杨某，疲倦无力，右肋胀疼，脉弦而洪大，全舌苔薄白，五脏六腑阴阳气血失调，日久肝体失养，气滞血瘀，选用水丸进行治疗，按如下重量份配制：茵陈15g、柴胡10g、黄连6g、黄芩6g、黄柏6g、大黄6g、焦栀子6g、生首乌10g、元胡10g、玉片10g、琥珀10g、枳壳10g、白芍10g、川芎10g、半夏10g、陈皮10g、金银花15g、鳖甲15g、藿香叶6g、香附子10g、甘草6g。十至二十天痊愈。右肋胀疼消失，舌苔改善。
上述病患治愈后均经过3月观察，病患病症均不再复发。

1.一种急性乙型肝炎调整气血排毒的中药组合物，其特征在于按如下重量份配制：茵陈10-20份、柴胡5-15份、黄连4-8份、黄芩4-8份、黄柏4-8份、大黄4-8份、焦栀子4-8份、生首乌5-15份、元胡5-15份、玉片5-15份、琥珀5-15份、枳壳5-15份、白芍5-15份、川芎5-15份、半夏5-15份、陈皮5-15份，金银花10-20份、鳖甲10-20份、藿香叶4-8份、香附子5-15份、甘草4-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种急性乙型肝炎调整气血排毒的中药组合物，其特征在于按如下重量比配制黄连：黄芩：黄柏：大黄：焦栀子=1：1：1：1：1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种急性乙型肝炎调整气血排毒的中药组合物，其特征在于按如下重量比配制生首乌：元胡：玉片：琥珀=1：1：1：1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种急性乙型肝炎调整气血排毒的中药组合物，其特征在于按如下重量比配制枳壳：白芍：川芎：半夏：陈皮=1：1：1：1：1。
5.根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的一种急性乙型肝炎调整气血排毒的中药组合物，其特征在于按如下重量份配制：茵陈15份、柴胡10份、黄连6份、黄芩6份、黄柏6份、大黄6份、焦栀子6份、生首乌10份、元胡10份、玉片10份、琥珀10份、枳壳10份、白芍10份、川芎10份、半夏10份、陈皮10份、金银花15份、鳖甲15份、藿香叶6份、香附子10份、甘草6份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种急性乙型肝炎调整气血排毒的中药组合物，其特征在于中药制备成汤剂或水丸。
