本发明公开了一种大大节约汽油和煤油用量的煤油机单独常闭油开关结构,包括:常闭油开关本体,在所述常闭油开关本体的下端设置有固定片,在所述常闭油开关本体上设置有固定孔,在所述常闭油开关本体的上端设置有进油管接头,在所述进油管接头内设置有进油通道,在所述常闭油开关本体的前端设置有出油管接头,在所述出油管接头内设置有出油通道,在所述常闭油开关本体内设置有安装空腔,所述进油通道通过安装空腔与出油通道相连通,在所述安装空腔内设置有与出油通道相互配合的阀口密封圈和密封头部,所述的阀口密封圈和密封头部设置在拉杆的一端上。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种煤油机单独常闭油开关结构。
背景技术
传统煤油机通常将汽油和煤油用一个开关控制,并都从同一油管进入化油器,由于汽油没有采用单独的开关进行控制,增加了用户的使用成本,导致每次起动机器前,都需要将化油器油杯内的煤油放掉才可以进行二次起动,起动步骤过于繁琐,不但浪费了煤油资源,而且会对周围的环境造成污染。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种大大节约汽油和煤油用量的煤油机单独常闭油开关结构。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:煤油机单独常闭油开关结构,包括:常闭油开关本体,在所述常闭油开关本体的下端设置有固定片,在所述常闭油开关本体上设置有固定孔,在所述常闭油开关本体的上端设置有进油管接头,在所述进油管接头内设置有进油通道,在所述常闭油开关本体的前端设置有出油管接头,在所述出油管接头内设置有出油通道,在所述常闭油开关本体内设置有安装空腔,所述进油通道通过安装空腔与出油通道相连通,在所述安装空腔内设置有与出油通道相互配合的阀口密封圈和密封头部,所述的阀口密封圈和密封头部设置在拉杆的一端上,所述拉杆的另一端伸出常闭油开关本体,在所述拉杆的另一端上设置有手柄,所述拉杆通过通孔螺钉和通孔螺钉密封垫片与常闭油开关本体连接,所述通孔螺钉与常闭油开关本体之间螺纹连接,在所述通孔螺钉内设置有通孔,所述拉杆从通孔螺钉的通孔内穿过,在所述常闭油开关本体内部的拉杆上套设有弹簧,在所述弹簧前端的拉杆上设置有挡圈,在所述弹簧后端的拉杆上设置有密封垫片和密封圈。
本发明的优点是:上述煤油机单独常闭油开关结构,能够单独控制汽油油路,使汽油直接进入化油器内的主喷管,保证化油器每次顺利起动,操作过程简单快捷,与传统煤油机相比,上述煤油机单独常闭油开关结构与化油器相分离,位置可以单独布置,大大节省了汽油和煤油的用量,降低了使用成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例详细描述一下本发明的具体内容。
如图1所示,煤油机单独常闭油开关结构,包括:常闭油开关本体1,在所述常闭油开关本体1的下端设置有固定片2,在所述常闭油开关本体1上设置有固定孔3,在所述常闭油开关本体1的上端设置有进油管接头4,在所述进油管接头4内设置有进油通道5,在所述常闭油开关本体1的前端设置有出油管接头6,在所述出油管接头6内设置有出油通道7,在所述常闭油开关本体1内设置有安装空腔8,所述进油通道5通过安装空腔8与出油通道7相连通,在所述安装空腔8内设置有与出油通道7相互配合的阀口密封圈9和密封头部101,所述的阀口密封圈9和密封头部101设置在拉杆10的一端上,所述拉杆10的另一端伸出常闭油开关本体1,在所述拉杆10的另一端上设置有手柄11,所述拉杆10通过通孔螺钉12和通孔螺钉密封垫片13与常闭油开关本体1连接,所述通孔螺钉12与常闭油开关本体1之间螺纹连接,在所述通孔螺钉12内设置有通孔14,所述拉杆10从通孔螺钉12的通孔14内穿过,在所述常闭油开关本体1内部的拉杆10上套设有弹簧15,在所述弹簧15前端的拉杆10上设置有挡圈16,在所述弹簧15后端的拉杆10上设置有密封垫片17和密封圈18。
如图2所示,上述煤油机单独常闭油开关结构的位置可以通过固定片2,和固定孔3单独布置,出油管接头6通过输油管19与化油器20上的化油器油管接头21连接,进油管接头4与进油管相连接。通过瞬间拉动手柄11,阀杆10克服弹簧15的弹力,使阀口密封圈9和密封头部101与出油通道7相分离,使进油通道5通过安装空腔8与出油通道7相连通,进油管内的汽油通过进油通道5、安装空腔8、出油通道7、输油管20和油器油管接头21进入化油器20内的主喷管中,保证化油器顺利起动。松开手柄11,在弹簧15的作用下阀杆10一端上的阀口密封圈9和密封头部101与出油通道7相密封,使进油通道5和出油通道7之间的油路不通。
上述煤油机单独常闭油开关结构使用时,能够单独控制汽油油路,使汽油直接进入化油器20内的主喷管,保证化油器20每次顺利起动,操作过程简单快捷,与传统煤油机相比,上述煤油机单独常闭油开关结构与化油器20相分离,位置可以单独布置,大大节省了汽油和煤油的用量,降低了使用成本。

1.煤油机单独常闭油开关结构,其特征在于:包括:常闭油开关本体(1),在所述常闭油开关本体(1)的下端设置有固定片(2),在所述常闭油开关本体(1)上设置有固定孔(3),在所述常闭油开关本体(1)的上端设置有进油管接头(4),在所述进油管接头(4)内设置有进油通道(5),在所述常闭油开关本体(1)的前端设置有出油管接头(6),在所述出油管接头(6)内设置有出油通道(7),在所述常闭油开关本体(1)内设置有安装空腔(8),所述进油通道(5)通过安装空腔(8)与出油通道(7)相连通,在所述安装空腔(8)内设置有与出油通道(7)相互配合的阀口密封圈(9)和密封头部(101),所述的阀口密封圈(9)和密封头部(101)设置在拉杆(10)的一端上,所述拉杆(10)的另一端伸出常闭油开关本体(1),在所述拉杆(10)的另一端上设置有手柄(11),所述拉杆(10)通过通孔螺钉(12)和通孔螺钉密封垫片(13)与常闭油开关本体(1)连接,所述通孔螺钉(12)与常闭油开关本体(1)之间螺纹连接,在所述通孔螺钉(12)内设置有通孔(14),所述拉杆(10)从通孔螺钉(12)的通孔(14)内穿过,在所述常闭油开关本体(1)内部的拉杆(10)上套设有弹簧(15),在所述弹簧(5)前端的拉杆(10)上设置有挡圈(16),在所述弹簧(15)后端的拉杆(10)上设置有密封垫片(17)和密封圈(18)。
