一种益肾保健酒，由以下重量配比的原料制成：白酒400-500克、当归10-15克、熟地黄8-12克、五味子8-12克、万年青6-10克、桑葚子6-10克、鹿茸3-5克、南烛子5-9克、白果5-9克、甘松8-10克、青皮8-10克、酸枣仁7-9克。
优选地，所述的益肾保健酒，由以下重量配比的原料制成：白酒450克、当归12.5克、熟地黄10克、五味子10克、万年青8克、桑葚子8克、鹿茸4克、南烛子7克、白果7克、甘松9克、青皮9克、酸枣仁8克。
本发明还提供了一种益肾保健酒的制备方法，其步骤如下：取当归10-15克、熟地黄8-12克、五味子8-12克、万年青6-10克、桑葚子6-10克、鹿茸3-5克、南烛子5-9克、白果5-9克、甘松8-10克、青皮8-10克、酸枣仁7-9克洗净荫干后进行粉碎成粉末状，然后将上述粉末状成分加入到装有白酒400-500克的容器中，密封浸泡2个月后，取上清液。
