背景技术
聚氨酯防水涂料自70年代在我国首先开始应用以来, 在90年代得到迅速发展和广泛应用, 国家化学建材 “九五” 计划和2010年发展规划纲要及 “十五” 计划和2015年发展规划纲要都把聚氨酯防水涂料列为重点发展品种。但现在的聚氨酯涂料存在着污染环境的现象,对于环境不好,同时稳定性、耐久性并不能够很好的满足使用需求。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种改进的聚氨酯防水涂料,以水为溶剂,对环境无污染,同时耐候性强,防水能力好;且使用方便。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是,一种改进的聚氨酯防水涂料,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
增塑剂0.5-2份,消泡剂1.5-2份,聚酯多元醇30-45份,丙酮-乙二胺缩合物2-4份,钛酸酯偶联剂1-3份,水杨酸2-7份,硅灰石粉4-8份,稳定剂1.2-3份,二羟甲基丙酸1-4份,滑石粉6-8份,稀释剂0.5-2份,对羟基苯甲酸乙酯1.2-3份,有机二氧化硅4份,水性聚氨酯40份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的改进的聚氨酯防水涂料,以水为溶剂,对环境无污染,同时耐候性强,防水能力好;且使用方便。
