Abstract
一种木塑共挤门,涉及木塑门领域,该木塑门共分为五层,中间层为设置有加强筋的中空结构,中间层的两侧为对称结构,每侧从内到外依次为次外层和最外层,最外层的木塑的发泡密度大于次外层的发泡密度。本发明提供了一种木塑共挤门,该木塑门次外层和最外层的发泡密度不一致,最外层木塑的硬度大于次外层,提高了木塑门表面的硬度,不易划伤,表面光滑,一体成型,简化了生产工序,缩短了生产周期。

技术领域
本发明涉及木塑门领域,尤其涉及一种木塑共挤门。
背景技术
木塑进入中国近十年,有三个致命点:1、表面硬度低,易划伤,不上档次;2、收缩印明显,表面不光滑;3、成本居高不下,导致消费者认可度低,接受能力差,造成国内木塑发展缓慢。
现有的木塑门内外发泡密度一致,硬度小,要经过手砂和机砂工序才能使得产品表面光滑平整,生产工序复杂,生产周期长。
发明内容
本发明为了解决上述的现有技术的缺点,提供一种木塑共挤门,该木塑门次外层和最外层的发泡密度不一致,最外层木塑的硬度大于次外层,能够提高木塑门表面的硬度,不易划伤,表面光滑,一体成型,简化生产工序,缩短生产周期。
本发明是这样实现的:一种木塑共挤门,该木塑门共分为五层,中间层为设置有加强筋的中空结构,中间层的两侧为对称结构,每侧从内到外依次为次外层和最外层,最外层的木塑的发泡密度大于次外层的发泡密度。
所述的次外层的厚度为4-5mm,最外层的厚度为0.5-2mm。
所述的加强筋垂直于木塑门。
所述的木塑共挤门为一体成型结构。
相对于现有技术,本发明的有益效果是:
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种木塑共挤门,该木塑门次外层和最外层的发泡密度不一致,最外层木塑的硬度大于次外层,提高了木塑门表面的硬度,不易划伤,表面光滑,一体成型,简化了生产工序,缩短了生产周期。

实验例
对比组:一种木塑门,共分为三层,中间层为设置有加强筋的中空结构,中间层的两侧为对称结构,每侧都有外层,外层的密度为0.75 kg/m3,外层的厚度为5.5mm。
实验组1为实施例2;实验组2为实施例4;实验组3为实施例13。
测试对比组和实验组的从外表面向内测定深度0.5mm处的密度和硬度、从外表面向内测定深度4mm处的密度和硬度、生产周期和生产成本,实验数据如表1所示:

1.一种木塑共挤门,其特征在于:该木塑门共分为五层,中间层(1)为设置有加强筋(2)的中空结构,中间层的两侧为对称结构,每侧从内到外依次为次外层(3)和最外层(4),最外层(4)的木塑的发泡密度大于次外层(3)的发泡密度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的木塑共挤门,其特征在于:所述的次外层(3)的厚度为4-5mm,最外层(4)的厚度为0.5-2mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的木塑共挤门,其特征在于:所述的加强筋(2)垂直于木塑门。
4.根据权利要求1所述的木塑共挤门,其特征在于:所述的木塑共挤门为一体成型结构。
