本发明涉及一种易排布绝缘安全电线,本易排布绝缘安全电线包括有导线和线套;所述线套的端截面呈矩形;所述导线紧密的等距排布在所述线套内;沿所述线套的轴线,在所述线套上等距设置有弯折环;所述弯折环的轴向截面呈波纹状;所述弯折环的环壁中空,在弯折环的环壁内填充有保护液;该电线形状精致,便于规整的铺设,同时能够在需要紧急断电时提供绝缘保护。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电力部件,特别的,是一种电力线。
背景技术
室内装修、家庭布线时,尽量希望将电力线排布的隐蔽,以保持室内的美观、简洁;在隐蔽的同时,又要尽量保持电线的规整、有序,尽量避免线路的弯折、电线的打结、扭曲,从而保证电线的长期耐用,电力传输平稳,同时减少电线老化、起火等安全隐患的发生;传统电力线的端截面呈圆形,在铺设时电线层的厚度增加,对室内装修带来不便;圆形的电线在铺设时常常会扭转、绞结,不能够轻松、平整的铺设;给线路铺设带来不便。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种易排布绝缘安全电线,该电线形状精致,便于规整的铺设,同时能够在需要紧急断电时提供绝缘保护。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:本易排布绝缘安全电线包括有导线和线套;
所述线套的端截面呈矩形;所述导线紧密的等距排布在所述线套内;
沿所述线套的轴线,在所述线套上等距设置有弯折环;所述弯折环的轴向截面呈波纹状;所述弯折环的环壁中空,在弯折环的环壁内填充有保护液。
本发明的有益效果是:本易排布绝缘安全电线呈扁平的面条状电线,在排布时,用户可方便的平整排布线路,电线不会出现扭转、绞结;同时扁平的电线不会过多的占据墙壁和天花板的空间,因此导线层可铺设的很薄,为家居装修提供较大空间;每隔固定的距离,便有一处弯折环,在弯折环处用户可将电线向任意角度弯折,便于电线的转弯排布;在弯折环弯折时,弯折环的一侧压缩,一侧伸张,压缩处的保护液被挤压到伸张处;弯折环内的保护液容积固定,因此电线只能够在一定角度内弯折,该结构有效的保护了内部导线,防止导线出现折点,影响输电效果;
在电线直线排布时,弯折环能够保持波纹状;因为,每个弯折环内的保护液容积固定、且弯折环环壁密闭,因此即使电线被外力牵拉,在负压的作用下,弯折环也不会过度形变;该结构确保了线套不会过度伸长,致使线套与导线脱离,有效保证了线路的安全。
作为优选,所述保护液为绝缘油;当需要紧急切断电路时,用户可使用剪刀等锐利工具,在弯折环处切断电线;刀具在切开弯折环后,弯折环内的绝缘油流出并时刀具表面涂抹有绝缘油,因此用户在切断内部导线时不会被高压电击中,有效杜绝用户在断开电路时被电力击中的隐患。
作为优选,所述弯折环由弹性绝缘材料做成;以便于增强电线的柔韧性,方便用户弯折排线。
作为优选,所述弯折环与所述线套一体成型;以便于降低成本,同时增强弯折环和线套的封闭性。
作为优选,在所述保护液内掺杂有磁粉;在输电时导线的周围会产生感应磁场,交流电产生周期性变化的感应磁场,磁粉在感应磁场的作用下周期性的变向运动,进而带动保护液振动,该振动产生的声波能够有效驱逐墙体内的蚂蚁、昆虫,有效防止电线被啃食。

在图1至图3所示的实施例中,本易排布绝缘安全电线包括有导线1和线套2;所述线套2的端截面呈矩形;所述导线1紧密的等距排布在所述线套2内;沿所述线套2的轴线,在所述线套2上等距设置有弯折环3;所述弯折环3由弹性绝缘材料做成;所述弯折环3的轴向截面呈波纹状;所述弯折环3的环壁中空,在弯折环3的环壁内填充有保护液31;所述保护液31为绝缘油。
