本发明涉及一种锡液熔化炉的快速放液阀,包括阀体、阀芯、阀杆、轴销和被动阀套,其特征在于:所述阀体内为倒圆锥台形的内腔,所述内腔被置于阀体内的阀芯所密封,所述阀芯上端通过轴销与可上下移动的阀杆相连接;所述的阀杆外部设置有可随阀杆上下移动的被动阀套,所述被动阀套的下周开口的内壁面与阀体上缘相接,使被动阀套与阀体形成二道密封。本发明的锡液熔化炉快速放液阀解决了现有技术中大铸件产品质量难以保证,致使车间环境恶劣,并且对操作工人身体不利,能源利用率低的技术问题。发明结构简单,操作方便,节约能源。

Description

一种锡液熔化炉的快速放液阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种锡液熔化炉的快速放液阀,属于机械制造工艺领域。
背景技术
目前,国内的锡液熔化炉多采用锡液熔化后手动盛出液体进行浇铸,即设备的上口完全打开,人工在上部采用勺体盛出锡液体,再搬至浇铸模前,人工将锡液浇铸至模具内。如果浇铸体体积过大,则需要连续浇铸多次,由于锡液熔点低,容易凝固,多次浇铸对铸件的品质难以保证。这样的结构具有多种缺陷;例如:首先人工浇铸对大铸件产品品质难以保证:;其次人工手动盛液,温度较高容易烫伤(一般在280℃左右),致使车间环境恶劣,对操作工人身体非常不利;第三,锡液熔点低,容易凝固,在人工盛出转移过程中会产生锡液凝固,减少浇铸量,造成资源浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种锡液熔化炉的快速放液阀,解决现有技术中大铸件产品质量难以保证,致使车间环境恶劣,并且对操作工人身体不利,能源利用率低的技术问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案是:
一种锡液熔化炉的快速放液阀,包括阀体、阀芯、阀杆、轴销和被动阀套,其特征在于:所述阀体内为倒圆锥台形的内腔,所述内腔被置于阀体内的阀芯所密封,所述阀芯上端通过轴销与可上下移动的阀杆相连接;所述的阀杆外部设置有可随阀杆上下移动的被动阀套,所述被动阀套的下周开口的内壁面与阀体上缘相接,使被动阀套与阀体形成二道密封。
所述的阀芯为球形或者倒圆锥形。
所述的阀杆包括阀杆底座和阀杆本体,在所述的被动阀套内壁设有卡块,所述卡块的位置高于阀杆底座,所述卡块之间的距离大于阀杆本体直径,小于阀杆底座直径。
所述的被动阀套的下周开口为圆锥形。
所述的阀体上缘具有斜角,与被动阀套下周开口内壁面相接。
有益效果:
本发明有效的解决现有技术中用坩埚手动从锡液锅里盛出锡液,然后手动浇铸到铸造模中,人工操作锡液转移时间长、浇筑量少,锡液熔点低、容易凝固、造成能源浪费,大的铸件需要多次浇铸,影响铸造产品质量,盛出锡液暴露在空气中,产生挥发性气体,对人体造成伤害等,能源利用率低,以及操作环境恶劣的技术问题。经过实验核算,本发明较现有技术节能约35%,而且本发明结构简单,操作方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
一种锡液熔化炉的快速放液阀,包括阀体1、阀芯2、阀杆4、轴销3和被动阀套5,其特征在于:所述阀体1内为倒圆锥台形的内腔9,所述内腔9被置于阀体1内的阀芯2所密封,所述阀芯2上端通过轴销3与可上下移动的阀杆4相连接;所述的阀杆4外部设置有可随阀杆4上下移动的被动阀套5,所述被动阀套5的下周开口的内壁面与阀体1上缘相接,使被动阀套5与阀体1形成二道密封。
所述的阀芯2为球形或者倒圆锥形。
所述的阀杆4包括阀杆底座8和阀杆本体,在所述的被动阀套5内壁设有卡块6,所述卡块6的位置高于阀杆底座8,所述卡块6之间的距离大于阀杆本体直径,小于阀杆底座8直径。
所述的被动阀套5的下周开口为圆锥形。
所述的阀体1上缘具有斜角7,与被动阀套5下周开口内壁面相接。
本发明中快速放液阀的操作过程是:需要放液时,提起阀杆4上部,阀杆4向上移动,通过轴销3带动阀芯2移动,并脱离阀体内腔9,形成空隙,第一道密封打开;继续提起阀杆4行走一定距离后,阀杆底座8碰到高于液面的被动阀套5内部卡块6,带动被动阀套5上行,第二道密封打开,锡液流出。切断锡液时,放下阀杆4,阀杆4带动被动阀套5向下移动,被动阀套5接触阀体1上部,第二道密封形成,由于阀芯2与阀体1还有间隙,被动阀套5和阀体1中的空腔中存在的锡液会继续流淌,当阀杆4继续下移,带动阀芯2下移至阀体1内腔,第一道密封形成。由于阀芯2与阀杆4之间是通过轴销3连接,阀芯2移动至阀体内腔9时可以自动对心,增强密封的准确性。

1.一种锡液熔化炉的快速放液阀,包括阀体(1)、阀芯(2)、阀杆(4)、轴销(3)和被动阀套(5),其特征在于:所述阀体(1)内为倒圆锥台形的内腔(9),所述内腔(9)被置于阀体(1)内的阀芯(2)所密封,所述阀芯(2)上端通过轴销(3)与可上下移动的阀杆(4)相连接;所述的阀杆(4)外部设置有可随阀杆(4)上下移动的被动阀套(5),所述被动阀套(5)的下周开口的内壁面与阀体(1)上缘相接,使被动阀套(5)与阀体(1)形成二道密封;
所述的阀芯(2)为球形或者倒圆锥形;所述的阀杆(4)包括阀杆底座(8)和阀杆本体,在所述的被动阀套(5)内壁设有卡块(6),所述卡块(6)的位置高于阀杆底座(8),所述卡块(6)之间的距离大于阀杆本体直径,小于阀杆底座(8)直径;所述的被动阀套(5)的下周开口为圆锥形;所述的阀体(1)上缘具有斜角(7),与被动阀套(5)下周开口内壁面相接。
