Abstract
一种浮动式压差气体密闭阀,涉及阀门技术领域,所解决的是提高密封可靠性的技术问题。该密闭阀包括阀体、阀芯、阀杆,所述阀芯由中部连接件及左右各一个阀盘构成,两个阀盘平行间隔布设,每个阀盘都由一个左阀板、一个密封垫、一个右阀板从左至右依次层叠而成,并且左阀盘的右阀板与右阀盘的左阀板通过中部连接件相互固定;所述阀杆以间隙配合方式插入中部连接件上的轴孔中,通过中部连接件使得阀芯随阀杆转动;所述阀体上开设有用于向两个阀盘之间的间隙中注高压空气的进气嘴。本发明提供的密闭阀,特别适合通风管道使用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及阀门技术,特别是涉及一种浮动式压差气体密闭阀的技术。
背景技术
实验动物设施、生物实验室、高致命性病毒隔离病房等特殊应用场合的通风管道上都装有气体密闭阀。当这些特殊应用场合发生事故时,可以利用气体密闭阀将这些特殊空间的通风管道阻断,以避免该特殊空间内的病毒、污染物泄漏到外部空间。
现有的气体密闭阀主要由阀体、阀芯、阀杆构成,阀芯的外周包覆有一圈密封介质,通过阀芯与阀体内壁的挤压,使得密封介质产生弹性形变,从而使阀芯与阀体内壁结合部实现密封。现有气体密闭阀的这种密封结构由于密封介质受力不均,密封可靠性较差,容易发生泄漏。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术中存在的缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种密封可靠性高的浮动式压差气体密闭阀。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所提供的一种浮动式压差气体密闭阀,包括阀体,及设置在阀体内的可转动的阀芯,用于驱动阀芯转动的阀杆,所述阀芯能转动至开启状态、关闭状态,阀芯转动至开启状态时,阀芯与阀体内壁之间留有供气流通过的空隙,阀芯转动至关闭状态时,阀芯将阀体内腔阻断,其特征在于:
所述阀芯由中部连接件及左右各一个阀盘构成,两个阀盘平行间隔布设,每个阀盘都由一个左阀板、一个密封垫、一个右阀板从左至右依次层叠而成,并且左阀盘的右阀板与右阀盘的左阀板通过中部连接件相互固定;
所述中部连接件上开设有轴孔,所述阀杆是平行于两个阀盘的可转动的直杆,阀杆的一端以间隙配合方式插入中部连接件上的轴孔中,并且阀杆与中部连接件在阀杆的周向上相互固定,使得阀杆能通过中部连接件带动两个阀盘转动,阀杆的另一端伸至阀体外部,阀体上开设有供阀杆穿出的过孔,阀杆与阀体的结合部气密封;
所述阀体上开设有用于向两个阀盘之间的间隙中注气的进气嘴,所述阀芯转动至关闭状态时,两个阀盘中的左阀板、右阀板均与阀体间隙配合,并且两个阀盘中的密封垫均与阀体过盈配合,并且阀体上的进气嘴正对两个阀盘之间的间隙。
本发明提供的浮动式压差气体密闭阀,关闭时由于阀杆与中部连接件为间隙配合,通过阀盘中的密封垫弹性形变的反作用力,使得阀盘产生上下左右的轻微浮动,使得阀盘中的密封垫变形均匀,密封可靠性也较高;并且可以通过进气嘴向两个阀盘之间的间隙中引入高压气流,从而可以进一步的提高密封可靠性。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图说明对本发明的实施例作进一步详细描述,但本实施例并不用于限制本发明,凡是采用本发明的相似结构及其相似变化,均应列入本发明的保护范围,本发明中的顿号均表示和的关系。
如图1-图4所示,本发明实施例所提供的一种浮动式压差气体密闭阀,包括阀体1,及设置在阀体1内的可转动的阀芯,用于驱动阀芯转动的阀杆3,所述阀芯能转动至开启状态、关闭状态,阀芯转动至开启状态时,阀芯与阀体内壁之间留有供气流通过的空隙,阀芯转动至关闭状态时,阀芯将阀体内腔阻断,其特征在于:
所述阀芯由中部连接件5及左右各一个阀盘2构成,两个阀盘2平行间隔布设,每个阀盘2都由一个左阀板21、一个密封垫22、一个右阀板23从左至右依次层叠而成,并且左阀盘的右阀板23与右阀盘的左阀板21通过中部连接件5相互固定;
所述中部连接件5上开设有轴孔51,所述阀杆3是平行于两个阀盘2的可转动的直杆,阀杆3的一端以间隙配合方式插入中部连接件5上的轴孔51中,并且阀杆3与中部连接件5在阀杆3的周向上相互固定,使得阀杆3能通过中部连接件5带动两个阀盘2转动,阀杆3的另一端伸至阀体1外部,阀体1上开设有供阀杆3穿出的过孔,阀杆3与阀体1的结合部气密封;
所述阀体1上开设有用于向两个阀盘2之间的间隙中注气的进气嘴4,所述阀芯转动至关闭状态时,两个阀盘2中的左阀板21、右阀板23均与阀体1间隙配合,并且两个阀盘2中的密封垫22均与阀体1过盈配合,并且阀体1上的进气嘴4正对两个阀盘2之间的间隙。
本发明实施例的使用方式如下:
将阀体1接入目标气体管道,并将阀体1上的进气嘴4接到高压气源;
阀芯转动至开启状态时,阀体1的内腔导通,可供目标气体管道内的气流通过;
阀芯转动至关闭状态时,两个阀盘中的密封垫22受阀体内壁挤压变形,形成两道机械密封,由于阀杆3与中部连接件5为间隙配合,通过阀盘中的密封垫弹性形变的反作用力,使得阀盘产生上下左右的轻微浮动,使得阀盘中的密封垫22变形均匀,确保其密封可靠;
阀芯转动至关闭状态时,两个阀盘2之间的间隙形成一个相对封闭的空间,此时通过进气嘴4向该封闭空间中引入高压气流,使得该封闭空间的压力高于该封闭空间外部的压力,因此即便密封垫22所形成的机械密封发生泄漏,根据压差原理,也是正压密封进气嘴4进入的高压气流流入阀芯两端,特殊空间内的病毒、污染物无法通过阀芯泄漏到外部空间。

1.一种浮动式压差气体密闭阀,包括阀体,及设置在阀体内的可转动的阀芯,用于驱动阀芯转动的阀杆,所述阀芯能转动至开启状态、关闭状态,阀芯转动至开启状态时,阀芯与阀体内壁之间留有供气流通过的空隙,阀芯转动至关闭状态时,阀芯将阀体内腔阻断,其特征在于:
