用于列车的复合板材
技术领域
本发明属于列车配件领域,具体涉及一种用于列车的复合板材。
背景技术
随着动车和高铁技术的快速发展,对车体上的板材要求也越来越高,目前,这些列车上多采用复合板材作为结构件,复合板材具有结构轻、刚度好等优点。如,公告号为CN201755923U的中国实用新型专利《一种具有多夹心层结构的复合板》中,公开了一种具有多夹心层结构的复合板,夹心层为功能性高分子泡沫材料,通过粘接、扣接等方式结合在一起,满足了多方面性能的需求。
实际使用过程中,复合板材需要通过安装结构安装在列车上,安装结构可以为卡扣结构、螺栓结构等。申请人在研发测试过程中发现,当复合板材受到较大冲击时,板材上的安装结构处最容易受损,但现有技术中还鲜有对安装结构进行加强处理的复合板材,本发明在此方向上进行了研究。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的不足,本发明提供了一种用于列车的复合板材,强度高,具有很强的冲击承受能力。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现。
用于列车的复合板材,包括上盖板、下盖板,所述上盖板和下盖板之间设有夹心泡沫层,所述上盖板为碳纤/玻纤复合层,所述下盖板为树脂/碳纤/玻纤复合层,所述加强块为玻纤复合块;该复合板材上设有安装孔,所述安装孔包括设于上盖板的第一通孔、设于夹心泡沫层上的第二通孔、设于下盖板上的第三通孔,所述第二通孔中设有加强块,所述加强块上设有第四通孔,所述第一通孔、第三通孔、第四通孔上下对齐形成安装孔;所述安装孔中设有紧固结构,所述紧固结构包括安装座和设于该安装座上的螺钉,所述安装座上设有可卡在安装孔中的窄缩部,所述窄缩部的两侧分别设有第一限位片和第二限位片。
多层夹心式的复合板材,可以保证强度和功能需求。现有技术中的复合板材安装时,一般直接通过卡扣件或螺钉安装,这种简单的安装方式会使板材的安装处结构脆弱,受到大的冲击时容易破损。本发明中,在夹心泡沫层上的安装位置设置有加强块,可以显著增强安装区域的强度,使板材能够抵御较大的冲击力;本申请中,安装孔分布在板材的四周。
此外,本发明中的紧固装置,通过窄缩部和限位片的结构,能够起到很好的紧固作用,安装后,第一限位片和第二限位片对安装区域附近的板材具有一定的包覆作用,能够减少该区域板材受到的应力,板材变形或破损。
作为优选,所述上盖板包括两层碳纤层和一层玻纤层,碳纤层中的碳纤维的排布方式为(0,90),玻纤层中的玻璃纤维的排布方式为(45,-45);所述下盖板包括一层树脂层、两层碳纤层和三层玻纤层,树脂纤维和碳纤维的排布方式为(0,90),三层玻璃纤维的排布方式为(45,-45)/(0,90)/(45,-45);所述加强块包括30层玻纤层,玻纤层中的玻璃纤维的排布方式为(0,90)/(45,-45)交替排布。
以上纤维的排布方式中,(0,90)表示横向/竖向排布,(45,-45)表示斜向45°排布。以上结构中,不同的层之间不同的纤维排布方式,能增强纤维的强度,提高其抗冲击能力,且板材重量轻。
作为优选,所述上盖板厚度为1mm,下盖板厚度为2.5mm,夹心泡沫层厚度为15mm,该结构为本申请中的一种优选的实施例,在节省材料成本的同时,能够满足实际性能需要,强度高。
作为优选,所述上盖板和/或下盖板的外表面覆盖有芳纶纤维层,提高了板材的耐冲击能力,保护碳纤维。
作为优选,所述螺钉设于第二限位片的一侧,安装座中设有安装孔,该安装孔中设有扭孔,通过将电钻头插入扭孔中进行旋转,可以完成安装操作。
作为优选,所述第二限位片的一侧设有螺钉安装座,该螺钉安装座上安装有螺钉。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明中的复合板材采用玻纤、碳纤、树脂的复合结构,中间夹有夹心泡沫层,强度高且成本低;且在安装结构中设有加强块,显著强化了安装处的强度,增加了板材的抗冲击能力;本发明中的紧固装置能够起到很好的紧固作用与包覆作用,能够减少安装区域板材受到的应力,板材变形或破损。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式,对本发明作进一步描述。
见图1,一种用于列车的复合板材,包括上盖板1、下盖板3,所述上盖板1和下盖板3之间设有夹心泡沫层2,该复合板材上设有安装孔,所述安装孔包括设于上盖板1上的第一通孔11、设于夹心泡沫层2上的第二通孔21、设于下盖板3上的第三通孔31,所述第二通孔21中设有加强块4,所述加强块4上设有第四通孔41;所述第一通孔11、第三通孔31、第四通孔41上下对齐形成安装孔,该安装孔中可插入螺钉将复合板进行固定。
本实施方式中,所述上盖板1为碳纤/玻纤复合层,具体的,包括两层碳纤层和一层玻纤层,碳纤层中的碳纤维的排布方式为(0,90),玻纤层中的玻璃纤维的排布方式为(45,-45);所述下盖板3为树脂/碳纤/玻纤复合层,具体的,包括一层树脂层、两层碳纤层和三层玻纤层,树脂纤维和碳纤维的排布方式为(0,90),三层玻璃纤维的排布方式为(45,-45)/(0,90)/(45,-45);所述加强块4为玻纤复合块,其中包括30层玻纤层,玻纤层中的玻璃纤维的排布方式为(0,90)/(45,-45)交替排布。该结构中,层层复合的板材结构具有很好的强度,且板材重量轻。
