本发明公开了一种汽车底盘用耐低温水性达克罗涂液,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:铝锌粉20‑30,纳米滑石粉2‑4,羟乙基纤维素3‑5,辛烯基琥珀酸酐0.1‑0.2,十二烷基硫酸钠0.1‑0.2,钛酸丁酯0.3‑0.5,钛酸酯偶联剂TMC‑201 0.3‑0.5,柠檬酸0.5‑1,乙二醇3‑5,环烷酸锌0.1‑0.2,PVDC乳液2‑4,无水乙醇6‑8,硅酸钠1‑2,水40‑60。本发明的达克罗涂液不仅能在基体表面形成强度高、耐磨性能好、耐腐蚀性能优异的涂层,起到良好的防护作用,而且附着力高,稳定性好,还具有良好的耐低温性能,适合寒冷环境使用,具有较高的实用价值。

Description

一种汽车底盘用耐低温水性达克罗涂液及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及金属表面防腐涂料领域,尤其涉及一种汽车底盘用耐低温水性达克罗涂液及其制备方法。
背景技术
达克罗技术是一种新型的表面处理技术,通过将工件直接浸入含锌粉、铝粉和铬酐为主要原料的处理液中,或刷涂、喷涂使处理液粘附于工件表面,然后烧结形成含锌、铝、铬的无机转化膜,从而对工件表面进行防护。与传统的电镀工艺相比,达克罗涂层具有超强的耐蚀性能和稳定性,而且在加工过程中对环境不产生污染。由于汽车零配件对于稳定性、防热、防潮及防蚀性能等都有较高的要求,达克罗技术在汽车行业也得到了广泛的应用。
然而,达克罗涂层并不是完全的“绿色涂层”,在达克罗涂层中会残余很少量的Cr6 +,对人和动植物都有很大的毒害作用,并且对生态环境造成一定的污染。而无铬达克罗涂液所形成涂层的耐蚀性大大降低,难以达到使用需求。而且,达克罗涂层的机械性能较差,与基材的结合力低,储存稳定性不高,这也限制了其应用范围。因此,开发能在基体表面形成具有良好机械性能和耐蚀性的牢固涂层的无铬达克罗涂液,具有很高的实用价值以及市场潜力。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种汽车底盘用耐低温水性达克罗涂液及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种汽车底盘用耐低温水性达克罗涂液,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
铝锌粉20-30,纳米滑石粉2-4,羟乙基纤维素3-5,辛烯基琥珀酸酐0.1-0.2,十二烷基硫酸钠0.1-0.2,钛酸丁酯0.3-0.5,钛酸酯偶联剂 TMC-201 0.3-0.5,柠檬酸0.5-1,乙二醇3-5,环烷酸锌0.1-0.2,PVDC乳液2-4,无水乙醇6-8,硅酸钠1-2,水40-60;
其中铝锌粉由铝粉和锌粉混合组成,其中铝粉与锌粉的重量比为1:5-1:2。
一种汽车底盘用耐低温水性达克罗涂液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量称取原料,先将铝锌粉与纳米滑石粉、环烷酸锌混合后研磨均匀得改性铝锌粉,再将十二烷基硫酸钠加入1/3-1/2量的水中搅拌5-10min,与改性铝锌粉混合并于60-80℃搅拌0.5-1h,冷却后得复合浆料;
(2)先将辛烯基琥珀酸酐与无水乙醇混合均匀,再加入柠檬酸、钛酸丁酯和钛酸酯偶联剂 TMC-201搅拌均匀,然后加入羟乙基纤维素搅拌1-2h,得A液;将乙二醇加入余量的水中搅拌混合均匀,然后将pH调至8-9,得B液;将A液缓慢滴加入B液中并搅拌3-5h,过程中保持pH在8-9之间,温度为45-50℃,冷却后将pH调至中性,得改性羟乙基纤维素溶液;
(3)将(1)中的复合浆料、(2)中的改性羟乙基纤维素溶液与其余原料混合后充分搅拌0.5-1h,即得汽车底盘用耐低温水性达克罗涂液。
本发明的优点是:
本发明利用辛烯基琥珀酸酐、钛酸丁酯与钛酸酯偶联剂对羟乙基纤维素进行复合接枝改性,并与纳米滑石粉、PVDC乳液等原料复配得到水性达克罗涂液,经过热处理后,起到对铝锌粉的协同包覆作用,并通过交联作用结合而成有机网状结构,从而在基材表面交联形成机械强度高、结合力良好、致密的复合网络结构涂层,涂层的孔隙率低,表面平整、组成均匀,对基材具有优异的防护作用。本发明得到的达克罗涂液不仅能在基体表面形成强度高、耐磨性能好、耐腐蚀性能优异的涂层,起到良好的防护作用,而且附着力高,稳定性好,还具有良好的耐低温性能,适合寒冷环境使用,具有较高的实用价值。
具体实施方式
一种汽车底盘用耐低温水性达克罗涂液,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
铝锌粉20,纳米滑石粉2,羟乙基纤维素3,辛烯基琥珀酸酐0.1,十二烷基硫酸钠0.1,钛酸丁酯0.3,钛酸酯偶联剂 TMC-201 0.3,柠檬酸0.5,乙二醇3,环烷酸锌0.1,PVDC乳液2,无水乙醇6,硅酸钠1,水40;
其中铝锌粉由铝粉和锌粉混合组成,其中铝粉与锌粉的重量比为1:5。
一种汽车底盘用耐低温水性达克罗涂液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量称取原料,先将铝锌粉与纳米滑石粉、环烷酸锌混合后研磨均匀得改性铝锌粉,再将十二烷基硫酸钠加入1/3量的水中搅拌5min,与改性铝锌粉混合并于60℃搅拌0.5h,冷却后得复合浆料;
(2)先将辛烯基琥珀酸酐与无水乙醇混合均匀,再加入柠檬酸、钛酸丁酯和钛酸酯偶联剂 TMC-201搅拌均匀,然后加入羟乙基纤维素搅拌1h,得A液;将乙二醇加入余量的水中搅拌混合均匀,然后将pH调至8-9,得B液;将A液缓慢滴加入B液中并搅拌3h,过程中保持pH在8-9之间,温度为45℃,冷却后将pH调至中性,得改性羟乙基纤维素溶液;
(3)将(1)中的复合浆料、(2)中的改性羟乙基纤维素溶液与其余原料混合后充分搅拌0.5h,即得汽车底盘用耐低温水性达克罗涂液。
对上述制得的达克罗涂液涂覆后形成的涂层进行性能测试,结果如下:
硬度:5H;
耐盐雾性能:≥1500h;
300℃耐湿热性寿命:≥240h;
稳定性:常温下可稳定保存三个月以上;
低温冲击强度:65KJ/m2

