细菌性疾病的中药制剂原料易得，药源广，取材方便，可推广使用。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细描述，但应当理解本发明的保护范围并不受具体实施方式的限制。
实施例1：
一种防治猪细菌性疾病的中药制剂，由按重量份比的以下原料制成：白头翁10份、鸭跖草10份、车前草10份、蒲公英10份、生石膏20份、贯众10份、升麻20份、苦参15份、栀子6份、訶子3份、防风15份、葛根20份、木香5份、当归15份、牛蒡子10份、射干6份、牛膝8份和甘草6份。
所述的防治猪细菌性疾病的中药制剂的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
(1)按重量份数称取各味药，将鸭跖草、车前草、贯众、升麻、苦参、木香、当归、牛蒡子、牛膝、甘草10种中药原料混合，加入自来水，浸泡1h后，用武火烧开，再用文火熬煮30min后，把药液倒出，得中药煎煮液；自来水的加入量为10种中药原料重量的6倍；
(2)将白头翁、生石膏、蒲公英、栀子、訶子、防风、射干、葛根8种中药原料烘干后粉碎成粉末，过60目筛，得中药粉末；
(3)将步骤(1)所得中药煎煮液以及步骤(2)所得的中药粉末混合，搅拌均匀，经过膨化，造粒，制得中药颗粒；
(4)将中药颗粒按100g/袋分装，即得防治猪细菌性疾病的中药制剂。
实施例2：
一种防治猪细菌性疾病的中药制剂，由按重量份比的以下原料制成：白头翁30份、鸭跖草25份、车前草30份、蒲公英35份、生石膏55份、贯众30份、升麻40份、苦参35份、栀子12份、訶子10份、防风25份、葛根40份、木香15份、当归35份、牛蒡子30份、射干12份、牛膝24份和甘草18份。
所述的防治猪细菌性疾病的中药制剂的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
(1)按重量份数称取各味药，将鸭跖草、车前草、贯众、升麻、苦参、木香、当归、牛蒡子、牛膝、甘草10种中药原料混合，加入自来水，浸泡3h后，用武火烧开，再用文火熬煮60min后，把药液倒出，得中药煎煮液；自来水的加入量为10种中药原料重量的10倍；
(2)将白头翁、生石膏、蒲公英、栀子、訶子、防风、射干、葛根8种中药原料烘干后粉碎成粉末，过120目筛，得中药粉末；
(3)将步骤(1)所得中药煎煮液以及步骤(2)所得的中药粉末混合，搅拌均匀，经过膨化，造粒，制得中药颗粒；
(4)将中药颗粒按100g/袋分装，即得防治猪细菌性疾病的中药制剂。
实施例3：
一种防治猪细菌性疾病的中药制剂，由按重量份比的以下原料制成：白头翁20份、鸭跖草20份、车前草20份、蒲公英20份、生石膏40份、贯众20份、升麻30份、苦参20份、栀子8份、訶子5份、防风20份、葛根30份、木香10份、当归20份、牛蒡子20份、射干10份、牛膝20份和甘草12份。
所述的防治猪细菌性疾病的中药制剂的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
(1)按重量份数称取各味药，将鸭跖草、车前草、贯众、升麻、苦参、木香、当归、牛蒡子、牛膝、甘草10种中药原料混合，加入自来水，浸泡1-3h后，用武火烧开，再用文火熬煮45min后，把药液倒出，得中药煎煮液；自来水的加入量为10种中药原料重量的8倍；
(2)将白头翁、生石膏、蒲公英、栀子、訶子、防风、射干、葛根8种中药原料烘干后粉碎成粉末，过80目筛，得中药粉末；
(3)将步骤(1)所得中药煎煮液以及步骤(2)所得的中药粉末混合，搅拌均匀，经过膨化，造粒，制得中药颗粒；
(4)将中药颗粒按100g/袋分装，即得防治猪细菌性疾病的中药制剂。
实施例4：本发明的防治猪细菌性疾病的中药制剂在防治猪细菌性疾病的试验效果
4.1本发明的中药制剂抗猪丹毒的效果分析
本实验例的普通饲料为市售常规饲料，由以下重量百分比的组分组成：玉米70.15％、豆粕22.0％、鱼粉5.0％、磷酸氢钙1％、石粉0.55％、食盐0.3％和惠丰仔猪预混料1％。
实验方法：选取断奶仔猪500只，其中300只分别作为试验组1、2、3隔离饲养，100只作为空白组隔离饲养，100只作为对照组隔离饲养。对照组和空白组均只饲喂普通饲料，试验组1、2、3隔离饲养，分别饲喂添加量8％实施例1、2、3中药制剂+普通饲料。饲养方式采用自由采食，自由饮水，24h后，取试验组、对照组的断奶仔猪肌注接种稀释后丹毒细菌液，空白组不接种，记录120h患病情况，结果如表1所示。

实验方法同试验例1，不同之处在于，本试验例试验组断奶仔猪肌注接种稀释后猪肺疫细菌液，结果见表2。

实验方法同试验例1，不同之处在于，本试验例试验组断奶仔猪肌注接种稀释后猪大肠杆菌细菌液，结果见表3。

4.4本发明的中药制剂抗猪红痢病的效果分析
实验方法同试验例1，不同之处在于，本试验例试验组断奶仔猪肌注接种稀释后猪红痢细菌液，结果见表4。

由表1-4可以看出，添加了本发明的中药制剂后的试验组1-3相对于没有添加本发明中药制剂的对照组，猪抗细菌性疾病能力明显提高，抗猪细菌性疾病的效果明显。

Claims (4)
1.一种防治猪细菌性疾病的中药制剂，其特征在于，由按重量份比的以下原料制成：白头翁10-30份、鸭跖草10-25份、车前草10-30份、蒲公英10-35份、生石膏20-55份、贯众10-30份、升麻20-40份、苦参15-35份、栀子6-12份、訶子3-10份、防风15-25份、葛根20-40份、木香5-15份、当归15-35份、牛蒡子10-30份、射干6-12份、牛膝8-24份和甘草6-18份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防治猪细菌性疾病的中药制剂，其特征在于，由按重量份比的以下原料制成：白头翁30份、鸭跖草22份、车前草19份、蒲公英29份、生石膏45份、贯众19份、升麻33份、苦参31份、栀子11份、訶子8份、防风18份、葛根32份、木香9份、当归30份、牛蒡子26份、射干10份、牛膝15份和甘草15份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的防治猪细菌性疾病的中药制剂的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
(1)按重量份数称取各味药，将鸭跖草、车前草、贯众、升麻、苦参、木香、当归、牛蒡子、牛膝、甘草10种中药原料混合，加入自来水，浸泡1-3h后，用武火烧开，再用文火熬煮30-60min后，把药液倒出，得中药煎煮液；
(2)将白头翁、生石膏、蒲公英、栀子、訶子、防风、射干、葛根8种中药原料烘干后粉碎成粉末，过60-120目筛，得中药粉末；
(3)将步骤(1)所得中药煎煮液以及步骤(2)所得的中药粉末混合，搅拌均匀，经过膨化，造粒，制得中药颗粒；
(4)将中药颗粒按100g/袋分装，即得防治猪细菌性疾病的中药制剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的防治猪细菌性疾病的中药制剂的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤(1)中自来水的加入量为10种中药原料重量的6-10倍。
