本发明涉及医疗用品技术领域,公开了一种高抗菌涂层,包括过渡层和抗菌层,所述过渡层为改性酮亚胺涂层,所述抗菌层由如下重量份的组分组成:十二烷基葡萄糖苷30‑50份、1‑(2,4‑二氯苯基)‑2‑(1‑咪唑基)‑O‑异丁基乙酮肟10‑30份、乙氧基喹啉10‑30份、聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐10‑30份,纳米银颗粒2‑15份。其能有效的杀灭细菌并能抑制细菌的生长,长时间使用,安全可靠。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗用品技术领域,尤其涉及一种运用于病员服上的高抗菌涂层。
背景技术
病员服是病人是住院病人在医院的必须物品。经临床观察,普通病员服不能适应患者的需要,特别是一些特殊的病患,如烧伤、手术或瘫痪病人,由于其自身病情的特殊性,换洗十分不便,但是长时间的穿戴又容易滋生细菌,不利于病患的康复,还容易造成感染。这就需要一种用于病员服上的抗菌涂层,以抑制病员服上的细菌生长,减少病员服的换洗次数,减轻病患痛苦和医护人员的工作强度。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种高抗菌涂层,很好的解决了上述问题,能有效的杀灭细菌并能抑制细菌的生长,长时间使用,安全可靠。
本发明的技术方案是一种高抗菌涂层,包括过渡层和抗菌层,所述过渡层为改性酮亚胺涂层,所述抗菌层由如下重量份的组分组成:十二烷基葡萄糖苷30-50份、1-(2,4-二氯苯基)-2-(1-咪唑基)-O-异丁基乙酮肟10-30份、乙氧基喹啉10-30份、聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐10-30份,纳米银颗粒2-15份。
进一步的,所述抗菌层由如下重量份的组分组成:十二烷基葡萄糖苷42份、1-(2,4-二氯苯基)-2-(1-咪唑基)-O-异丁基乙酮肟21份、乙氧基喹啉17份、聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐23份,纳米银颗粒10.5份。
进一步的,所述纳米银颗粒的粒径为1~30nm。
进一步的,所述抗菌层的厚度为10~200nm。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明采用过渡层与抗菌层的设计,保证了抗菌层与基层的粘结强度,避免了抗菌层的脱落,保证了使用寿命;
2.抗菌层能有效的杀灭多数细菌,同时能抑制细菌的生长繁殖,能长时间的保持清洁,与同类涂层相比,杀灭的细菌种类更多,保持的灭菌时间更长;
3.本发明的涂层无毒无副作用,无排斥反应,安全可靠。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下对本发明进行进一步详细说明。
本发明提供了一种高抗菌涂层,包括过渡层和抗菌层,采用过渡层与抗菌层的设计,保证了抗菌层与基层的粘结强度,避免了抗菌层的脱落,保证了使用寿命;所述过渡层为改性酮亚胺涂层,所述抗菌层由如下重量份的组分组成:十二烷基葡萄糖苷30-50份、1-(2,4-二氯苯基)-2-(1-咪唑基)-O-异丁基乙酮肟10-30份、乙氧基喹啉10-30份、聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐10-30份,纳米银颗粒2-15份。抗菌层能有效的杀灭多数细菌,同时能抑制细菌的生长繁殖,能长时间的保持清洁,与同类涂层相比,杀灭的细菌种类更多,保持的灭菌时间更长;本发明的涂层无毒无副作用,无排斥反应,安全可靠。
优选的,抗菌层由如下重量份的组分组成:十二烷基葡萄糖苷42份、1-(2,4-二氯苯基)-2-(1-咪唑基)-O-异丁基乙酮肟21份、乙氧基喹啉17份、聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐23份,纳米银颗粒10.5份。
通过实验与同类其他涂层相比,灭菌种类多样,灭菌和抑制细菌生长的时效比一般的长45%。
纳米银颗粒的粒径为1~30nm。抗菌层的厚度为10~200nm,优选的为120nm,既降低了成本,又保证了使用者的使用体验,舒适安全可靠。
本发明能有效的杀灭细菌并能抑制细菌的生长,长时间使用,可以涂覆在各种医疗用品上,安全可靠。
当然,本发明还可有其它多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。

1.一种高抗菌涂层,其特征在于:包括过渡层和抗菌层,所述过渡层为改性酮亚胺涂层,所述抗菌层由如下重量份的组分组成:十二烷基葡萄糖苷30-50份、1-(2,4-二氯苯基)-2-(1-咪唑基)-O-异丁基乙酮肟10-30份、乙氧基喹啉10-30份、聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐10-30份,纳米银颗粒2-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高抗菌涂层,其特征在于:所述抗菌层由如下重量份的组分组成:十二烷基葡萄糖苷42份、1-(2,4-二氯苯基)-2-(1-咪唑基)-O-异丁基乙酮肟21份、乙氧基喹啉17份、聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐23份,纳米银颗粒10.5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高抗菌涂层,其特征在于:所述纳米银颗粒的粒径为1~30nm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高抗菌涂层,其特征在于:所述抗菌层的厚度为10~200nm。