Claims (2)

1.一种汽车底盘用耐低温水性达克罗涂液,其特征在于,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
铝锌粉20-30,纳米滑石粉2-4,羟乙基纤维素3-5,辛烯基琥珀酸酐0.1-0.2,十二烷基硫酸钠0.1-0.2,钛酸丁酯0.3-0.5,钛酸酯偶联剂 TMC-201 0.3-0.5,柠檬酸0.5-1,乙二醇3-5,环烷酸锌0.1-0.2,PVDC乳液2-4,无水乙醇6-8,硅酸钠1-2,水40-60;
所述的铝锌粉由铝粉和锌粉混合组成,其中铝粉与锌粉的重量比为1:5-1:2。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车底盘用耐低温水性达克罗涂液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量称取原料,先将铝锌粉与纳米滑石粉、环烷酸锌混合后研磨均匀得改性铝锌粉,再将十二烷基硫酸钠加入1/3-1/2量的水中搅拌5-10min,与改性铝锌粉混合并于60-80℃搅拌0.5-1h,冷却后得复合浆料;
(2)先将辛烯基琥珀酸酐与无水乙醇混合均匀,再加入柠檬酸、钛酸丁酯和钛酸酯偶联剂 TMC-201搅拌均匀,然后加入羟乙基纤维素搅拌1-2h,得A液;将乙二醇加入余量的水中搅拌混合均匀,然后将pH调至8-9,得B液;将A液缓慢滴加入B液中并搅拌3-5h,过程中保持pH在8-9之间,温度为45-50℃,冷却后将pH调至中性,得改性羟乙基纤维素溶液;
