背景技术
现有技术中生产的汽车内饰件成型加工用热熔纤维毡,普遍存在以下两种缺点:(1)在加工烘烤工序中,极易发生纤维毡遇热收缩现象,严重时最大收缩率可达30%,从而造成材料尺寸严重缩小,而通过加大材料的尺寸来弥补收缩,则会造成材料的浪费;(2)成型后制品因后续冷却出现部件的收缩皱褶,导致部件尺寸、形状不准,外观不良。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本实用新型提供了一种新型复合纤维热成型毡,该制品成型后的部件具有较小的热收缩率,极大的降低了生产成本。
本实用新型为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种新型复合纤维热成型毡,其特征在于:其包括至少两层不同热收缩率的纤维毡复合而成。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,相邻两层不同热收缩率的纤维毡中的一层采用高温低热收缩率的纤维毡,另一层采用普通纤维毡。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,相邻两层不同热收缩率的纤维毡之间通过针刺或淋膜复合。
本实用新型的有益效果是:通过将两种不同热收缩率的纤维毡复合在一起,确保成型后的部件具有较小的热收缩率,极大的降低了生产成本,满足了内饰件成型的工艺要求和成品要求。

在本实施例中,相邻两层不同热收缩率的纤维毡中的一层采用高温低热收缩率的纤维毡1,另一层采用普通纤维毡2。且相邻两层不同热收缩率的纤维毡之间通过针刺或淋膜复合。

2.根据权利要求1所述的新型复合纤维热成型毡,其特征在于:相邻两层不同热收缩率的纤维毡中的一层采用高温低热收缩率的纤维毡(1),另一层采用普通纤维毡(2)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型复合纤维热成型毡,其特征在于:相邻两层不同热收缩率的纤维毡之间通过针刺或淋膜复合。
