Abstract

本发明涉及一种光源装置,包括框体(1),所述框体(1)为带有开口的箱体,所述框体(1)底部设置有多个光源(2),所述光源(2)沿所述底部均匀间隔设置,所述光源(2)均连接一光导(3),所述光导(3)连接固定在所述框体(1)开口处的聚光镜片(4),所述框体(1)底部个光源(2)间隔处均设置有第二反射镜(6),所述框体(1)侧面内部设置有第二反射镜(6),所述第二反射镜(6)由所述框体(1)底部延伸至所述聚光镜片(4)下表面。本发明装置通过光导和聚光镜片有效实现了对多个光源的聚光。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种光源装置。
背景技术
流体加工过程中,通常需要对流体的物理指标,如种类、浓度、温度、折射率、固体颗粒物等进行检测。在多数情况下,检测的需要通过光学分析装置进行分析,对于光学分析装置,光源装置尤为重要,现有的光源装置存在强度不高,易散射的问题。
有鉴于上述的缺陷,本设计人,积极加以研究创新,以期创设一种新型结构的光源装置,使其更具有产业上的利用价值。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种光源强度高,不易散射的光源装置。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种光源装置,包括框体(1),所述框体(1)为带有开口的箱体,所述框体(1)底部设置有多个光源(2),所述光源(2)沿所述底部均匀间隔设置,所述光源(2)均连接一光导(3),所述光导(3)连接固定在所述框体(1)开口处的聚光镜片(4),其特征在于:所述框体(1)底部个光源(2)间隔处均设置有第二反射镜(6),所述框体(1)侧面内部设置有第二反射镜(6),所述第二反射镜(6)由所述框体(1)底部延伸至所述聚光镜片(4)下表面。
进一步的,所述光源为LED光源。
进一步的,所述框体(1)为不透光塑料制成。

本发明装置通过光导和聚光镜片有效实现了对多个光源的聚光。
本发明通过在框体底部和侧面设置的反射镜,能够增加射出光线的强度。

下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
参见图1,本发明一较佳实施例所述的一种光源装置,包括框体1,所述框体1为带有开口的箱体,所述框体1底部设置有多个光源2,所述光源2沿所述底部均匀间隔设置,所述光源2均连接一光导3,所述光导3连接固定在所述框体1开口处的聚光镜片4,其特征在于:所述框体1底部个光源2间隔处均设置有第二反射镜6,所述框体1侧面内部设置有第二反射镜6,所述第二反射镜6由所述框体1底部延伸至所述聚光镜片4下表面。
-所述光源为LED光源。
-所述框体(1)为不透光塑料制成。

本发明装置通过光导和聚光镜片有效实现了对多个光源的聚光。
本发明通过在框体底部和侧面设置的反射镜,能够增加射出光线的强度。

1.一种光源装置,包括框体(1),所述框体(1)为带有开口的箱体,所述框体(1)底部设置有多个光源(2),所述光源(2)沿所述底部均匀间隔设置,所述光源(2)均连接一光导(3),所述光导(3)连接固定在所述框体(1)开口处的聚光镜片(4),其特征在于:所述框体(1)底部个光源(2)间隔处均设置有第二反射镜(6),所述框体(1)侧面内部设置有第二反射镜(6),所述第二反射镜(6)由所述框体(1)底部延伸至所述聚光镜片(4)下表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种光源装置,其特征在于:所述光源为LED光源。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种光源装置,其特征在于:所述框体(1)为不透光塑料制成。
