Abstract

本发明公开了一种无铬达克罗涂料及其制备方法,涂料包括以下组分:铝粉、锌粉、硅酸钠、甲基硅酸钠、钛酸四丁酯、己二醇、异辛基油酸酯、钛白粉、二氧化硅、氯化聚乙烯、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、溶剂。制备方法为将硅酸钠、甲基硅酸钠、己二醇和异辛基油酸酯与溶剂混合,在30‑40℃条件下搅拌20‑30分钟,得到混合物一;再将剩余组分加入混合物一中,研磨,得到无铬达克罗涂料。本发明提供的无铬达克罗涂料具有良好的附着性以及耐酸碱性能。

一种无铬达克罗涂料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于涂料领域,具体涉及一种无铬达克罗涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
达克罗最早诞生于二十世纪五十年代末。在北美、北欧寒冷的冬天,道路上厚实的冰层严重阻碍机动车的行驶,人们用盐撒在地上的方法来降低凝固点的温度以缓解道路畅通问题,但是紧接而来的氯化钠中的氯离子侵蚀了钢铁基体,交通工具严重受损、严峻的课题出现了。美国科学家迈克·马丁研制了以金属锌片为主同时加入铝片、铬酸、去离子水做溶剂的高分散水溶性涂料,涂料沾在金属基体上,经过全闭路循环涂覆烘烤,形成薄薄的涂层,达克罗涂层成功地抵抗氯离子的侵蚀,防腐技术进入了新的台阶,革新了传统工艺防腐寿命短的缺陷。
传统达克罗涂料中由于铬的高致癌性和强毒性,使得该涂料对于环境有一定的潜在危害,因此欧美各国纷纷出台法规,严格限制达克罗涂层中的铬使用量。同时乳沟去除达克罗涂料中的铬,则涂料的耐候性与耐酸碱等腐蚀性会显著下降,因此开发一种具有良好耐酸碱性的无铬达克罗涂料,是目前技术研发的热点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于为了克服以上现有技术的不足而提供一种无铬达克罗涂料及其制备方法,提高涂料的附着性、硬度以及耐酸碱性能。
一种无铬达克罗涂料,包括以下重量份计的组分:铝粉10-15份、锌粉6-13份、硅酸钠3-5份、甲基硅酸钠1-2份、钛酸四丁酯2-4份、己二醇2-7份、异辛基油酸酯2-4份、钛白粉1-3份、二氧化硅1-2份、氯化聚乙烯2-5份、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵1-4份、溶剂40-50份。
所述的无铬达克罗涂料,二氧化硅为纳米二氧化硅。
所述的无铬达克罗涂料,溶剂为水和乙二醇的混合液,其中水和乙二醇的重量比为2:5。
所述的无铬达克罗涂料,还包括以重量份计的铝银浆2-5份。
所述的无铬达克罗涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,按照重量份称取各组分;
步骤2,将硅酸钠、甲基硅酸钠、己二醇和异辛基油酸酯与溶剂混合,在30-40℃条件下搅拌20-30分钟,得到混合物一;
步骤3,将剩余组分加入混合物一中,研磨,得到无铬达克罗涂料。
所述的无铬达克罗涂料的制备方法,步骤2中搅拌的速度为100-120转/分钟。
所述的无铬达克罗涂料的制备方法,步骤3中研磨后涂料粒径小于50μm。
本发明提供的无铬达克罗涂料具有良好的附着力、耐磨性、涂膜硬度以及耐酸碱和耐中性盐雾性能,本发明引入的铝银浆能够提升提料的附着性能以及耐磨性。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种无铬达克罗涂料,包括以下重量份计的组分:铝粉10份、锌粉6份、硅酸钠3份、甲基硅酸钠1份、钛酸四丁酯2份、己二醇2份、异辛基油酸酯2份、钛白粉1份、纳米二氧化硅1份、氯化聚乙烯2份、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵1份、溶剂40份。
以上溶剂为水和乙二醇的混合液,其中水和乙二醇的重量比为2:5。
所述的无铬达克罗涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,按照重量份称取各组分;
步骤2,将硅酸钠、甲基硅酸钠、己二醇和异辛基油酸酯与溶剂混合,在30℃条件下搅拌20分钟,搅拌的速度为100转/分钟,得到混合物一;
步骤3,将剩余组分加入混合物一中,研磨,研磨后涂料粒径小于50μm,得到无铬达克罗涂料。
实施例2