本实施方式中,所述上盖板1厚度为1mm,下盖板3厚度为2.5mm,夹心泡沫层2厚度为15mm,加强块4厚度为15mm,且加强块4为圆环状,可嵌在第二通孔21中。
见图2至图4,为本发明中用于将复合板材进行固定的紧固结构,所述紧固结构包括安装座5和设于该安装座5上的螺钉54,所述安装座5上设有可卡在安装孔中的窄缩部53,所述窄缩部53的两侧分别设有第一限位片51和第二限位片52,其中,第二限位片52的一侧延伸出螺钉安装座55,其上装有螺钉54;该紧固螺钉上还设有安装操作孔511,该安装孔511中设有扭孔512,可以旋转螺钉54将其固定。
具体来说,本发明中的复合板材,上盖板1为复合材料层合结构,厚度为1mm,主要用于承受由弯曲引起的面内载荷。下盖板3同样为复合材料层合结构,厚度为2.5 mm,其作用除了承受面内载荷以外,还起到冲击防护作用。此外,下盖板3中增加了凯夫拉纤维织物层,使其具有优异的抗异物割划性能。夹心泡沫层2为轻质泡沫层,厚度为15.0 mm,主要作用是维持复合板结构,提高其抗弯能力。加强块4采用全复合材料制造,厚度为15.0 mm,用于将面内载荷传递至紧固连接结构;此外,本发明中的上盖板1和/或下盖板3的外表面覆盖有芳纶纤维层,提高了板材的耐冲击能力,保护碳纤维。
申请人在对缺少加强块的复合板材的测试过程中发现,板材在承受静载时,在紧固结构附近区域应力集中,易出现损坏。复合板材收到冲击后,板材上的安装结构附近的夹心泡沫层受力最大,缺少加强块结构,安装结构附近容易产生变形或损坏。加强块处的载荷要求为大于14KPa,本发明中的加强块4使用后,其上的载荷强度上限可以达到167KPa,能够满足实际使用需要。
申请人对本申请中复合板材进行性能测试,在板材的长度方向上施加冲击加速度为3g的冲击,在板材的宽度方向上施加冲击加速度为1g的冲击,在板材的厚度方向上施加冲击加速度为2g的冲击、6KPa的风力载荷(6KPa的风力载荷高于大气压6-8倍,模拟火车交汇或进出山洞口时的风压)。
测试结果:从图5中可以看出,复合板材的变形最大位置为板材结构的中心处,面外变形最大值为17.6 mm,满足刚度设计要求,长度方向最大应力为129.8MPa,宽度方向最大应力为148.8MPa,最大面内剪切应力为19.2MPa,能够满足必须的强度要求。
图6所示为夹心泡沫层2静载下的应力云图,应力最大值为0.4Mpa,远没达到泡沫材料破坏应力水平(泡沫的破坏应力通常大于1.0 MPa),最大应力出现在安装孔附近,其它部分应力水平相对较小,由于有加强块结构的加强左右,泡沫夹芯层并未产生永久变形或损坏。本发明中的加强块4与夹心泡沫层2的贴合面之间设有黏胶层,保证加强块4与夹心泡沫层2的稳定结合,降低安装孔区域的应力水平。
申请人还对复合板材进行了钢球和水泥球的冲击测试,其中:钢球重0.227千克,从复合板材的上空3米处落下,复合板材表面无永久变形或损伤,钢球密度为7.9 g/cm3,钢球半径R=20 mm,冲击速度计算为7.7 m/s;水泥球重0.500千克,垂直复合板材表面方向以速度100 km/h(27.8 m/s)来冲击,复合板材表面无穿孔,水泥球密度为3 g/cm3,水泥球半径R=35 mm。以上测试中,钢球和水泥球冲击过程中,冲击位置中心附近的复合板材变形最大,冲击力最大时板材其余大部分区域应力很小,冲击能量大部分由下盖板3吸收,夹心泡沫层2也吸收传递部分能量,冲击力在泡沫材料的承受范围内,本测试中的钢球冲击试验模拟的是子弹(100km/h)的冲击,由此可见,本申请中的复合板材中的下盖板3和夹心泡沫层2可有效吸收冲击过程中的大部分能量,减少冲击对上盖板的损伤,也是整体的复合板材无破损和损伤少,满足板材的设计要求。
以上所述,本发明中的复合板材采用玻纤、碳纤、树脂的复合结构,中间夹有夹心泡沫层,强度高、质量轻且成本低;且在安装结构中设有加强块4,显著强化了安装处的强度,增加了板材的抗冲击能力。

1.用于列车的复合板材,包括上盖板(1)、下盖板(3),所述上盖板(1)和下盖板(3)之间设有夹心泡沫层(2),其特征在于,所述上盖板(1)为碳纤/玻纤复合层,所述下盖板(3)为树脂/碳纤/玻纤复合层,所述加强块(4)为玻纤复合块;该复合板材上设有安装孔,所述安装孔包括设于上盖板(1)上的第一通孔(11)、设于夹心泡沫层(2)上的第二通孔(21)、设于下盖板(3)上的第三通孔(31),所述第二通孔(21)中设有加强块(4),所述加强块(4)上设有第四通孔(41),所述第一通孔(11)、第三通孔(31)、第四通孔(41)上下对齐形成安装孔;所述安装孔中设有紧固结构,所述紧固结构包括安装座(5)和设于该安装座(5)上的螺钉(54),所述安装座(5)上设有可卡在安装孔中的窄缩部(53),所述窄缩部(53)的两侧分别设有第一限位片(51)和第二限位片(52)。
