背景技术
工业铝型材含义 英文名,Aluminium Profile System ,别名:工业铝挤材引、工业铝合金型材,工业铝型材是一种以铝为主要成份的合金材料,铝棒通过热熔,挤压从而得到不同截面形状的铝材料,但添加的合金的比例不同,生产出来的工业铝型材的机械性能和应用领域也不同。应用的领域 一般来讲,工业铝型材是指除建筑门窗、幕墙、室内外装饰及建筑结构用铝型材以外的所有铝型材,在铝型材的加工过程中,表面喷涂起到了非常关键的作用,表面喷涂的好坏直接决定了加工完成后的铝型材的质量。
专利号CN 104593852 A公开一种铝型材的木纹电泳喷涂工艺,铝型材木纹喷涂后,将木纹料 ( 铝型材木纹喷涂后的成品 ) 再次采用静电喷涂工艺,在木纹料表面喷涂电泳漆,固化后,木纹涂层表面覆盖一层透明的电泳漆膜,保护木纹涂层,既不影响木纹效果,又可以达到提高涂层性能的目的,并经过多次实验,形成一套稳定的木纹电泳喷涂工艺。
上述技术方案虽然可以在木纹涂层表面形成有效的保护膜,但是其成本较高、过程复杂、不利于推广,因此,需要设计出一种能够解决以上问题的铝型材喷涂工艺。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种铝型材喷涂工艺。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种铝型材喷涂工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1) 脱脂 :常温下,将铝型材置于质量分数为 80%的磷酸溶液中浸泡 5-10min,再将其置入 1mol/L Na2CO3溶液中浸泡5-10min;
(2)碱洗:常温下,用 100-150g/L 的NaOH 冲洗脱脂后的铝型材;
(3) 水洗 :取出铝型材,用水冲洗铝型材表面;
(4) 阳极氧化 :将水洗后的铝型材置于浓度 98%的H2SO4溶液中作为阳极,用外加电流使阳极氧化,使铝型材表面钝化,形成 5-20μm 厚度的氧化膜 ;
(5) 纯水洗:取出铝型材,用纯净水冲洗铝型材表面;
(6)烘干:将纯水洗后的铝型材在烘干炉中烘至水完全干,炉温控制在 110±10℃之间,时间按工艺要求以正常通过 35m 长烘干炉为准。
(7)上挂 :将烘干后的铝型材悬挂;
(8)自动喷涂 :采用自动喷涂机对铝型材表面进行防污漆喷涂,厚度为 5-8μm ;
(9)固化 :在温度为 240℃±10℃的烘箱内烘烤 20min 后,自然冷却 ;
(10)成品检验:检验铝型材表面喷涂的厚度是否均匀,平整 ;
(11)包装入库 :检验合格后进行包装后送入仓库。
优选的,步骤(8)所述的防污漆,其原料包括以下重量份的组份:丙烯酸树脂10-20份、过氯乙烯树脂10-15份、甲苯二异氰酸酯3-5份、高岭土3-5份、钛白粉1-3份、纳米二氧化硅0.3-0.5份、正硅酸丁酯3-5份、成膜助剂1-2份、抗污除菌剂0.5-1份、溶剂15-20份。
优选的,所述成膜助剂采用丙二醇丁醚。
优选的,所述抗污除菌剂为吡啶硫酮锌、( 反式 )8- 甲基 -N- 香草基 -6- 壬烯酰胺和甲基壬基甲酮中的一种或几种的混合物。

优选的,所述防污漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤 :
(1) 按配比称取高岭土、钛白粉和纳米二氧化硅,混合均匀后得到混合粉末 ;
(2) 按配比称取丙烯酸树脂和过氯乙烯树脂,加入溶剂后,搅拌均匀,再向其中加入步骤 (1) 得到的混合粉末 ;
(3) 向步骤 (2) 得到的混合物中依次加入甲苯二异氰酸酯、正硅酸丁酯、抗污除菌剂、成膜助剂,搅拌均匀。