一种无铬达克罗涂料,包括以下重量份计的组分:铝粉12份、锌粉8份、硅酸钠4份、甲基硅酸钠1份、钛酸四丁酯2份、己二醇3份、异辛基油酸酯3份、钛白粉1份、纳米二氧化硅1份、氯化聚乙烯3份、铝银浆3份、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵2份、溶剂43份。
以上溶剂为水和乙二醇的混合液,其中水和乙二醇的重量比为2:5。
所述的无铬达克罗涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,按照重量份称取各组分;
步骤2,将硅酸钠、甲基硅酸钠、己二醇和异辛基油酸酯与溶剂混合,在35℃条件下搅拌23分钟,搅拌的速度为105转/分钟,得到混合物一;
步骤3,将剩余组分加入混合物一中,研磨,研磨后涂料粒径小于50μm,得到无铬达克罗涂料。
实施例3
一种无铬达克罗涂料,包括以下重量份计的组分:铝粉13份、锌粉10份、硅酸钠4份、甲基硅酸钠2份、钛酸四丁酯3份、己二醇6份、异辛基油酸酯3份、钛白粉2份、纳米二氧化硅2份、氯化聚乙烯4份、铝银浆3份、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵3份、溶剂47份。
以上溶剂为水和乙二醇的混合液,其中水和乙二醇的重量比为2:5。
所述的无铬达克罗涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,按照重量份称取各组分;
步骤2,将硅酸钠、甲基硅酸钠、己二醇和异辛基油酸酯与溶剂混合,在38℃条件下搅拌25分钟,搅拌的速度为110转/分钟,得到混合物一;
步骤3,将剩余组分加入混合物一中,研磨,研磨后涂料粒径小于50μm,得到无铬达克罗涂料。
实施例4
一种无铬达克罗涂料,包括以下重量份计的组分:铝粉15份、锌粉13份、硅酸钠5份、甲基硅酸钠2份、钛酸四丁酯4份、己二醇7份、异辛基油酸酯4份、钛白粉3份、纳米二氧化硅2份、氯化聚乙烯5份、铝银浆5份、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵4份、溶剂50份。
以上溶剂为水和乙二醇的混合液,其中水和乙二醇的重量比为2:5。
所述的无铬达克罗涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,按照重量份称取各组分;
步骤2,将硅酸钠、甲基硅酸钠、己二醇和异辛基油酸酯与溶剂混合,在40℃条件下搅拌30分钟,搅拌的速度为120转/分钟,得到混合物一;
步骤3,将剩余组分加入混合物一中,研磨,研磨后涂料粒径小于50μm,得到无铬达克罗涂料。

1.一种无铬达克罗涂料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份计的组分:铝粉10-15份、锌粉6-13份、硅酸钠3-5份、甲基硅酸钠1-2份、钛酸四丁酯2-4份、己二醇2-7份、异辛基油酸酯2-4份、钛白粉1-3份、二氧化硅1-2份、氯化聚乙烯2-5份、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵1-4份、溶剂40-50份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无铬达克罗涂料,其特征在于,二氧化硅为纳米二氧化硅。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无铬达克罗涂料,其特征在于,溶剂为水和乙二醇的混合液,其中水和乙二醇的重量比为2:5。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无铬达克罗涂料,其特征在于,还包括以重量份计的铝银浆2-5份。
5.权利要求1所述的无铬达克罗涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,按照重量份称取各组分;
步骤2,将硅酸钠、甲基硅酸钠、己二醇和异辛基油酸酯与溶剂混合,在30-40℃条件下搅拌20-30分钟,得到混合物一;
步骤3,将剩余组分加入混合物一中,研磨,得到无铬达克罗涂料。
6.根据权利要求5所述的无铬达克罗涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2中搅拌的速度为100-120转/分钟。
7.根据权利要求5所述的无铬达克罗涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤3中研磨后涂料粒径小于50μm。
