Abstract

本发明公开了蓄能平衡式液压抽油机,包括液压站、高压油管、油缸、支架、光杆和抽油杆,支架下端的下固定板固定设置在井口上,油缸固定设置在支架上端的上固定板上,油缸通过高压油管与液压站相连通,抽油杆穿过井口插入油井内,其特征在于:支架的中部设有上下滑动的滑板,油缸的油缸柱塞下端通过光杆与抽油杆的上端连接固定,油缸柱塞的下端与滑板连接固定,气缸固定设置在滑板上,气缸的气缸柱塞下端固定设置在支架的下固定板上。本发明使用控制柜控制液压站提供动力,占地面积小,无地面污染,通过液压缸上下运动,气缸平衡缓冲,减少了载荷对油缸的冲击力,延长了使用寿命,达到了高效节能抽油目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种采油用抽油机的改进,具体的说是一种蓄能平衡式液压抽油机。
背景技术
在原油的开采中,目前有两种采油方式,一种是有杆采油方式,另一种是无杆采油方式;有杆采油方式的动力装置在地面,通过抽油杆带动井下的泵运行进行原油开采,有抽油机采油系统和螺杆泵采油系统之分;在油气举升行业,80%的油气开采地面设备使用抽油机,其中多为机械式抽油机,其不足之处在于:机械式抽油机占地面积大,安装麻烦,地面污染严重,并且其用电量约占油田用电量的40%,并且电机功率利用率低,能源浪费严重,目前我国有近8万台抽油机井,电动机平均负荷率为20%~30%,部分电动机负荷率更低,无法进行高效、节能采油。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单、操作方便,采用液压缸进行上下运动,气缸进行缓冲平衡,延长液压缸使用寿命,实现油气举升的蓄能平衡式液压抽油机。
为了达到以上目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:该蓄能平衡式液压抽油机,包括液压站、高压油管、油缸、支架、光杆和抽油杆,支架下端的下固定板固定设置在井口上,油缸固定设置在支架上端的上固定板上,油缸通过高压油管与液压站相连通,抽油杆穿过井口插入油井内,其特征在于:支架的中部设有上下滑动的滑板,油缸的油缸柱塞下端通过光杆与抽油杆的上端连接固定,油缸柱塞的下端与滑板连接固定,气缸固定设置在滑板上,气缸的气缸柱塞下端固定设置在支架的下固定板上。
所述的气缸设有2—4个,对称设置在油缸的周围,气缸的上端通过气缸连通管相互连通。
所述的液压站通过导线与控制柜连接。
本发明的有益效果在于:使用控制柜控制液压站提供动力,占地面积小,无地面污染,通过液压缸上下运动,气缸平衡缓冲,减少了载荷对油缸的冲击力,延长了使用寿命,达到了高效节能抽油目的。

具体实施方式
参照图1制作发明。该蓄能平衡式液压抽油机,包括液压站2、高压油管3、油缸4、支架6、光杆11和抽油杆12,支架6下端的下固定板8固定设置在井口13上,油缸4固定设置在支架6上端的上固定板7上,油缸4通过高压油管3与液压站2相连通,以便于通过液压站2驱动油缸4工作,抽油杆12穿过井口13插入油井内,其特征在于:支架6的中部设有上下滑动的滑板9,油缸4的油缸柱塞15下端通过光杆11与抽油杆12的上端连接固定,油缸柱塞15的下端与滑板9连接固定,通过油缸柱塞15的伸缩带动滑板9、光杆11和抽油杆12上下运动实现采油工作,气缸5固定设置在滑板9上,气缸5的气缸柱塞10下端固定设置在支架6的下固定板8上。
所述的气缸5设有2—4个,对称设置在油缸4的周围,气缸5的上端通过气缸连通管14相互连通,以达到所有气缸5的气压平衡一致。
所述的液压站2通过导线与控制柜1连接,控制柜1采用变频控制柜,能够根据不同井况发送指令,以便于通过控制柜1对液压站2进行适时调节,到达节能降耗的目的。
使用本发明时,通过控制柜1操作液压站2,液压站2通过高压油管3操作油缸4,使油缸柱塞15伸缩。在油缸柱塞15伸出时,滑板9下行,气缸柱塞10缩进气缸5内,气缸5的气压上升,对油缸柱塞15的下行起到缓冲作用,防止油缸柱塞15骤然停止,避免油缸4冲击载荷过大导致寿命缩短。

1.蓄能平衡式液压抽油机,包括液压站(2)、高压油管(3)、油缸(4)、支架(6)、光杆(11)和抽油杆(12),支架(6)下端的下固定板(8)固定设置在井口(13)上,油缸(4)固定设置在支架(6)上端的上固定板(7)上,油缸(4)通过高压油管(3)与液压站(2)相连通,抽油杆(12)穿过井口(13)插入油井内,其特征在于:支架(6)的中部设有上下滑动的滑板(9),油缸(4)的油缸柱塞(15)下端通过光杆(11)与抽油杆(12)的上端连接固定,油缸柱塞(15)的下端与滑板(9)连接固定,气缸(5)固定设置在滑板(9)上,气缸(5)的气缸柱塞(10)下端固定设置在支架(6)的下固定板(8)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蓄能平衡式液压抽油机,其特征在于:所述的气缸(5)设有2—4个,对称设置在油缸(4)的周围,气缸(5)的上端通过气缸连通管(14)相互连通。
3.根据权利要求1所述的蓄能平衡式液压抽油机,其特征在于:所述的液压站(2)通过导线与控制柜(1)连接。
