Abstract

一种相位可调电连接器,包括界面主体、尾部主体和顶丝,界面主体包括从内到外固定连接的内导体、界面主体绝缘子和界面主体外壳,匹配衬套的非劈槽端以过盈配合的方式压入界面主体外壳的最大台阶孔内,调相螺套的最大台阶孔与界面主体外壳的外形台阶以过盈配合方式连接;即内导体、界面主体绝缘子、界面主体外壳、匹配衬套和调相螺套相对固定;尾部主体包括从内到外依次固定连接的插孔、尾部主体绝缘子和尾部主体外壳,衬套以过盈配合的方式压入尾部主体外壳的最大台阶孔内,将尾部主体绝缘子轴向固定;即插孔、尾部主体绝缘子、尾部主体外壳及衬套相对固定;调相螺套以螺纹连接的方式旋入衬套,将界面主体与尾部主体连接;本发明在调相过程中,内、外导体始终保持阻抗的连续匹配。

技术领域
本发明涉及射频同轴电连接器技术领域,具体涉及一种相位可调电连接器。
背景技术
随着整机系统的发展,连接器产品技术发展迅速,目前很多用户对电连接器及电缆组件产品有较高的相位一致性要求。在电缆组件方面,尤其在高频段下的批生产情况下,实现精确调相,是比较困难的。而为了满足用户提出的相位一致性要求,在制作电缆组件时,必须精确的控制下线长度,很多情况下需要多次返修,才能配相成功。所以此类具有相位一致性要求的电缆组件生产效率是较低的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种相位可调电连接器,以实现高频段的精确调相,而且可以提高具有相位一致性要求的电缆组件生产效率,该产品具有调相精度高、使用方便、可靠性高等优点。
为达到以上目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种相位可调电连接器结构,包括界面主体、尾部主体和顶丝10,所述界面主体包括从内到外通过环氧树脂灌封的方式固定在一起的内导体1、界面主体绝缘子2和界面主体外壳3,匹配衬套4的非劈槽端以过盈配合的方式压入界面主体外壳3的最大台阶孔内,调相螺套5的最大台阶孔与界面主体外壳3的外形台阶以过盈配合的方式连接;即所述内导体1、界面主体绝缘子2、界面主体外壳3、匹配衬套4和调相螺套5相对固定;所述尾部主体包括插孔6,同轴安装于插孔6上的尾部主体绝缘子7,插孔6与尾部主体绝缘子7以倒刺方式进行轴向固定,尾部主体绝缘子7同轴安装于尾部主体外壳8的中间台阶孔内,衬套9以过盈配合的方式压入尾部主体外壳8的最大台阶孔内,将尾部主体绝缘子7轴向固定;即所述插孔6、尾部主体绝缘子7、尾部主体外壳8及衬套9相对固定;所述调相螺套5以螺纹连接的方式旋入衬套9,将界面主体与尾部主体连接;调相螺套5与衬套9的螺纹配合部位带有螺纹竖孔5-1,当相位指标满足要求后,顶丝10旋入螺纹竖孔5-1中并拧紧。
所述匹配衬套4外端面沿圆周均布劈槽,端面设置有鼓包;所述衬套9上与匹配衬套4的鼓包位置对应处开有小孔,小孔和鼓包保持衬套9与匹配衬套4的径向可靠接触。
所述界面主体外壳3的端面与衬套9端面的距离为A,调相螺套5的端面与尾部主体外壳8的端面距离为A;插孔6与内导体1配接端的孔供内导体1轴向移动的距离应大于距离A,衬套9供匹配衬套4的端面鼓包轴向移动距离即小孔的长度应大于距离A。
所述调相螺套5与衬套9在距离A的移动范围内,内导体1端部的插针端1-1与衬套9保持阻抗匹配,内导体1中间段的凹槽1-2与匹配衬套4保持阻抗匹配,即在调相过程中,内、外导体始终保持阻抗的连续匹配。
本发明具备如下优点:
1、通过调节螺纹调相螺套可以实现相位的精确调制,使用方便。
2、可以提高具有相位一致性要求的电缆组件产品的生产效率。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图及具体实施例,对本发明作进一步的详细描述。
如图1所示,本发明一种相位可调电连接器结构,由界面主体、尾部主体及顶丝构成。其中界面主体包括内导体1,同轴安装于内导体1上的界面主体绝缘子2,同轴安装于界面主体绝缘子2上的界面主体外壳3,界面主体绝缘子2安装于界面主体外壳3的中间台阶孔内,内导体1、界面主体绝缘子2及界面主体外壳3通过环氧树脂灌封的方式固定在一起,界面主体还包括匹配衬套4,匹配衬套4的非劈槽端以过盈配合的方式压入界面主体外壳3的最大台阶孔内,界面主体还包括调相螺套5,调相螺套5的最大台阶孔与界面主体外壳3的外形台阶以过盈配合的方式连接。即上述内导体1、界面主体绝缘子2、界面主体外壳3、匹配衬套4及调相螺套5相对固定。
尾部主体包括插孔6、同轴安装于插孔6上的尾部主体绝缘子7,插孔6与尾部主体绝缘子7以倒刺方式进行轴向固定,尾部主体绝缘子7同轴安装于尾部主体外壳8的中间台阶孔内,衬套9以过盈配合的方式压入尾部主体外壳8的最大台阶孔内,将尾部主体绝缘子7轴向固定;即上述插孔6、尾部主体绝缘子7、尾部主体外壳8及衬套9相对固定。
调相螺套5以螺纹连接的方式旋入衬套9,将界面主体与尾部主体连接。调相螺套5与衬套9的螺纹配合部位带有螺纹竖孔5-1,当相位指标满足要求后,旋入顶丝10并拧紧,以达到结构固定可靠的要求。
如图1所示,界面主体外壳3的端面与衬套9端面的距离为A,调相螺套端面与尾部主体外壳8的端面距离为A。插孔6与内导体1配接端的孔可供内导体1轴向移动的距离应大于距离A,衬套9可供匹配衬套4端面鼓包轴向可靠接触的移动距离即小孔的长度应大于距离A。
如图2所示,匹配衬套4沿圆周均布劈槽,端面设计有鼓包,可与衬套9的小孔保持可靠径向接触。调相时,旋转调相螺套5,带动界面主体相对尾部主体产生轴向移动,即产品电长度产生可控变化,实现相位的精确调节。在距离A的移动范围内,内导体1端部的插针端1-1与衬套9保持阻抗匹配,内导体1中间段的凹槽1-2与匹配衬套4保持阻抗匹配,即在调相过程中,内、外导体始终保持阻抗的连续匹配。所以在距离A的任意一点,均可同时满足相位及电压驻波比的指标要求。图3为产品达到最大调节范围时的示意图。
该连接器使用方式灵活,不仅局限于有相位一致性要求的电缆组件的应用,还可应用于高频段下的精确调相,具有广阔的市场前景。

