Abstract

本发明涉及一种新型滚筒型烘干机。解决了现有技术中存在的新型滚筒型烘干机工作效率底下的问题。包括烘干机筒体,烘干机筒体内壁固定有扬料板,连接板上通过耙钉固定有槽型扬料板,更重要的是,在烘干机中间加装中心X型扬料板,减少热空洞,延长物料停留时间,提高热交换效率,减少高温气体的流失,大大提高了烘干机的整体烘干效果。

一种新型滚筒型烘干机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型滚筒型烘干机。
背景技术
传统的新型滚筒型烘干机的结构主要包括一个可以转动的烘干筒体,烘干机筒体内壁安装有扬料板。需要烘干的物料在烘干筒体内通过扬料板的带动不断翻转,同时与烘干筒体热交换达到烘干目的,如如中国申请号为200810023157.0公开了一种在筒体内安装由X、L、弧形等多形状组合而成的扬料板,L状扬料板、弧形扬料板定位在同的内壁上,X状扬料板通过支撑在内壁的横担结合定位,筒体安装呈一定的斜度,该新型滚筒型烘干机结构简单,使用方便,同规格比较,产量大幅度增长。但这种技术方案的新型滚筒型烘干机存在热空洞,物料停留时间不长,热交换效率不高,高温气体的流失也比较严重。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型滚筒型烘干机,以解决现有技术中导致的上述多项缺陷。
一种新型滚筒型烘干机,包括烘干机筒体、扬料板组和中心扬料板,烘干机筒体内壁固定有扬料板,连接板上通过筋板固定有槽型扬料板,所述烘干机筒体中间加装中心X型扬料板,X型扬料板通过耙钉和筋板固定在中心扬料板上,所述扬料板上固定有耙钉,所述扬料板组包括槽型扬料板,,滚筒与烘干机构连接,位于滚筒的内表面设有过滤网,正对滚筒底部下方的壳体上设有回收置物槽孔,在回收置 物槽孔下方的壳体上设有落料筒,落料筒与回收管连接,在回收管上设有吸风机,在回收管的末端设有储料袋;控制器设置在壳体上,且控制器分别通过连接线与滚筒、烘干机构和吸风机连接。
优选的,所述槽型扬料板固定在中心扬料板上。
优选的,所述槽型扬料板内侧焊接固定有耙钉。
优选的,所述X型扬料板安装部位为烘干机中部。
优选的,所述X型扬料板不能安装在靠近机头端3.5m内。
本发明的优点在于:在烘干机筒体中间加装中心X型扬料板,X型扬料板通过耙钉和筋板固定在中心扬料板上,减少热空洞,延长物料停留时间,提高热交换效率,减少高温气体的流失。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1所示,一种新型滚筒型烘干机,包括烘干机筒体2、扬料板组和中心扬料板1,烘干机筒体内壁固定有扬料板1,所述烘干机筒体中间加装中心X型扬料板,X型扬料板6通过耙钉3和筋板6固定在连接板上,减少热空洞,延长物料停留时间,提高热交换效率,减少高温气体的流失。
滚筒与烘干机构连接,位于滚筒的内表面设有过滤网,正对滚筒底部下方的壳体上设有回收置物槽孔,在回收置物槽孔下方的壳体上 设有落料筒,落料筒与回收管连接,在回收管上设有吸风机,在回收管的末端设有储料袋;控制器设置在壳体上,且控制器分别通过连接线与滚筒、烘干机构和吸风机连接。
值得注意的是,所述X型扬料板安装部位为烘干机中部,并不能安装在靠近机头端3.5m内。
在本实施例中,所述烘干机筒体中间加装中心X型扬料板,X型扬料板通过耙钉固定在连接板上,减少热空洞,延长物料停留时间,提高热交换效率,减少高温气体的流失。
此外,所述X型扬料板不能安装在靠近机头端3.5m内,防止因刚投入的物料水分高、黏度大、温度低,容易产生黏附,从而影响整个烘干效果。

1.一种新型滚筒型烘干机,包括烘干机筒体、扬料板组和中心扬料板,烘干机筒体内壁固定有扬料板,连接板上通过筋板固定有槽型扬料板,所述烘干机筒体中间加装中心X型扬料板,X型扬料板通过耙钉和筋板固定在中心扬料板上,所述扬料板上固定有耙钉,所述扬料板组包括槽型扬料板,,滚筒与烘干机构连接,位于滚筒的内表面设有过滤网,正对滚筒底部下方的壳体上设有回收置物槽孔,在回收置物槽孔下方的壳体上设有落料筒,落料筒与回收管连接,在回收管上设有吸风机,在回收管的末端设有储料袋;控制器设置在壳体上,且控制器分别通过连接线与滚筒、烘干机构和吸风机连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型滚筒型烘干机,其特征在于:所述槽型扬料板固定在中心扬料板上。
