本发明涉及一种用于空调的水冷型组合式转轮除湿机组,所述除湿机组包括控制系统、除湿系统、再生系统,所述除湿系统设置有板式过滤器、表冷器、除湿转轮和送风机,所述再生系统设置有再生过滤器,再生加热器以及再生送风机。本发明提供的除湿转轮是一种具有蜂窝式结构的高效硅胶除湿转轮,具有优异的选择吸附性能,能够吸附水分子而排出粉尘等杂质,同时利用再生系统对吸附的水份进行排出,而且在保证稳定的除湿效果的前提下,制冷效率高,节省电力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种空调技术领域,具体涉及一种用于空调的水冷型组合式转轮除湿机组。
背景技术
众所周知,一些精密产品(如汽车动力电池、储能电池以及手机锂电池等)的生产车间,环境空气湿度对产品的品质具有重大的影响,为此,这些厂房中通常都会配备除湿机组,以控制厂房内的空气湿度。
同时,在人们生长水平不断提高,对生活质量的要求也越来越高,比较空气潮湿给生活带来很大的影响,有医学科研报告指出人体生存环境的相对湿度以60-70为好湿度过大不仅有利于流感的生成而且还容易引起风湿、关节炎等疾病危及人体健康。除湿机的作用就在于通过内部压缩机的运转利用空气的循环作用将空气中的水分液化为水滴从而保持空气在50—60的相对湿度从而为消费者营造一个健康的生活环境。 正因如此专家指出中国除湿机市场虽然现在还比较小但随着经济发展和人民生活品质的提升其前景值得关注。未来几年除湿机在中国家庭中的普及会同家用空调的普及一样商用方面也必将取得长足进展。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种节省电力、除湿效果高的用于空调的水冷型组合式转轮除湿机组。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
用于空调的水冷型组合式转轮除湿机组,所述除湿机组包括控制系统、除湿系统、再生系统,所述除湿系统设置有板式过滤器、表冷器、除湿转轮和送风机,所述再生系统设置有再生过滤器,再生加热器以及再生送风机。
所述除湿转轮为一种具有蜂窝式结构的高效硅胶除湿转轮。
所述除湿转轮分为吸湿区和再生区。
所述除湿转轮吸湿区吸收的水份转移到再生区,通过再生系统排出水份。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的除湿转轮是一种具有蜂窝式结构的高效硅胶除湿转轮,具有优异的选择吸附性能,能够吸附水分子而排出粉尘等杂质,同时利用再生系统对吸附的水份进行排出,而且在保证稳定的除湿效果的前提下,制冷效率高,节省电力。

具体实施方式
如图1所示一种用于空调的水冷型组合式转轮除湿机组,所述除湿机组包括控制系统3、除湿系统、再生系统,所述除湿系统设置有板式过滤器1、表冷器2、除湿转轮6和送风机4,所述再生系统设置有再生过滤器10,再生加热器9以及再生送风机5;所述除湿转轮6为一种具有蜂窝式结构的高效硅胶除湿转轮,所述除湿转轮6分为吸湿区7和再生区8,所述除湿转轮吸湿区7吸收的水份转移到再生区8,通过再生系统排出水份。
如图1所示,当新风进入时,依次经过板式过滤器1过滤,表冷器2降温,然后经过除湿转轮6除湿,经过除湿转轮6的吸湿区7出来的空气绝对温度可控制到1%,然后通过送风机4送入所需空间;所述吸湿区7所吸附的水份转移到再生区8,再生空气通过再生过滤器10,进入再生加热器9对再生空气进行加热,加热的再生空气能守除湿转轮6的再生区8,通过再生送风机5把水份排出;上述全程都由PLC控制器3控制,PLC控制器3具有良好的操作界面,可数字化显示各种重要温度,并可突出显示各主要部件运作状态。

1.用于空调的水冷型组合式转轮除湿机组,其特征在于:所述除湿机组包括控制系统、除湿系统、再生系统,所述除湿系统设置有板式过滤器、表冷器、除湿转轮和送风机,所述再生系统设置有再生过滤器,再生加热器以及再生送风机。
2.根据权利要求1所述用于空调的水冷组合式转轮除湿机组,其特征在于:所述除湿转轮为一种具有蜂窝式结构的高效硅胶除湿转轮。
3.根据权利要求1所述用于空调的水冷组合式转轮除湿机组,其特征在于:所述除湿转轮分为吸湿区和再生区。
4.根据权利要求1所述用于空调的水冷组合式转轮除湿机组,其特征在于:所述除湿转轮吸湿区吸收的水份转移到再生区,通过再生系统排出水份。