Claims (2)

1.一种相位可调电连接器,其特征在于:包括界面主体、尾部主体和顶丝(10),所述界面主体包括从内到外通过环氧树脂灌封的方式固定在一起的内导体(1)、界面主体绝缘子(2)和界面主体外壳(3),匹配衬套(4)的非劈槽端以过盈配合的方式压入界面主体外壳(3)的最大台阶孔内,调相螺套(5)的最大台阶孔与界面主体外壳(3)的外形台阶以过盈配合的方式连接;即所述内导体(1)、界面主体绝缘子(2)、界面主体外壳(3)、匹配衬套(4)和调相螺套(5)相对固定;
所述尾部主体包括插孔(6),同轴安装于插孔(6)上的尾部主体绝缘子(7),插孔(6)与尾部主体绝缘子(7)以倒刺方式进行轴向固定,尾部主体绝缘子(7)同轴安装于尾部主体外壳(8)的中间台阶孔内,衬套(9)以过盈配合的方式压入尾部主体外壳(8)的最大台阶孔内,将尾部主体绝缘子(7)轴向固定;即所述插孔(6)、尾部主体绝缘子(7)、尾部主体外壳(8)及衬套(9)相对固定;
所述调相螺套(5)以螺纹连接的方式旋入衬套(9),将界面主体与尾部主体连接;调相螺套(5)与衬套(9)的螺纹配合部位带有螺纹竖孔(5-1),当相位指标满足要求后,顶丝(10)旋入螺纹竖孔(5-1)中并拧紧;
所述匹配衬套(4)外端面沿圆周均布劈槽,端面设置有鼓包;所述衬套(9)上与匹配衬套(4)的鼓包位置对应处开有小孔,小孔和鼓包保持衬套(9)与匹配衬套(4)的径向可靠接触;
所述界面主体外壳(3)的端面与衬套(9)端面的距离为A,调相螺套(5)的端面与尾部主体外壳(8)的端面距离为A;插孔(6)与内导体(1)配接端的孔供内导体(1)轴向移动的距离应大于距离A,衬套(9)供匹配衬套(4)的端面鼓包轴向移动距离即小孔的长度应大于距离A。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种相位可调电连接器,其特征在于:所述调相螺套(5)与衬套(9)在距离A的移动范围内,内导体(1)端部的插针端(1-1)与衬套(9)保持阻抗匹配,内导体(1)中间段的凹槽(1-2)与匹配衬套(4)保持阻抗匹配,即在调相过程中,内、外导体始终保持阻抗的连续匹配。
