背景技术
现有家装中经常会使用到粘胶,使用方便和快捷,且稳固,得到广泛应用。而对于传统的地板胶,始终存在醛,导致家装后的室内一段时间内,会始终存在刺鼻的味道,严重影响人们的身体健康。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种地板胶,成分环保,不含醛。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:一种地板胶,包括重量比为3~7:1~2:1~2:1~2的二羟甲基丙酸、N-甲基吗啉、PVC和正丁醇。
进一步地,二羟甲基丙酸、N-甲基吗啉、PVC和正丁醇的重量比为5:1.3:1.5:1.6。
一种地板胶的制备方法,包括以下过程:按二羟甲基丙酸、N-甲基吗啉、PVC和正丁醇的重量比,在80~90℃搅拌混匀。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:使用环保原料,完全替代了传统的含醛胶的使用,无甲醛释放,适应于地板粘接,具有优异的粘接强度和握钉力,良好的机械加工性能。

上述地板胶的制作工艺为:按二羟甲基丙酸、N-甲基吗啉、PVC和正丁醇的重量比,在80~90℃搅拌混匀。
实施例3
一种地板胶,包括重量比为7:1: 2:1的二羟甲基丙酸、N-甲基吗啉、PVC和正丁醇。
上述地板胶的制作工艺为:按二羟甲基丙酸、N-甲基吗啉、PVC和正丁醇的重量比,在80~90℃搅拌混匀。
上述实施例产品的特性:
1、粘度适中,易于喷涂。
2、固化快,胶合强度高。
3、优于传统刨花板用胶工艺。
4、固化后具有优异的粘接强度和耐老化,抗油抗脂性。
