Abstract

一种切片装置，包括以下部件：传送带，用于传送待切片的物体；切割刀片，设在传送带上方，多个切割刀片横向或纵向等间距排布；刀片动力装置，用于固定并带动切割刀片前后往返运动；切片板，设在切割刀片正面，当切割刀片向前运动到最前端时，切割刀片的刀刃正好与切片板接触；切片刮杆，设置在切割刀片的一侧，切片刮杆穿过切割刀片的间隙；切片回收装置，设置在传送带的前端用于收集切片。该切片装置提高了食物切片的效率，适应于现在的工业化生产加工。

技术领域
本发明属于食品工业生产设备技术领域，尤其是一种切片装置。
背景技术
食物工业加工生产时，常需要对食物原材料进行切片处理，如萝卜干加工，一般先将萝卜切成片状萝卜片，再将萝卜片与盐混合，最后将混盐后的萝卜片脱水晾干即成萝卜干。传统的食物切片主要由人工完成，这种人工切片方式切片时间较长，生产效率低，不适应现在的工业化生产。
发明内容
本发明旨在克服上述现有技术的不足，提供了一种切片装置，该切片装置提高了食物切片的效率，适应于现在的工业化生产加工。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现上述目的：
一种切片装置，包括以下部件：
传送带，用于传送待切片的物体；
切割刀片，设在传送带上方，多个切割刀片横向或纵向等间距排布；
刀片动力装置，用于固定并带动切割刀片前后往返运动；
切片板，设在切割刀片正面，当切割刀片向前运动到最前端时，切割刀片的刀刃正好与切片板接触；
切片刮杆，设置在切割刀片的一侧，切片刮杆穿过切割刀片的间隙；
切片回收装置，设置在传送带的前端用于收集切片。
优选的是，所述刀片动力装置包括刀片固定板，切割刀片固定在刀片固定板上，所述刀片固定板、切片板下端均设有抬高块和抬高块避让槽，抬高块与抬高块避让槽的形状相匹配。当刀片固定板向切片板方向移动时，刀片固定板的抬高块进入到切片板上的抬高块避让槽内，而切片板上的抬高块进入到刀片固定板的抬高块避让槽内，而且在此过程中抬高块还可穿入到传送带上的待切物体底部，将待切物体提高，从而使切片操作更加完全。
优选的是，为了增强抬高块的抬高作用，所述抬高块呈直角三角形形状，抬高块和抬高块避让槽相间设置在刀片固定板上或切片板上。
优选的是，为了使本发明能得到各种厚度的切片，所述切割刀片的间距可调整。
优选的是，为了防止待切物体或切片掉落传送带，所述传送带两侧还设有挡板。
本发明的有益效果在于：
本发明无需人工参与便可完成待切物体的切片操作，提高了食物切片的效率，本发明适应于现在的工业化生产加工，而且本发明相对人工切片来说还能得到厚度更加均匀的切片。

具体实施方式
为了便于理解本发明，下面将参照相关附图对本发明进行更全面的描述。附图中给出了本发明的较佳实施例。但是，本发明可以以许多不同的形式来实现，并不限于本文所描述的实施例。
如图1、图2所示，一种切片装置，包括以下部件：
传送带400，用于传送待切片的物体；
切割刀片900，设在传送带400上方，多个切割刀片900横向或纵向等间距排布；
刀片动力装置200，用于固定并带动切割刀片900前后往返运动；
切片板700，设在切割刀片900正面，当切割刀片900向前运动到最前端时，切割刀片900的刀刃正好与切片板700接触；
切片刮杆800，设置在切割刀片900的一侧，切片刮杆800穿过切割刀片900的间隙；
切片回收装置100，设置在传送带400的前端用于收集切片。
工作时，将待切物体放在传送带400上，传送带400将待切物体带到切割刀片900与切片板700间，而此时，切割刀片900在刀片动力装置100的作用迅速向正处于前后往返运动中。当切割刀片900接近切片板700时可实现对待切物体的切片作用，当切割刀片900远离切片板700时，切片刮杆800可将留在切割刀片900间的切片刮出，切片重新落至传送带400上，传送带400最后将切片送入切片回收装置200内。
一种优选实施方式中，该刀片动力装置100包括刀片固定板300，切割刀片900固定在刀片固定板300上，刀片固定板300、切片板700下端均设有抬高块500和抬高块避让槽600，抬高块500与抬高块避让槽600的形状相匹配。当刀片固定板300向切片板700方向移动时，刀片固定板300的抬高块进入到切片板700上的抬高块避让槽内，而切片板700上的抬高块进入到刀片固定板300的抬高块避让槽内，而且在此过程中抬高块500还可穿入到传送带400上的待切物体底部，将待切物体提高，从而使切片操作更加完全。
一种优选实施方式中，为了增强抬高块500的抬高作用，该抬高块500呈直角三角形形状，抬高块500和抬高块避让槽600相间设置在刀片固定板300上或切片板700上。
一种优选实施方式中，为了使本发明能得到各种厚度的切片，该切割刀片900的间距可调整。
一种优选实施方式中，为了防止待切物体或切片掉落传送带400，该传送带400两侧还设有挡板410。
本发明无需人工参与便可完成待切物体的切片操作，提高了食物切片的效率，本发明适应于现在的工业化生产加工，而且本发明相对人工切片来说还能得到厚度更加均匀的切片。

Claims (5)

1.一种切片装置，其特征在于，包括以下部件：
传送带，用于传送待切片的物体；
切割刀片，设在传送带上方，多个切割刀片横向或纵向等间距排布；
刀片动力装置，用于固定并带动切割刀片前后往返运动；
切片板，设在切割刀片正面，当切割刀片向前运动到最前端时，切割刀片的刀刃正好与切片板接触；
切片刮杆，设置在切割刀片的一侧，切片刮杆穿过切割刀片的间隙；
切片回收装置，设置在传送带的前端用于收集切片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的切片装置，其特征在于，所述刀片动力装置包括刀片固定板，切割刀片固定在刀片固定板上，所述刀片固定板、切片板下端均设有抬高块和抬高块避让槽，抬高块与抬高块避让槽的形状相匹配。
3.根据权利要求2所述的切片装置，其特征在于，所述抬高块呈直角三角形形状，抬高块和抬高块避让槽相间设置在刀片固定板上或切片板上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的切片装置，其特征在于，所述切割刀片的间距可调整。
5.根据权利要求1所述的切片装置，其特征在于，所述传送带两侧还设有挡板。