一种铝型材喷涂工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1) 脱脂 :常温下,将铝型材置于质量分数为 80%的磷酸溶液中浸泡 8min,再将其置入 1mol/L Na2CO3溶液中浸泡8min;
(2)碱洗:常温下,用 130g/L 的NaOH 冲洗脱脂后的铝型材;
(3) 水洗 :取出铝型材,用水冲洗铝型材表面;
(4) 阳极氧化 :将水洗后的铝型材置于浓度 98%的 H2SO4溶液中作为阳极,用外加电流使阳极氧化,使铝型材表面钝化,形成15μm 厚度的氧化膜 ;
(5) 纯水洗:取出铝型材,用纯净水冲洗铝型材表面;
(6)烘干:将纯水洗后的铝型材在烘干炉中烘至水完全干,炉温控制在 110℃之间,时间按工艺要求以正常通过 35m 长烘干炉为准。
(7)上挂 :将烘干后的铝型材悬挂;
(8)自动喷涂 :采用自动喷涂机对铝型材表面进行防污漆喷涂,厚度为 5-8μm ;
(9)固化 :在温度为 240℃的烘箱内烘烤 20min 后,自然冷却 ;
(10)成品检验:检验铝型材表面喷涂的厚度是否均匀,平整 ;
(11)包装入库 :检验合格后进行包装后送入仓库。
其中,步骤(8)所述的防污漆,其原料包括以下重量份的组份:丙烯酸树脂15份、过氯乙烯树脂15份、甲苯二异氰酸酯4份、高岭土4份、钛白粉2份、纳米二氧化硅0.3份、正硅酸丁酯4份、成膜助剂1份、抗污除菌剂0.5份、溶剂15份。
其中,所述成膜助剂采用丙二醇丁醚。
其中,所述抗污除菌剂为吡啶硫酮锌。
其中,所述溶剂为乙酸乙酯。
其中,所述防污漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤 :
(1) 按配比称取高岭土、钛白粉和纳米二氧化硅,混合均匀后得到混合粉末 ;
(2) 按配比称取丙烯酸树脂和过氯乙烯树脂,加入溶剂后,搅拌均匀,再向其中加入步骤 (1) 得到的混合粉末 ;
(3) 向步骤 (2) 得到的混合物中依次加入甲苯二异氰酸酯、正硅酸丁酯、抗污除菌剂、成膜助剂,搅拌均匀。
基于上述,本发明所述铝型材喷涂工艺步骤简单,加工方便,成品质量高、耐腐蚀性好、抗污性能力强,而且该工艺效率很高,大大降低成产成本。
显然本发明具体实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本发明的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种非实质性的改进,或未经改进将本发明的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的,均在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (6)

1.一种铝型材喷涂工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1) 脱脂 :常温下,将铝型材置于质量分数为 80%的磷酸溶液中浸泡 5-10min,再将其置入 1mol/L Na2CO3溶液中浸泡5-10min;
(2)碱洗:常温下,用 100-150g/L 的NaOH 冲洗脱脂后的铝型材;
(3) 水洗 :取出铝型材,用水冲洗铝型材表面;
(4) 阳极氧化 :将水洗后的铝型材置于浓度 98%的H2SO4溶液中作为阳极,用外加电流使阳极氧化,使铝型材表面钝化,形成 5-20μm 厚度的氧化膜 ;
(5) 纯水洗:取出铝型材,用纯净水冲洗铝型材表面;
(6)烘干:将纯水洗后的铝型材在烘干炉中烘至水完全干,炉温控制在 110±10℃之间,时间按工艺要求以正常通过 35m 长烘干炉为准;
(7)上挂 :将烘干后的铝型材悬挂;
(8)自动喷涂 :采用自动喷涂机对铝型材表面进行防污漆喷涂,厚度为 5-8μm ;
(9)固化 :在温度为 240℃±10℃的烘箱内烘烤 20min 后,自然冷却 ;
(10)成品检验:检验铝型材表面喷涂的厚度是否均匀,平整 ;
(11)包装入库 :检验合格后进行包装后送入仓库。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝型材喷涂工艺,其特征在于:步骤(8)所述的防污漆,其原料包括以下重量份的组份:丙烯酸树脂10-20份、过氯乙烯树脂10-15份、甲苯二异氰酸酯3-5份、高岭土3-5份、钛白粉1-3份、纳米二氧化硅0.3-0.5份、正硅酸丁酯3-5份、成膜助剂1-2份、抗污除菌剂0.5-1份、溶剂15-20份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种铝型材喷涂工艺,其特征在于:所述成膜助剂采用丙二醇丁醚。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种铝型材喷涂工艺,其特征在于:所述抗污除菌剂为吡啶硫酮锌、( 反式 )8- 甲基 -N- 香草基 -6- 壬烯酰胺和甲基壬基甲酮中的一种或几种的混合物。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种铝型材喷涂工艺,其特征在于:所述溶剂为丙酮、丙醇或乙酸乙酯。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种铝型材喷涂工艺,其特征在于:所述防污漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤 :
(1) 按配比称取高岭土、钛白粉和纳米二氧化硅,混合均匀后得到混合粉末 ;
(2) 按配比称取丙烯酸树脂和过氯乙烯树脂,加入溶剂后,搅拌均匀,再向其中加入步骤 (1) 得到的混合粉末 ;
(3) 向步骤 (2) 得到的混合物中依次加入甲苯二异氰酸酯、正硅酸丁酯、抗污除菌剂、成膜助剂,搅拌均匀。
