Abstract
本发明涉及一种采用中央处理设备的浸没式抽水装置,包括壳体、螺杆,螺杆轴通过传动机构联接第一电机,出水道的入水段具有鼓形腔室,鼓形腔室内安装有受第二电机驱动的叶轮;与鼓形腔室相连的出水道内插入有吹气管,吹气管的吹气方向朝向鼓形腔室的入水口;螺杆轴后端的壳体上设置有调压腔,调压腔通过管路相连有液压油泵,螺杆腔体的下端和上端分别设有用于监测水压的压力传感器。一方面,在螺杆泵的出水口设置有叶轮式水泵和吹气管,通过水泵和气泵的工作,降低了螺杆泵出水口处的压力;另一方面,通过液压油泵向调压腔输入正向压力,将轴承向上推。两方面结合,降低螺杆轴所受对的反作用力,从而降低轴承的载荷,降低轴承的磨损,延长潜水泵的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种抽水装置,特别是一种浸没式抽水装置。
背景技术
潜水泵是是深井提水的重要装置,被广泛的使用于工农业。
一般来讲,根据排水原理可将水泵分为:一、叶轮式泵,如:离心泵、混流泵、轴流泵等、旋流泵;二、容积泵,如:柱塞泵、齿轮泵、螺杆泵、叶片泵等;三、其他类型,如:射流泵、水锤泵等。
螺杆泵属于容积泵,扬程高单流量少,特别适合与疏松粘稠液体。当螺杆高速旋转时,后端轴承受到较大压力,加速磨损,同时也限制了螺杆泵的转速。轴承所受压力主要来自于螺杆的反作用力,而对于一台螺杆潜水泵而言,该反作用力主要由转速和出口端压力决定。当需要高转速时,理想的解决办法是降低出口端的压力来实现。然而,面对大扬程的需求,降低出口端压力成为了难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:克服上述现有技术的缺陷,提出一种浸没式抽水装置。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提出的浸没式抽水装置,包括具有螺杆腔体的壳体,设置于螺杆腔体内的一组螺杆,所述螺杆下端连接有进水道,上端连接有出水道,螺杆轴前后两端由轴承支撑,螺杆轴通过传动机构联接第一电机,其特征在于:所述出水道的入水段具有鼓形腔室,鼓形腔室内安装有受第二电机驱动的叶轮,鼓形腔室的入水口呈水平放置,鼓形腔室出水口呈竖直放置,与鼓形腔室相连的出水道具有螺旋形结构;与鼓形腔室相连的出水道内插入有吹气管,所述吹气管的吹气方向朝向鼓形腔室的入水口,吹气管上端连接气泵;所述螺杆轴后端的壳体上设置有调压腔,所述螺杆轴后端插入该调压腔内,调压腔与螺杆轴的间隙处嵌入有密封填料,调压腔通过管路相连有液压油泵,所述螺杆腔体的下端和上端分别设有用于监测水压的压力传感器。
本发明浸没式抽水装置,进一步的改进在于:
1、所述出水道的入水段呈喇叭形,进水侧口小,出水侧口大。
2、所述叶轮为具有7个叶片。
3、与所述鼓形腔室出水口相连的出水道与水平面的夹角为70-90°。
4、所述进水道的内壁具有螺旋形结构。
5、所述吹气管的出气口位于出水道中心位置。
6、所述管路上设置有缓冲腔室,所述缓冲腔室的体积不低于调压腔总体积的10倍。
7、所述缓冲腔室靠近环形槽一端设置。
8、所述压力传感器的信号输出端连接中央处理设备。
一方面,本发明在螺杆泵的出水口设置有叶轮式水泵和吹气管,通过叶轮式水泵和气泵的工作,一定程度上降低了螺杆泵出水口处的压力;另一方面,本发明可通过采集螺杆腔体的下端处和上端处的水压,来获取应当向调压腔输入的压力,通过调整该输入压力,将螺杆轴向上推,来对抗螺杆所受到的强大的后坐力。两方面结合,降低螺杆轴所受对的反作用力,从而降低轴承的载荷,降低轴承的磨损,延长潜水泵的使用寿命,以及为进一步提高螺杆泵转速提供了保障。
从吹气管吹入的气流在螺旋形的水流的中央位置,夹杂着水向前冲,从而为水流提供了更强劲的冲力,更进一步降低螺杆泵出水端的压力。
本发明在螺杆泵的进水到和出水道都进行螺旋形处理,使进入水流更规整,降低阻力,提高抽水效率。出水口设计成喇叭口形状,能够进一步降低出水端的压力。靠近环形槽一端设置缓冲腔室能够降低环形槽输出水流的高速抖动,确保调压腔内具备较稳定的压强,杜绝轴承抖动的发生。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
如图1所示,为本发明浸没式抽水装置,包括具有螺杆腔体1的壳体2,设置于螺杆腔体内1的一组螺杆3,螺杆3下端连接有进水道4,上端连接有出水道5,进水道4的内壁具有螺旋形结构,螺杆轴6前后两端由轴承7支撑,螺杆轴6通过传动机构8联接第一电机9,出水道5的入水段具有鼓形腔室11,与鼓形腔室11相连的出水道5也具有螺旋形结构,鼓形腔室11内安装有叶轮12,叶轮12为具有7个叶片。鼓形腔室11的入水口呈水平放置,鼓形腔室11出水口呈竖直放置。与鼓形腔室11相连的出水道5内插入有吹气管13,吹气管13的出气口位于出水道5的中心位置,吹气管13的吹气方向朝向鼓形腔室11的进水口,吹气管13上端连接气泵14。螺杆轴6后端的壳体上设置有调压腔15,螺杆轴6后端插入该调压腔内15,调压腔15与螺杆轴6的间隙处嵌入有密封填料,调压腔15通过管路16与液压油泵19相连,螺杆腔体1的下端和上端分别设有用于监测水压的压力传感器(图中未画出),压力传感器的信号输出端连接中央处理设备。
如图1所示,出水道5的入水段呈喇叭形,进水侧口小,出水侧口大。

1.一种浸没式抽水装置,包括具有螺杆腔体的壳体,设置于螺杆腔体内的一组螺杆,所述螺杆下端连接有进水道,上端连接有出水道,螺杆轴前后两端由轴承支撑,螺杆轴通过传动机构联接第一电机,其特征在于:所述出水道的入水段具有鼓形腔室,鼓形腔室内安装有受第二电机驱动的叶轮,鼓形腔室的入水口呈水平放置,鼓形腔室出水口呈竖直放置,与鼓形腔室相连的出水道具有螺旋形结构;与鼓形腔室相连的出水道内插入有吹气管,所述吹气管的吹气方向朝向鼓形腔室的入水口,吹气管上端连接气泵;所述螺杆轴后端的壳体上设置有调压腔,所述螺杆轴后端插入该调压腔内,调压腔与螺杆轴的间隙处嵌入有密封填料,调压腔通过管路相连有液压油泵,所述螺杆腔体的下端和上端分别设有用于监测水压的压力传感器;
所述出水道的入水段呈喇叭形,进水侧口小,出水侧口大;
所述叶轮为具有7个叶片。
2.一种根据权利要求1所述的浸没式抽水装置的工作方法,其特征在于:通过采集螺杆腔体的下端处和上端处的水压,来获取应当向调压腔输入的压力,通过调整该输入压力,将螺杆轴向上推,来对抗螺杆所受到的强大的后坐力。
